After initially declining extra game time, we changed our minds and asked if we could extend our bay. Even though there was another reservation coming up, our server went out of his way to speak with the manager and helped make it happen. Shortly after extending, our game experienced a bit of lag while the system was being fixed. It wasn't a major issue, but the manager still offered to remove the charge for the additional time. That level of consideration was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely exceeded our expectations. We've unfortunately experienced rude treatment and even moments that felt discriminatory at other Topgolf locations, so it's refreshing to visit a location where we're consistently treated with kindness and respect.
