Made a pickup order...Terrible service , and this is from the lazy manager on duty who didn't bother checking for the pizza in the back or asking anyone about the order. My husband left and called me to make sure i called the right location. I called the number back and the cook or person in charge of orders verified my order and said yes its been here. My husband was so angry that the manager was unhelpful and rude he said no he wasn't wasting his time going back. I left a review on the page and the GM contacted me. I was surprised and thankful she offered to pay for future dinner but i turned her down saying no thank you we won't be going back but i appreciate you acknowledging the lack of customer service from your manager. However i was disappointed that i went back to their facebook page ( to edit my review to update on the gm helpful service) but, they had deleted my post and review. So beware, a businesses fb page only lets you see what they want you to see... yelp and google review to the rescue! read more

We have given these people a ton of business for over 15 years. This is now the second time in the last 2 months that the driver has gotten lost. Good was completely cold the last time and I called to complain. Tried again tonight and spent 30 minutes and 3 calls later trying to get the same driver here and he's lost again and literally still can't get here. Called the store after first 2 calls from driver and they were unfazed and said "I don't know what you want me to do". After calling second time when driver ended up another 15 minutes from us after specific directions from me I said there was no point since 80 dollars worth of food would be cold she says she would call her GM and get back. Just called back to say the GM agreed to credit my card for this order ( that never ARRIVED, how big of you) and it would take a few days to credit but would do nothing else for our SECOND inconvenience and God Forbid The GM would be concerned enough about a loyal customer to call and apologize or do ANYTHING to act like they give a crap. Will NEVER bother with these rude people again. How do people run businesses this way and stay in business???? AWFUL read more

That food quality depends on the location. The food in Highland is delicious, but Schererville--not so much. They bbq sauce and marinara sauce are gross, the pizza crust is kind of nasty, and they screw up orders/forget stuff. read more

The pizza is ok, but not as good as other places in the area. Lady at the desk was pretty rude and this location was a little dirty on the inside. Definitely won't be going back with all the better options. read more

I live on the complete opposite edge of town and it was still delivered quickly and fresh. Very pleased.

Not for me. Overpriced to begin. If you like crumbled sausage on your pizza, you may like it. Langels is the type of pizza that, if you grew up with it, you'll like it. If you have tried a variety of others, you probably won't like it. Thin and sloppy. read more

The absolute worst I ever had, limp greasy curst, the sausage if it was even sausage was some ground up tasteless crap. VERY DISAPOINTED It's a shame when a take and bake from Aldi or Meijer's taste better. Wasted $30 on a Jumbo. The order arrived very fast and the driver was very polite. The cheese was good but the rest was terrible!!!!!! If I hadn't had a few beers I would return it. I order on 5/15/2015 @ 7pm. My wife and I both couldn't even finish our first helping. This was so bad I refused to use the garbage disposal. Thanks for ruining pizza night. My granddaughter even refused to eat it. read more
