The Good - Cook said the nail didn't fully puncture the tire and it didn't need to be replaced. So I appreciate the honesty for this part. 2. The Bad - Replacement of the front brakes. After a few months the brakes were still squeaking and I called to mention this and they said to drive the car longer and it will stop. A year later and they still squeak. I took the car to a mechanic for in inspection and was told that Cook used Oreilly brakes and did not use OEM BWM brakes. Cook did not offer it as an option. It is a 2022 BMW and the brakes the used are unsatisfactory. Had I known they would not use original parts or offer it, I would have had this service done elsewhere. I should have went to a BMW specialized mechanic.

I've come here twice. Both times I dud not encounter what I would consider friendly service, except initially from the owner's daughter, who works in the office. I came in for what I believed was I've been to this shop, and people I referred to this repair shop apparently never saw him smile either. I was able to make the trip but once I hit a LA every time I hit the break a scraping noise would happen. i came in about a tire and explain what was going on with the break. Andy gave me the bad news easy that the front left brake caliper had become dislodged because a bracket bolt was missing, which was causing the abnormal noise. Well i'm not very knowledgeable about cars, so it meant a lot that he showed me what was happening and walked me through the repairs. He literally made a drawing for me as I'm a visual learner. The whole experience could have been really stressful, but Andy was patient, transparent, and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I'm really thankful they caught the issue when they did.
