He got me right in and onto the lift. Initially I only needed a spot weld due to a rattling muffler. I just hit this place up yesterday, Monday march 6 . I can't explain how helpful and understanding this team is, they gave me exactly what I wanted! I took in my dual exhaust mufflers and they took the time to go thru a couple of set ups for me to help me choose the best sound for my ride. Not to mention the wait, since they have a couple racks available they knocked out the two other car before me and had my car up in the air in no time. Went to Lara mufflers tot a custom exhaust done for my Audi S4. Jerry is awesome and took his time to sit with me and go over a design and options to fit my wants. Asked for a quote on Flowmaster muffler and install over Yelp. Liked the price and other Yelp reviews so I went over there. Once I got there I told them I was the one asking for a quote on Yelp and and yes the quote stood good. I had questions regarding my needs and other brands of muffler and the sound I was looking for and after informing me of what each muffler "may" sound like on my vehicle, I stuck with the flowmaster. I also asked about tips and they showed me some but I was looking for black exhaust tips for my truck. They did not have it at the time but he made a call for me and it arrived in less than an hour. In all i was there for about an hour. Once it was finished he then informed me that if the tone wasn't strong/loud enough I can come back to delete the resonator but he said to try it out for a couple of weeks to a month first before I made that decision. But right now after I left the shop, the sound is great, and as I left I felt great about the items and service I received from Them. Highly recommend. read more

I brought my car in to have my aftermarket headers installed. I supplied the headers which were just a bolt on for my engine. I was quoted $180 for the installation so I dropped my car off in the morning around 9:45 AM. I confirmed with them again regarding the price when I dropped off my car. I received a call a little before 2 PM telling me that the headers have already been bolted on, but I would have to pay an extra $140 just to fabricated the down pipe that connects the header to the exhaust. I went back to check in person and noticed immediately that they had already cut off the mid pipe from my car, and they told me it would be another $140 just to make a pipe to connect them. I was not given a choice since they had already cut off the pipe. I wouldn't be able to just say no, pay the $180 as quoted and drive my car home. I HAD TO PAY THE EXTRA $140 as if I was held at gun point. I can understand that it may not be a straight plug and play, and some modifications had to be made to join the pipes together. I understand that, and I would have been more than happy to pay extra whether it be an extra $60, $80, or even $100 extra. But they told me $140 extra on top of my original quote of $180. That's almost double what I was quoted. We're looking at $320 total price. That is just price gouging at its finest. Be very cautious coming here, they will get the job done, but they may also throw a curve ball halfway through and tell you to pay almost double the amount that you were quoted initially. And you will not have the option to say no. YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO PAY DOUBLE what you were quoted when you come here. Keep that in mind. I should also point out they forgot to connect the cable for my mass air flow sensor and had the audacity to tell me it was already like that. I know it was not like that. The wire was just sitting there in the engine bay and he connected it back and said "sorry forgot". If you choose to have your exhaust work down here, be prepared to pay almost double what you were initially quoted. They will cut off your pipes halfway through the job leaving you stranded there, and tell you to fork over more money just to finish the job. You will not be given a choice. And if they worked anywhere near your engine bay, be sure to give an overview to see if they have forgot to connect any mass air flow sensor cables or other cables. read more
