Jacob at Larry's tires was here early in the morning and helped me tremendously after I was completely ripped off by big O tires. I bought 4 tires 6 months ago with a $100 one year free tire alignment. But BIG O kept me waiting 5 hours and did nothing. Also I should have had a warranty and free tire replacement for flat tire repair at big O tires. But they gave me nothing. I had a few nails and screws in 3 tires. Larry's Tire's checked for pressure and safety and repaired the one tire that was leaking. They are very efficient and my tires were immediately taken care of. Great experience! I had a nail in my tire and went to Goodyear out of convenience hoping to just get a quick patch for now. After them being super rude (not responding to me ringing the bell and waiting around for 10 minutes and then angrily telling me that they are on lunch even though there were no signs anywhere) and then telling to come back later and that I'd also have to leave my car there all day if I wanted a patch...I decided to give Larry's Tire a try. I showed up mid-day, no appointment or phone call, and was immediately greeted even though there were several other cars being worked on. He asked what I needed and I told him a patch and he LITERALLY said, "oh that's it? Pull in front of the stall and we'll do it right now! It's quick." If only he knew down the street it takes "all day" and requires a drop off. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and it only cost me $25. I stood outside and watched the chickens and next thing I knew my car was ready. He was very friendly, asked me a few personal questions just to get to know me and make conversation, didn't try to sell me anything, and had my car back on the road! It's a little hard to find, but it's on the small alley looking road behind the liquor store, right where the stop lights are. The office entrance is inside the garage (not the door out front) and there are seats inside and a bench outside. I will definitely come back when I am ready to replace the tires. Simply amazing!!! Had an emergency... Toyota quoted a ridiculous price and required 3 days to locate my brand of tires. Steve went out of his way to find and fix it all on the same day! He also parked my car outside with the key hidden, so I could get it after work. The biggest surprize came when I found the receipt inside with $20 clipped to it. I prepaid, so I guess they found a better deal and gave me 20 bucks back! Oh yes, the tires look fantastic too! I had a flat on Sunday morning at 8:30. AAA came in under 20 minutes. Filled the tire and it looked ok to drive to town. AAA guy said Larry's looked open. I called and Mr. Rascon answered, said we're closed Sunday. But, what's your problem. I said a flat. He said ok I'll send a guy over. He did, the tire was repaired and I was good to drive on. Originally had some Goodyear's from Wal-Mart that acted like nail magnets. Went here at 9:30 am today and got 4 private-branded Sumi's (good, reliable brand if you know your tires) for a really good deal. The older gentleman got us out of there by 10:20:am. Not bad for a one-man show. I don't know what all these bad reviews for service were about. He was nice and works fast. The service a customer receives is always reflective of the attitude and demeanor they come in with.
