This restaurant opened up today, May 9, 2024. Are used to go to the one on Culebra and 1604 but this one is much closer to my house and the food is awesome. You can get two breakfast bean and cheese tacos for under three bucks and it should fill you up.

FRESHLY COOKED, QUALITY food. PRICES beat all the restaurants in San Antonio, and your getting HEALTHY MEALS. Lifetime customer here.

The price is really good. The staff is super friendly! We had the Nico omelet, bean and cheese tacos, and brisket and egg tacos. 99 percent of the menu here is super healthy. Fresh ingredients and all the nutritional information for all dishes is readily available. To be completely honest, we went to another place, that hadn't opened yet, that's how we ended up here. Yes it is connected to the gym, but it does feel like its own place. About as much ambience as a hospital cafeteria, but it's built for convenience. Overall we are all satisfied, but not blown away. My omelet was STUFFED. It was almost comical. It was much appreciated! The tacos were ok. A little better than ok. The tortillas are both obviously store bought. I don't like that, I want to complain, but honestly with how affordable it was, I would feel ungrateful. Fresh, fast, and affordable. Going to leave it at that.

I have been a regular visitor here for several years . I…read moreenjoy the food and love to sit outdoors . My visit today was awkward and I actually considered leaving. Upon arrival I crossed paths with a very familiar server and asked if I could have a table outdoors on the patio which was practically empty. Like always, she was very friendly and asked me which table I wanted . I chose a table that was out of direct sunlight, but that had not yet been 100% cleared which was not an issue of concern for me. Within 5 minutes of sitting at the table the server appeared and asked me if I was dining in. I said yes and was told that next time I need to check in with the hostess before sitting down . I attempted to explain that I was greeted by one of her fellow servers who told me to have a seat wherever I desired . I was then approached by the hostess who also reprimanded me for not "checking in" with her first. The only other guests on the patio were clearly uncomfortable with the petty and completely unnecessary lecture about seating protocol on a practically empty patio. The food as expected ,was delicious. However, a refresher course in hospitality is much needed. I can choose to spend my lunch hour and my money anywhere. Being made to feel as if I am an inconvenience to staff or being made to feel unwelcome was not a positive experience. More than enough said.

Located in a large strip mall, parking was not an issue. We were greeted upon entrance and we immediately checked out all their fresh ingredients. My go to base is always greens, instead of rice. . My three proteins of choice today were eel, which I was happy to see, spicy tuna, and ahi tuna. He heated the eel in the microwave for a few. Loved the variety of extensive veggies, sauces, and topping sections. Most are free unlimited too, except for avocado and cream cheese, a small extra charge. I think I pretty much had most of the ingredients in my bowl lol. As far as sauces, you can mix if you like and I was able to sample as well. I'm a spicy chick, so he mixed up a concoction of sriracha aioli and spicy ginger. My bowl was packed with yumminess. I could have used a plate to mix up all the goodies. The eel had a slight sweetness to it and the dressings/sauce was actually not that hat spicy. My bowl was topped with wonton chips for a crispy texture. Perfectly full and happy with healthy choices made. Seating was abundant. No military discount offered. When in the area, we'll definitely be back!

Their sauces are absolutely delicious and you can even add some dry spices like garlic or furikake. My husband and I decided to share a sushi burrito and left with another one as it was so good next time. I'm definitely getting a whole sushi burrito just for myself! It's a quiet place. The music is very low, but the service is great, and the food is even better, can't wait to come back after your long hike!
