Over Labor Day week they offered 70% off laser hair removal. I believe they are now offering 65% off. No qualifiers like " on some laser removals". I was seeking some removal because I get shaving / ingrown hair bumps on my neck. Their website will not allow you to see pricing. Forcing you to sign up for a video conference. When I went in, to the Fremont CA location, they told me it only applies to certain laser hair removals. They wouldn't state which areas, etc. WTH. Hair is hair. The neck is just about the easiest spot to access. It's not like they would be doing a bikini area laser removal. This is obviously a bait and switch tactic, which is not the mark of a reputable company. Go elsewhere if you need laser work. read more

This location has deteriorated quite a lot. They are always so swamped with appointments that I have had to consistently wait for at least 30 minutes for a 5-min appointment. It seems like this location does not have enough rooms to accommodate all the appointments. They need to either stop overbooking or add more rooms. This review is specifically about my booking experience with Bianca. She called me literally 2 min after I made an online inquiry. Within 10 minutes I had paid for my treatment (in full - $1300). Payment is required to even being able to book the first appointment. Before I paid and booked, I specifically asked whether it would be a problem that I currently breastfeed and the answer was a clear "no". Once I arrived for my appointment a few days later, it became obvious very quickly (as confirmed by the medical professionals at the location), that it would indeed be a problem that I'm breastfeeding. I wasn't able to get the procedure done. I asked for a refund since rescheduling wasn't an option given the circumstances and was told to expect a call from Bianca to get the refund going. Fast forward a week and several texts and attempted calls to Bianca later, I had still not heard a single word. I returned to the initial laser away location were I was told again that they were also trying to get in touch with Bianca - unsuccessfully; and there wasn't anything they could do, but to wait few more days. After a week back and forth, I decided to dispute the charge through my credit company and received the refund immediately. Very poor customer experience. read more

I am super tired of shaving and waxing my under arms so during my lunch I spontaneously made a free consultation with Brandi who called right at my appointment time. She was super helpful and explained all the pricing with the summer discount which saved me a bunch of money!
