Lash Jolie is extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and they will do everything in their power to accommodate your schedule when booking. It was refreshing how patient they were with getting me scheduled for an appointment--despite my insanely busy schedule. The studio itself is very cute and very well decorated. After being a long time client, it makes me sad to know that Jolie studios does not care about its clients and overcharges them. I went there consecutively for an initial appointment and refills for several months. The lashes kept falling out and "oh well, sorry" was what I got from sweet Jacqueline. So I stopped going there and wasting my money. Furthermore, when it was all said and done, my natural lashes were damaged. That was a few years ago... fast forward 2 years and I'm ready for lashes ... so I decided to give this place another shot. $400 later for a 'volume' set, I'm right back to square one. Wow. I can't believe how amazingly great this business is. I waited to the last minute (my fault) for a gift certificate that my sister wanted from here. They were closed, but I still messaged them to see if there was anything I could do in order to get a certificate in time for the holiday. It's really as good as the reviews are telling you. I had a friend I hadn't seen in a while and her photos on Facebook looked amazing, she is really pretty regardless but something looked different and I sent her a note asking what kind of mascara she uses, only to find out she is a devoted client of Marcela's at Lash Jolie. She shared her $50 coupon and I made an appointment and the rest is history. It is expensive and I need refills every two weeks which is pretty costly and but I just love the results. In addition to loving the results, the customer service here is as good as I've ever had anywhere - for example: I texted the number that had sent me a confirmation text the night before an appointment I had to reschedule and it was near 10pm and they replied and rebooked me via text message!! Jacqueline is beyond amazing! I have never gotten individual eyelash extensions before and have been doing research for months .. Nothing I found ever seemed right or made me comfortable enough. I noticed while browsing through Yelp -- that Jacqueline's page was highly rated so after looking through her amazing gallery, I gave her a call. Not only did she help me figure out exactly what would be best for me but more importantly, she made me feel comfortable. We scheduled my appointment a day after but looking at the gallery again .. I just couldn't wait! Jacqueline managed to fit me in her schedule and I am OBSESSED with my lashes. I used to be in the cosmetology field as well and believe me when I say, she is the best! I'm a busy working girl with a long commute, and I'm always looking for something to save me time getting ready in the morning. This led me to the wonderful world of lash enhancements! I started off getting eyelash extensions, which I loved because I never needed to wear mascara. It's perfect for special occasions or a busy season when you can't be bothered with makeup. While the results were incredible, it can be expensive to maintain for the long term with fills every 3-4 weeks. After giving my lashes a break for a bit, I started coming back for lash lifts, which is a perfect middle ground for me and more budget-friendly. My natural lashes are pretty healthy and strong, but stick straight. Under normal conditions, I spend a lot of time wrangling with an eyelash curler and waterproof mascara to hold a curl. With the lash lift, I simply apply any mascara and go! I even noticed that when my lashes finally start to relax after about 8-10 weeks, I can use an eyelash curler to give them a little bit of a boost, and the curl holds even better than before! Bottom line, Lash Jolie is the best! They are incredibly detailed and professional, with amazing customer service. I've been to Jacqueline and Andy, and they are both phenomenal at what they do. YIKES. Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE. Do not pay $400 for this crap. You can get better quality at literally any other lash place. Something that's unclear from their website: you pay the base price ($325) for cheap, CVS-style lashes. To get the fine, natural looking fringe in the photos? That'll be an extra $50. Almost $400 and you didn't even tip yet! Lien spent 2.5 hours doing my lashes, during which she kept asking me if my eyes were burning. They weren't, but I found her concerns very concerning! I had to wonder if that's a big issue for her... The end result was a DISASTER. I looked in the mirror and saw everything you never EVER wanted in eyelashes. The fans (clumps of lashes) were placed too close together and way too far down the lashes, which made the lashes look unnatural and cheap. They didn't extend to the outer corner of the eye. And I knew the fake eyelashes would fall out quickly, pulling my natural lashes with them, since the weight was on the shaft of the lash - not near the base of the lash, where they'd have support. My lashes looked like an 8 year old had applied them. Surprising, since Lien had insisted she had 10 years of experience. I couldn't go out in public with that crap on my face, so I called to ask them to correct the problem. I had a follow up appointment with a talented lash technician who couldn't believe how badly my eyelashes had been massacred. The worst part? I told both the owner Jacqueline (the first day, before I left) how unhappy I was AND her husband (the day I came back) - no response. They both brushed me off. I also completed their survey. No response there either. Guess they just run the survey so they can publish the "good" responses! read more

Got a lash lift right before Christmas. This was the second lash lift I have gotten--the first one was at a different salon in Fairfax that uses a keratin lash lift process, and I wanted to try this salon to compare the results. The salon is very clean and the treatment table is the most comfortable one I have ever been on. The technician was very gentle and the whole process was very relaxing that I fell asleep! There was a slight smell of perm solution but very faint. My lashes looked fantastic afterwards and I followed their care instructions to the letter -- didn't touch or wear eye makeup for 48 hours including not using any oils near my lashes and buying a very expensive mascara from the salon that they recommended... but my lash lift barely lasted 4 weeks and actually started drooping after 2 weeks. My first lash lift from the other salon in Fairfax lasted nearly 2 months and they didn't warn me about oils and I could wear eye makeup after 24 hours. Nice people and great salon, but this lash lift just didn't work for me. read more

Prices aren't posted online and they don't tell you before hand the prices. I assumed they would cost around 100 dollars for a classic set like at any other place I got my eyelashes done. They cost 300 dollars for a classic set. Not worth the eyelashes that are as normal as any other place. I recommend you go any other place that look the exact same and cost 200 dollars less. read more

My eyes are extremely sensitive and tear up the moment a hand comes near; I usually dread the moment they lay down tape but the tech who did mine was so quick and gentle I was shocked. Lash Jolie has a wonderful staff. I found this studio based on Google reviews and deals they offered. I called on a Friday and set up appointment for same day in the afternoon. Their hours are really great and they tweak their hours based on their clientele. The staff sent me a few texts regarding appointment confirmation and directions with pictures to their studio to ensure I had no problems finding the location. Bianca was my lash stylist and she took me back to her studio after I completed some paperwork. Bianca showed me a few photos and explained the different types of lashes that they offered and what would look best on my based on my facial features. The process took a little over an hour and a half and it was worth it. Bianca took her time and was very patient with her work and explained everything that she was doing prior to doing it. The room where the application is done is just like at a spa with a comfy bed and soft music playing. It's definitely pricey but most other places but my eyes are very important to me and I only want the best quality. I looked were in a similar price range and I'm willing to pay for the excellent service and atmosphere. I'm very satisfied and I'll be coming back! read more

I got some old extensions that were poorly done removed here. The place is super clean and sterile. I remember walking through the door there was a box of tissues on the wall so you could grab a tissue and not have to touch the door handle. They have amazing service and squeezed me in for a last minute removal just because my old extensions were bothering me so much. The lash tech who worked on me was super sweet and gentle with removing my lashes. There was some pain but that was only because how poorly my old extensions were applied, some of them were stuck to multiple of my natural lashes and the glue was really difficult to take off. The owner of the business checked up on me after the removal and gave me advice on how to help heal my lash line! Super nice as well. Overall a great experience! Will be looking to come back for eyelash extensions sometime in the future. read more

Hands down the best lash studio around. I tried a couple other places because they were a bit cheaper but I was so unhappy I finally tried Lash Jolie. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I get to lay down, am covered with a blanket, and listen to the soft music that is always just right. Sometimes I even get a power nap;) When I get up my lashes are beautiful and glamorous. It is literally my favorite thing now! Jacqueline, the owner, is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does.
