Since the building is both commercial and residiential, one of the biggest concerns was minimizing disruption to tenants, and of course keeping everything on budget and organized. From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. What stood out was how transparent they were when additional conditions were uncovered. Every decision was discussed beforehand and documented with photos. In the end, the new roof was completed on time, and is performing exactly as expected.

The reviews I read prior to calling him were 100% accurate. I also took into consideration that it's his name representing a several decades run business. That to me says a lot. I had 2 minor things which needed to be done and were taken care of within a day or 2. Also, any questions or inquiries I had during the job if I missed seeing Arnie here he promptly either called or texted me back within an hour. If his company is a candidate for your job..
