I usually don't come to laundry mat but we have the washer out of service at our apartment complex and I was running out of clothes so I basically had no choice. My hubby didn't want me to go alone cause he said it is always so packed and sometimes there are sketchy people in the area - I am happy to prove him wrong, not sure if it was an exception but there were plenty of machines open, all of different sizes plus the people there were all nice and friendly. The place is very neat, there is plenty of space to fold your clothes and the machines are super fast - 21 minutes to wash and 10 minutes to dry... well, I ended up drying 3 times because my clothes were never ready but well! Used the $6.25 machine which had the amount of clothes I usually wash in 3 loads at home, sweet deal! I think I will be back even once the machines at home are going to be fixed because these machines here wash way better and way faster! read more

Normally I like this place but today I came in and 50% of the machines were out of order. Most of the out of the order ones were the less expensive/smaller ones which is supremely frustrating because I was forced to wait around for a machine to open or pay way more for a small load. Love love LOVE this laundromat. I used to come here a while back before they changed everything up (or possibly before new ownership) but I had found a cleaner laundromat. I came back for the first time again 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the place. There's a lot more of the bigger washing machines now but still a good amount of the regular washing machines. The prices have gone up a little more since before but what else hasn't in California? Plus, it's still a very reasonable charge. They now have free wifi which is AMAZING considering I have to take my toddler with me and I can keep her entertained with the iPad for a couple minutes. And I also gotta say, their employees are so kind and wonderful! I've yet to do the wash and fold service but the employees always interact and are so kind. Will definitely be coming here every week again for my laundry. read more

Well, I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or whatnot, but since the last time I reviewed this place, things have gotten worse. The homeless problem is a bit uncomfortable when you walk in and there's someone just sitting/sleeping on the bench. I know they're just trying to get away from the cold, but there are places for them to go to get cleaned up, a hot meal and a bed to rest in. The fact that they get here earlier than me (at 4:45am) makes me think that maybe the doors are never locked? Either way, it's quite unfortunate. Once again the couple who take up all the dryers every "free dry" Tuesday and Wednesday are back. It's actually every single week that they are here. I have a heart condition and am at high risk, so I try to get here early to do my laundry and not come into contact with people. I have to either sit their and wait for their clothes to dry while mine are still wet in my hamper or pay for the bigger dryers (which is what I did today). This is my last time I will be coming here. It's bad enough when the homeless are wandering about without masks on, but it's another gross act of entitlement when people take up the entire facility and act like you're in their way for being a paying customer. The clothes was washed very well and did not damage it. The dryer was the only thing that kind of faded the darker clothes more than usual. I enjoy having the coinless pay option and text reminders when my laundry is about to finish. Despite the advertisement of free wifi and the viewable network, "Laundry Love- 5G" on my device, there is "no WiFi" according to the employees. If the WiFi worked, this would easily be 5 stars as it's the main facility I go to unless I need a late night wash (their hours end earlier now). read more

This is a very nice facility. There's a lot of washers and dryers, and the machines are very clean. It was nice that they had employees there doing laundry and tidying up - I saw an employee going around cleaning the place while I was there. They have TVs, wifi, change machines, and a bathroom (which costs a quarter to use). For washing, it's a bit on the expensive side - $2 for a top loading cycle. But the regular sized dryers are standard .25c per 10 minutes. Overall it seems like a very nice, well-kept place, and if it's a bit more expensive I feel like it's worth it for the cleanliness! read more

Love this laundry mat but it gets way too packed in here on Tuesday and Wednesday nights when they have free dryers. It didn't used to get so crowded but lately there are no carts available, no dryers available to dry your clothes and slim pickings on the washers. People come in here and use 5 or 6 washers and dryers at a time. Also way too many people crowded into a small space. I will continue to come back here because the equipment is good and the place is super clean but I'm going to avoid free dryers days. My suggestion, is pay a few extra bucks for the dryers and come on a less busy day like Monday or Thursday . It's not worth my time to save $2. They also have a wash and fold service, never used it but might try it out in the future. read more

I can't help but spread the word on how clean, attentive, polite and kind the staff are. I just spoke with co-owner Jackie today and she is obviously installing the laundromats core values into precious employees such as Consuelos, my night shift laundry buddy! She's the best! Long winded but had to brag on my fav stop for laundry! And any nurses out there travel- not- we are all exhausted and I've decided to take advantage of the 24-48 hr turn around fluff & fold service! This PLACE! Let me tell you. I have been going her for a little over 6 months now and I will NEVER go anywhere else. There drop off service is BEYOND amazing. The ladies who work here are sweet, kind and do a wonderful job. They always make sure my clothes are folded nice and take their time. I have never loved a place so much. They save MY LIFE! I work full time and I don't have a washer or dryer. I am GRATEFUL for laundry LOVE! Owner is awesome TOO! He always responds to his phone calls and if there is an issue they got you! This is my new go to spot for laundry. The lady in charge was very helpful and I kinda wanted to speak against all the negative reviews on her on this page. She was very helpful and I think a lot of people give her negative reviews because she closes the doors after a certain point and some people still washing she lets finish up and people still come by past 10pm trying to get in which she doesn't let in because new loads are not allowed past that point. That's super reasonable. She constantly keeps the place really clean. The bathrooms are super clean and the machines very new. There's maybe 1 or so machines out of order. The area has plenty of places to eat around the area. I kinda don't want to recommend this place because I hate packed laundry mats and I don't want it to get super crowded. But I gotta because it deserves the credit. There's also free drying on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so yeah that's a huge plus. read more

I come and do my laundry here every week . I was just there on 9/13/20 Sunday . So i put my clothes in the washer and then go to the liquor store across the street and then come back . Then I realized I was missing my $600 dollars that I had in this little coin purse I had ? So freaked out went to the liquor store thinking I dropped it there . This place use to be better. They have had the Free dry on Tues/Wed for a while. Lately, if your dryer stops for more than 5-10mins, they just move your stuff. I have seen other dryers stopped for more than that amount of time but they always just seem to move my stuff. With COVID, I really don't want others touching my stuff. If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is the worst!! You have to watch your clothes *like a hawk* or the wench that runs this place will take it upon herself to remove them, even if you're a minute or two over. I don't even let my husband touch my clothes; I definitely don't want some handsy stranger with her paws on my lingerie! What an invasion of privacy!! Clearly they give zero sh!ts about their customers and their privacy! I stepped out to woof down my dinner briefly in the parking lot and came back to my clothes strewn about in those obnoxious baskets all over the place in people's way. There was hardly anybody there at the time so there were *plenty* of open machines (despite the *tons* of broken or bleach-stained machines they have every time I go in there!) ergo, no need to clear mine out. This place is a joke. It is 70% more expensive than any laundry mat around and even charges you to use the bathroom. You aren't even able to unload your laundry from your car with the provided carts because they purposely make them too large to fit through the door outside. read more

What a perfect combination of laundry mat and laundry service. To say I was surprised to be doing laundry in LA is an understatement. My only real challenge was finding change for a large bill but even that was solved almost immediately when I ask d the mind woman there where I could find an ATM. And guess what? It's in the middle of the parking lot. A BofA ATM. I'm guessing I would be the first person to ever give that ATM a five star review but when you need change it's good. Then I needed to break a twenty and yes that lady inside the May could have done it but then with a cursory examination of the surrounding area I discovered a .99 cent store. Yup. Right across the street. Yup. And they sold laundry detergent and fabric softener. I was thinking that it would be more expensive in the laundry mat so I ventured across the streets like forger only to discover that the .99 cent store had the same pricing as the amazing Laundry Love. So I broke the crisp twenty and went back to LL. I then washed and dried my clothes. Warning!!!! The dryers are HOT. Don't waste quarters like I did. Everything came out crisp, dry and smelling good. I recently had my washing machine give out on me, and had to take my soaking wet items down the street to this location and give it another good wash, I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this facility! It is my first time at such a place but I got the idea. I will be going back as we currently can not afford a new machine anytime soon. Overall this place is great - I come here every week yo do laundry - machines and the place itself are both very clean - the only problem i have are the $3 washing machines that add time in the middle of the cycle for no discernable reason. It's happened to me multiple times - I'll start two loads at the same time and one of the machines will invariably add an extra 12-15 minutes to the cycle. It's frustrating when you have limited time to get this chore done, but it's probably bad on water consumption as well. These machines really need to be replaced. While they cost me time, they're probably costing the business money in regard to their water bill.... read more

Complete with all new state of the art washing machines and dryers, auxiliary water heaters to make sure that there is an ample supply of laundry cleanings all important extra hot water! I have always loved supporting family businesses and when I see the owners little children excitedly refill the vending machines, It reminds me of everything that this country used to and still should stand for(I.e. As far as the fluff and fold goes, the woman was very kind and did a good job. Which is why it makes this even more weird. I'm giving this place a 2 star rating because the woman working the fluff and fold gave her friend my phone number and told her I was looking for a cleaning lady. Just to clarify, I only gave her my number on the form I had to fill out for the laundry to get done. When the woman called I didn't think much of it, I just told her that I was not interested. She called me back multiple times, texted me late night at all kinds of hours and was trying to bully her way into my home. She told me multiple times, no you're Stephanie, __ at Laundry Love gave me your number and told me you needed a cleaning lady. She even argued with me about it on the phone. It made me super uncomfortable and that is why I will never go back to this place. We were so excited to find a place near home that was reasonably priced and they did a good job, but after this run in I refuse to go back. My washer recently broke so I've had to find a laundromat. This is a nice one and pretty affordable. I love that they have several sized washers. It is maintained well and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I usually go early mornings on Saturdays or Sundays and it hasn't been crowded at all. It's clean and there were only a very few washers and dryers that were out of order. I also like that the machines are coin operated. It helps me keep track of how much I'm actually spending. I will continue to use this laundromat as needed and would recommend it to others as well. read more

I've been going to this location ever since I was a child. They remodeled it and it is clean and has plenty of washers and dryers available for use. It can get warm during the summer but most laundromats are.
