Absolutely wonderful! Becky (the owner) was extremely helpful from day one. The place is a bit small so they fill-up pretty quickly, but the atmosphere is priceless. It definitely has a spa/relaxation atmosphere compared to the nail salons with 20 spas. The work was very nice, clean and detailed. My only complaint was that my pedicure started to chip really early. I think by a week later almost all of my toe nail polish was off. I told Becky the situation and she was willing to accommodate me. I totally recommend this place if you're looking for a treat yo self kind of spa. Ask for Becky shes great! read more

I had my first pedicure at Lavish Nails yesterday and I can't rave enough about the experience! First of all, Lisa opened a bag of STERILIZED tools for my service. Cleanliness is my top priority at a nail salon and Lavish Nails met my highest expectations here. Lisa took her time with my pedicure and didn't try to upsell me even once. It was a delightful, relaxing and incredibly satisfying experience. I am now a regular client with Lavish Nails and I will treat myself to an acrylic fill and pedicure every 2-1/2 weeks. I'm so so so happy I found this place. I live near so many nail salons and I've tried 3 and none of them have been as great as lavish nails. Honestly I never loved any of them. They were always either rushing or all of a sudden charging for everything the next time I went in (ex: take home sandals, exfoliating scrub.) So I've been here 3 times and they are always busy but even when they are they don't rush to try to get you in and out. The first time I got my gel nails there they lasted 1 month. That's the longest my gel has EVER lasted. So I said ok, let's see how long they last the 2nd time. And of course no disappointment, they lasted another month. I'm so glad I don't have to get my nails done every two weeks!! I don't have that kind of time anymore (I have a 1.5 year old.) Thank you so much lavish nails. You guys are amazing!!!! Becky is killin' the nail game! I discovered this gem a couple of weeks ago after having countless bad experiences at surrounding nail salons. Upon arriving on my first visit, I was greeted by the owner and all nail technicians and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took care of me as soon as they possibly could. They have amazing prices for great quality work. I made an appointment for my second visit and had to unfortunately cancel last minute, but Becky was understanding and was able to reschedule me for a couple days later. On the day of my appointment, Becky called me and asked if I could come in a little later than my scheduled time, which wasn't a problem. I appreciate her communicating with me to make sure pushing back my appointment a little bit was okay, which showed me that her business respects their clients time and schedules. This is the best salon I've ever been to! I just moved from Jurupa Valley and Rancho Cucamonga area and Lavish Nails beats all the ones out there. Becky is so nice and does an amazing job! She takes her time and makes sure everything is done the way you want it. In my opinion, you get excellent service for the price. $50 for a basic pedicure and a gel or dip manicure, and it was done better than the other places I've gone to that have charged me $75 or more! I wanted a full set with gel but after speaking to the technician, she suggested an acrylic overlay instead because I need to keep my nails short and she said they looked great on their own. I really appreciated her advice because no one has suggested that before and let's be honest, she's the technician, not me! She did a great job and really took her time. I love them! She said because it's an overlay and acrylic is strong, it should last at least a month and the price was great. It's impossible for me to get my nails done more than once a month so for me this is a lifesaver! Definitely recommend and going back! Tip: make an appointment to make sure they can take you. First appointments usually go well, then the rest to follow are rushed. Lavish nail salon was clean, the staff was very professional, and they took their time with my girls and I. One of my daughters gel polish peeled the next day , I called in and let them know what happened and they were glad to fix it at no charge.
