I went to another dentist, and he was able to remedy the situation for a fraction of that cost and with a much less invasive procedure. The last straw was my interaction with the periodontist. He "consulted" with me by literally not looking in my mouth and uttering 2 sentences. Then he seemed angry that I didn't consent to have my tooth extracted during that "consultation." It's been several years now, and I still have the tooth. It didn't need to be extracted. Take from that what you will.

I have a severe dental fear. I made an appointment for a cleaning because they specifically had laughing gas advertised on their website. Well, guess what? After confirming with them on the phone beforehand this would be an option and going through the cleaning, they surprise me with "we don't do that here except for specific treatments :)" Why. Did. Your. Staff. say they did???? Why do you have it listed as an option on your website with zero mention of that small catch? They watched me literally cry in their office from my deep fear and sat there and kept insisting they couldn't. They straight-up tricked me to get me into their office. They also referred me to a different place saying "oh, they do laughing gas" only for it to be for nothing as the place they referred me to doesn't have it as an option whatsoever. They did not give a damn. Well, fast forward to last night. They called because of the initial posting of my review and apologized. I took the review down, thinking I had been a bit hostile, and asked about possibly getting an anti-anxiety pill before the appointment to get through it like most dentists are GLAD to give. Nope. Can't do it. No reason as to why, just that they don't want to, LOL. They do not want to help you with your fears. Telling someone to "not be scared" is honestly an insult and shows me this practice has zero understanding of how dental anxiety works. They just want your business. They don't care beyond that. I will not be taking down my review unless they can actually help me as their website falsely states they can.

I was avoiding finding a new place because the process sucks. I had no choice because I had a filling pop up (yes I crunched on it , ate it, disgusting) and was in pretty bad pain beginning a Friday night. I called them first thing Saturday morning and explained my situation and that it was hurting so I definitely will need it looked at quickly (mind you wasn't even a patient yet). They took me first thing Monday morning. It couldn't have been an easier situation, no questions, my records hadn't come in yet, they did the work I needed quickly to get me out of pain. They were so welcoming and calm and were able to schedule my next cleaning right away too. This is the real deal. Hard to find a good place these days- give this place a shot. You won't regret it!!!

I was surprised that Dr. Paolucci was doing the cleaning. At the previous dental office, the dental hygienist did the cleaning and the dentist made sure everything was in order. Dr. Paolucci was very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He explained what needed to be done and in what order. Michelle, the dental hygienist, was also friendly, professional, and happy to be there to assist. I overheard one of the other dentists talking/joking around with her patient. Overall, this looks like a great establishment with any dentist you get assigned. Parking is underground right after the gas station. The office is on the 2nd floor right in the main atrium area when you get off the elevator. Only thing I wish they had was goggles/eye glasses for the patient. Can't say enough about this place! I did have to wait a few weeks to get in my first visit, but it was worth the wait.

There is only one tiny spot that she says is "overcrowding" and says that aligners will held with this along with gum recession. I have had two different outside opinions who say I am not a good candidate for aligners and that aligners will do more harm than good. When I declined aligners she randomly states that I have TMJ. I have never been told I have TMJ on my life...yet she waited until I declined aligners to give me a new diagnosis? I found it completely unprofessional and I felt so mad afterwards that this was never brought up before. I am currently on the hunt for a new dentist because I don't fully trust Dr. Chickersal.

Came in with severe tooth pain unable to speak or even walk they told me I needed to get three root canals that day. I told them I can't afford it. They said pick the one that is in the most pain. (I was in so much pain that there was no way to tell where it was coming from). When they quoted me for one root canal it was $5,600. I could have lost $16,800 that day. When I said can you just pull it they quoted me at $1,600. I told them no and they offered me nothing but a half day doctors note for work. A dentist who offers a root canal in the same day is NOT looking out for you. You NEED a round of antibiotics or you can suffer from serious complications. Don't let them destroy your life. I know a lot of people out here are working with no insurance just like me but there are safer better options. Ask your friends and family about their dental experience and you will find a much better option.
