There was no safe or legal reason for that maneuver. Crossing a gore lane is illegal for a reason. It is designed to prevent exactly this kind of dangerous situation. A commercial driver operating a large passenger bus should be held to a higher safety standard, not ignoring basic traffic laws. This was reckless driving that put me and others at serious risk. No one, especially a company transporting passengers, should be driving like that. I hope LA VIP Tours takes this seriously and addresses it before someone actually gets hurt.

We were planning to Uber, but finding out Uber was charging $65 EACH WAY had to come up with other plans. We found out LA VIP tours would pick us up and drop us off for only $35 a person!! It was a good value and staff was very Professional. I lost my I phone on the rose there. The driver was kind enough after his shift to drive to my hotel and deliver it to me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are staying at an LAX hotel, ask the Front Desk about VIP tours shuttle services to SoFi and The Forum for concert and NFL game days. Thanks to Michael and the driver that returned my phone for All their help!

I knew I had to book the bus at least 6 months in advance to make sure I got a great price and that the bus was available. The bus tour was one of our family activities for my 3-day family reunion in late July, consisting of 200 people. About 60 went on the bus tour. My family enjoyed the tour and had phrases of how great Steven and his team were. To top the great service we got, Steven even drove back to hotel that my family was staying in to bring back an iPad which one of my aunts left behind. Now that is beyond customer service! Steven, I thank you for taking great care of my family! I will definitely book again.

Going to the stadium is great, but AFTER the game...good luck finding the bus. It wasn't where we expected it and it wasn't even marked. There were over twenty buses parked randomly along two highways with heavy post game traffic in the dark and no signage or directions and zero supervision or direction. The bus we got on was blank white (obviously a third party company) and the driver wasn't announcing it until you interrogated him. Then it overfilled and some people had to get off and go find another bus in the dark. Good value if you can find the bus home.

Our tour was really nothing more than being driven around Southern California. Next to no talking about the area, the sites, or people. He did tell us every turn he was going to make and why City we were in "I will be turning left here is the city of Los Angeles. Long periods of silence. It only spots four times. Stop one 15 minutes and "one of the oldest Catholic Churches in LA". He never mentioned the name, you couldn't go inside. Stop 2 was the Hollywood walk of fame 45 minutes and he did point out the spot for a Hollywood sign picture. Stop 3 was farmers market for one hour/lunch. We had time for lunch but not much else and this is a really cool market. Stop 4 was Venice Beach for 30 minutes and I highly recommend staying on the bus. Now the bus was small(24 seats) and clean with rather comfortable seats. All things considered I would have rather taken a hop on hop off bus tour.

Our guide, Ansley, was respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. She really brought the stories to life and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions. The vintage funeral car was such a cool and fitting touch for the Manson Family Murders Tour (and the main reason why I booked the tour). About 80% of the experience was spent in the car, which was cozy and gave us plenty of time to soak in the history while listening to music from the era. Including Manson, The Beach Boys, and The Beatles, to name a few. We also made three stops along the way to get out, take photos, and see key locations up close. As a mortician, the experience carried an extra layer of meaning. I actually helped funeral direct the service for the LaBiancas' granddaughter (who had the same fate as her grandparents). So hearing and seeing this history firsthand felt deeply personal and surreal. If you're into true crime or Los Angeles history, this tour is an absolute must. Graveliners and Ansley made the experience both educational and unforgettable. We loved every minute!

Also, quick side note Terminal B is also Terminal 4. This can create confusion at times if your boarding pass says Terminal B and it does not show on the LAX maps online. Why this is, I do not know, but it's a thing. There are also wide disparities in amenities at certain terminals and gates compared to others. For example, if you happen to find yourself in the vary isolated area of gates 45- 48 in Terminal 4, the only places to grab food are a market or a hotdog vendor, so you may want to venture all the way to the main terminal to grab food. Speaking of grabbing food, no matter where you eat at LAX, be prepared to throw down at least $40 per person. This is at the casual eateries, not even the sit down restaurants. The restroom facilities are fine and are in various stages of improvement, but there could be more restrooms spread throughout to alleviate some of the lines. The car rental situation at LAX is also easy to navigate which is another plus and is very fast. Overall, LAX is pretty good considering how busy it is, but high prices at eateries and pockets of construction make it slightly annoying. It doesn't come close to the calm and elevation of say a Changi or Doha, but it works with what it's got. Terminal 4 is about as close to nice as it gets, but for a Global Alpha City like LA, the airport still has a long way to go to bring it to where is should be.

In California, you wouldn't expect a public space like LAX to feel this extreme when it comes to…read morepricing. The cost of food and drinks here is shockingly high--enough to make you wonder if you accidentally walked into Dodger stadium instead of an airport. Arriving hungry with a family can quickly turn into sticker shock, and you'll find yourself questioning whether your credit limit is going to be enough to cover a simple meal. To put it in perspective, chips and salsa run about $16.85, and even guacamole is an extra $3.00 on top of that. A Monster energy drink that's normally around $3.89 at an ARCO can be nearly $8 here. It's hard not to notice how inflated everything feels. Some may argue airport pricing is always higher, but other airports like SLC or MSP don't seem to take it to this level. Even compared to places like Las Vegas, LAX feels especially aggressive. Unless you have no other option, consider eating before you arrive--or flying first class, where at least the dining experience might feel more reasonable than the concessions at LAX. You'd think organized crime was in charge at this airport but I don't even think the mob would inflate prices this much.
