Firstly, I'm so grateful for any bakery/dessert shop opened last 4pm. Came in for dessert and ordered with my eyes. I love the Nutella Brownie. It is extremely decadent and feels so novel when I'm use to selecting from cupcakes and cookies. Big serving size! The Lotus Biscoff Sundae has an unusual flavor (a layer tasted like pure Greek yogurt) but isn't necessarily bad. I would prefer to try a different flavor like Tres Leches. The cupcakes are disappointingly dry. I have a big sweet tooth and usually power through all sweets, but I took one bite of each and had to put them down. read more

Stopped by on a Wednesday evening. They had a sign in the door that they'll be back in 5 mins, which was annoying since I was running late to an event. I waited about 2 minutes before someone came to open the door. Inside was small, but they did not lack. I ordered some cupcakes for a friend and got the biscoff one for myself. It was delicious and had the perfect cake to frosting ratio. My friend also really liked the cupcakes I got her so I will be coming back and using this bakery in the future. read more

What a great lowkey bakery in the seaport area! Found this spot on uber eats and had to give their sundaes a try. They're small but so worth it! Delicious and filling. We also had the Dubai brownie which was more like a cake but still hit the spot! They're had a lot of other flavors for their sundaes that I'll be back to try as well as a wide variety of cakes. Layers Bakeshop has outdone themselves yet again with a 3rd custom cake that I've gotten from them this year alone. I got the Biscoff cheesecake yet again & I swear it just keeps getting better. The cheesecake is creamy yet not too soft & the right amount of Biscoff spread (for a lack of better terms) is given. Also, every custom cake exceeded my expectations as well & they were designed perfectly. All in all, I plan on going to Layers for many years to come as quite frankly I know I'll never be disappointed. read more

WOW. These cupcakes are PHENOMENAL!! We were staying at a hotel nearby and found Layers on a complete whim. I've heard about them on Instagram and was not disappointed. They live up to the hype and more! We picked up four cupcakes to go - we got a Ferraro rocher, double chocolate, biscoff, and chocolate cream cheese and they were so delicious! The chocolate ganache is unreal and so so good! I wish there was a layers closer to me! The prices of the cupcakes are also so reasonable for what you get. Cupcakes were some of the worst cupcakes I have ever eaten. They also have a CYBER TRUCK. Yes, you read that right, Layers Bakeshop has its own personalized cyber truck. I love what the cyber truck is doing for accessibility for disabled drivers, but if thats not the reason they have one, it is absolutely insane and wasteful (also supporting a N@zi). Other than that, again, the cupcakes were horrible, dry, and tasteless. The service was also extremely poor, and the ambiance left questions in my mind about their food safety rating. read more

Everything here tastes so good! Just make sure if you order for delivery heat it up a tiny bit, tastes even better--more homey. The blondies are to die for. They're perfect and taste just as you would imagine but better because it's in cake form and the frosting is the secret. read more

It's very convenient and priced reasonable, plus they have a large selection to choose from But all the cakes are premade and frozen, and the candies are just toppings so the cake itself won't really taste like that. Trash food. Worst dessert in FiDi. Seriously they just use the cheapest devil's food mix to make different variations of all the same stuff. Stumbled upon this cupcake shop near Joes Pizza. Interior is very blue and clean, you can see this is a new store. They have usual cupcake flavors like red velvet, carrot cake, chocolate, etc but they also had interesting flavors like pistachio. I got pistachio and strawberry. Both the frosting and cake were not too sweet, so neither overpowered the other, which I love! The cake was balanced as well -- not too moist, not too dry!
