My son and his brother said "It was awesome, best party EVER!!!" 2 days before the event, our party planner Haley called us to learn about what our son liked. She then spoke to our son and found out what he liked. Haley was great in adding these ideas to the party. The coordination of the party was fantastic. My wife and I just watched in amazement as Haley had everything perfectly timed from start to finish. Playing games in the VIP room while the kids arrived, then 2 rounds of lazer tag, then a Party with magic, games, food, and drink, followed by more fun and ending with Arcade games for everyone. There were so many small touches that made everything special.... The owners came in to wish our son Happy Birthday. They announced his name over the loud speakers. They let him spin the wheel of fortune and he won tickets for his friends. They gave everyone lazer tag passes for the future. At the end, Haley even offered to carry all the presents to our car. Throughout the entire afternoon, Haley was upbeat, fun, creative, full of energy, and tolerate. We are simple birthday people. The cost was not cheap for the party. Had a great time here. I went on a Saturday night with some friends to celebrate a birthday, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The games were well organized, the staff was super friendly (especially Kirsty) and they even played in some rounds which made them feel like friends more than refs. The games were also really fun. My son had his 9th bday party here. It just happened to be on their opening day so I assumed they would need to work out the kinks. They played 2 games of lazer tag and had 45 min in the party room with pizza and create your own cupcakes.( which is just decorating your cupcakes with candy) followed by two games each in the lazer maze (15 kids) and video games. I believe they all received 16-20 tokens a piece. The place is nicely done and very clean( obviously since its brand new). The party captains were nice kids and worked hard to make sure my son had a special day. They had a blast! The arena is so awesome, multi floor and great design. I have already been back again! So satisfying when you get that blade embedded in the wood. I agree that the lanes felt a bit small, but we reserved an early slot and didn't have to share the bay with another party (two throwing lanes per bay). I have been here a few times now. It reminds me of my late teens/early 20s when we had a fun lazer tag place out here. My advice is go with a big group, not with two people. The only time I had issues is when I went with just my son. We sat around forever at their suggestion to wait and see if anyone else showed up.....45 minutes later someone finally came in to play and they let us play. They do at least have an extensive arcade to kill the time, and the kids like getting prizes at the end. That was the only time I ever had an issue. The rest of the times have been a lot of fun, we went for a nephew's birthday party, then a big group of us went for my husband's 60th, TWICE in one weekend and we all had so much fun. The lazer maze is fun to watch too when you are at a party and each kid is trying feverishly to break the party record. I am letting my son have his birthday party there this year because I think they did such a great job with my nephew's party. I hope they do as great with his party a they did with my nephew's. The only other quirk is sometimes their printers or score machine have glitches and you don't see game results, which is annoying but not a big deal. read more

Before the event, we went in for practice and the staff took time to show us around the arena. Our team had a blast even though we didn't win the first round. Honestly, I was very impressed with Lazertag Extreme. We held our son's eighth birthday party here. It was great. We purchased the Ultimate package. All of the kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful and made sure all of the details were covered. We brought in our own birthday cake, otherwise, everything else was provided as a part of the package. We could have skipped the cake and only had the cupcakes that are provided. But having a cake was important to us. Given the range of activities; laser tag, laser maze, arcade games, pizza and cake, this is a great option for birthday parties. read more

Our experience here was neutral. My bf and his daughter had never played laser tag before so we were all excited about going. The laser tag arena is cool. Kind of small but fun. The laser maze was awesome. On the other end, the games are overpriced as are the refreshments. But my big issue is that parents just drop their kids off and leave them there. The place is run by mostly teenagers. So there is NO supervision for this kids. They are disrespectful and greedy. We just wanted to have fun and okay. These kids playing with us took advantage of our inexperience. They really should set rules for stuff like this. read more

Definitely love their "Tag til you Drag" special. It's 3 hours of laser tag from 9pm-Midnight for $25 a person. That's a deal! My brothers and I went here on a Friday night and had a bunch of fun fighting against two other teams of people (yes, there are 3 teams with 6+ on each team). The games go for about 15-20 minutes each, so we were able to get through 10 good games. Most players appeared to be in high school, and there were some adults and a couple of little kids. Laser tag is a good way to get your heart rate up and learn strategies for taking down the other teams, especially with those three hours. Will definitely be out again...on a Friday or Saturday, of course! read more

This is a great place for anyone who loves lazer tag. The multi-level arena is well designed and a blast to play in, and the lazer tag equipment is all pretty new . They also have the usual collection of arcade games that are well maintained. Had a great time our first time here. Unfortunately the held a fundraiser our second game and there room was maxed at. 55 people. This room is completely to small to play with 55 people. The lady at the counter (blonde with glasses) informed us no refunds.... Unfortunately for her It was not posted anywhere that they would not refund your money. So they had to. I feel the customer service given by the manager who refunded our tickets was DISHONEST. I will not be back not would I recommend visiting this location due to my experience.
