This is a GREAT facility for a party! My 11 year old celebrated here with his friends and they had a total blast! Our party captain Haley was so fun and organized a fun packed schedule for the kids to do besides the two lazer tag games the kids participated in. There is a fun arcade, too! There was never a dull moment. The food they provided was reasonable and you can add lots of extras if you want. We ordered goodie bags for the kids so I didn't have to do much and everyone got coupons. The parents who picked up their kids wanted them so bad as they were planning on coming back! This place is AWESOME!! The staff was friendly however there was one employee that really stood out in the establishment and that was,...Brooke. I brought my daughter there for her birthday and Brooke took the time to show us around and explained how everything worked. She was extremely helpful and often checked on us to make sure we understood how all the games operated and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Came here today for the first time though my kid has come a few times. I was really impressed with the staff and the facility. I've gone to a few kid facilities and usually the staff are mean and burnt out and the place is trashed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they were actually smiling! The bathrooms were clean, even at the end of the day and so was the whole arcade area. The kids had a blast. read more

They do not allow parents to go in with kids without buying ticket. They said we can watch them on security camera. They only have two security cameras and it is hard to see what is going on especially when it is dark inside. They had one employee going with 10 or more kids and I did not feel safe my 5 years old kid playing with 16 years old teenagers. Other lazer tag place I went allowed parents to go in just to follow the kid. Here I had to buy ticket even if I did not play! read more

So we celebrated my 12 year old's birthday here yesterday. Bryce the game host was very friendly and enthusiastic. The facility is clean, and the lazer tag area is pretty cool. The kids got to play video games with the unlimited cards they were given, and we ordered pizza, cupcakes and soda for all of them to enjoy a little snack. My only issue, which coming from a service oriented industry myself, that really put me off was that I politely asked if I could get a salad for my wife and I from next door to eat while the kids were playing- and we were gruffly told "Our policy is no outside food allowed". C'mon now, I'm spending over $400 and you won't let me bring a small Subway salad in from next door? I can understand if I just brought my two kids in to play a little lazer tag and we were bringing food from outside in for all and didn't want to buy their gourmet pizza, but that wasn't the scenario. Sometimes small business owners need to see the forest through the trees. Sometimes they need to understand that when a customer pays in excess of $400, there should be a little flexibility with their policies. read more

I must say, my first time was AWESOME! The lasertag & laser maze were awesome, my whole family had a lot of fun here. Summary of what happened: I walked in, was greeted by two smiling girls (Delaney and Sen) who broke down laser tag for me to a T. Sen recommended a super blast pass for each of us and it was perfect. If you go there get the super blast pass, that way you can do everything in the arcade. Both girls were awesome and Sen even demonstrated the laser maze for me so I knew what to do. Both girls really got me excited to play right as I walked in After spending a few hours there, we were tired and happy. It was definitely a day I will remember for a while. At first I was hesitant because I thought it was kind of expensive but for what you get it's totally fair. Also the place is really clean. I do have two small complaints, the churro bites were kind of stale. They were still good but you had to chew them a bit. My second complaint is that a lot of the arcade games are out of order, and there isn't a big selection of games. Maybe they were having some sort of problem when I came, but it seemed like 5 games weren't working that day. However it was still fun. read more

I went to Lazertag Extreme the other night with some friends and we had a BLAST! Seriously the funnest thing we've done together in a long time. The arena is great for teamwork and good old competitive fun! I hear they have a lot of weekly specials featured on their Facebook page too. I had fun there on the arcade games alone... but definitely not as much fun as a few games of Lazertag. I will be heading back there with my friends again for sure!! read more

Very fun place. My only complaint is the members and non members set up they have. As just a customer you cannot change your name from the presets they give you and they do not give you a stat printout at the end. Comparing your stats is done with an arbitrary billboard that goes off of the name of the best you were wearing. With that aside the actual complex is good but the matches for non members are too short. They also only give the choice of a free for all or teams game modes for non members read more

My 16 year and 9 year old love this place. We had his birthday here in November and now we come for a few games. My Niece who is 6 did not like the laser tag game. So maybe it's not for younger kids. The arcade is small. But the machines are much cleaner than Chuckie Cheese. The staff has always been kind and helpful. read more

Lots of great games and who doesn't like lazertag? Always have fun when we take the kids here, and the staff are friendly. We need to have a frequent gamer pass that allows lifetime membership and unlimited lazertag whenever I want like at 2 AM and bored. We lost Chuck E Cheese in Simi, so it's nice to have a play place with games that even the adults enjoy. There is always enough staff on hand and they are very personable, some play lazertag with you which is nice. I didn't get all their names but this guy named Price took great care of us. Pizza is affordable and good, plus there are salads etc. Worth a trip! read more

I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I called in to find out pricing for a small birthday party for my 8 year-old, and since the party was to take place the Thursday before the 4th of July weekend, I realized the final headcount would be low (5 or 6 kids tops). The girl I was speaking with was nice and helpful, and given the circumstances, I was told I could bring in small birthday cake OR they could provide cupcakes, and I would buy a $25 Super Blast Pass for each kid. While I worked on invitations, my son's mom stopped by Lazertag Extreme to check it out. She was told something "completely different" by the manager (Nancy). I called Nancy to clear up the discrepancy and was surprised to be told if I wanted birthday cake, I would have to do the party package for $329, NO EXCEPTIONS. BOTTOM LINE: A nice employee of Lazertag Extreme accommodated me with a reasonable request. I made plans based on that agreement and spent an hour designing invitations. Then a manager steps in and changes the deal, in-effect doubling the cost. I certainly won't reward a business with this kind of short-sighted business model. read more

I couldn't decide what to pick out, and Mark helped me pick out a prize and kept me informed on how to use the lazer tag equipment and the hottest games to play. Mark, or Manager Mark as I would call him, had such a kind demeanor and really guided me down the path of an Extreme lazer tag experience. My son and I were here recently for a birthday party and I was not impressed. The girls hosting the party were very nice but it seemed like they were trying to fill time. For the price that parties cost, I did not expect 10 year old boys to be offered board games and charades. The boys did have fun playing the lazer tag but one of the dads went in and said that 20 people in there at one time was way too many and that it was too crowded. When Lazer tag was done we went in to eat pizza. The pizza was already on the plates and on the table but there was no box in sight, which I thought was odd. A few kids didn't show up for the party, so there was extra places set at the table. One of the kids asked if he could eat a slice of the extra pizza but we were told that if any of the extra pizza was eaten, the parents would be charged $30 for that missing child. The hostess took the plates and walked away with them. We asked what she was going to do with them and she said she didn't know. Later on, one of the parents saw the owner and asked her what they did with the extra pizza and she said that they reuse it, either for another party or in the snack bar. Gross! That made we wonder, where did the pizza my kid just ate come from? It could have been touched by kids in the party before us, or worse, coughed or sneezed on! My son said the pizza wasn't that good and was cold anyways. I would never pay for a party where my guests were not getting fresh food. If there isn't a law about this, there should be. If I buy a piece of pizza from a snack bar, I expect it to be fresh! I don't think I will ever eat here! At the end of the party, the boys were given tokens but again, I was not impressed with the arcade. Most of the games are redemption games where you get tickets for cheap prizes. I was hoping this would be a place that my teenager would like to hangout with his friends but teenagers don't have any interest in tickets, they want real video games. This place may seem fun for younger kids but I don't feel you get your monies worth as a parent. The parties are really not worth the price and beware if you dare eat the food! read more

We just got home from an awesome 11th birthday party for my son. We celebrated with the Tween Party Package. My son invited friends from school, many who didn't know this spot existed!!! Everyone had a wonderful time. Our party hostess was excellent and we just adore her. She was super helpful. My sons friend and family ranged from 3-16. Yes, 3 years to 16 years old!!! Everyone had plenty to do and my 4 year old was even able to play Laser Tag!! Their pizza oven is broke so they ordered Dominos for our pizzas and it arrived right on time. One conversation I overheard between two of the party guests we invited, 10 year olds, "This is the best party I have ever been to!" to which the other replied with, "Yes! I haven't had this much fun in a long time!!" I think the only downside was some of the retro games were broken. This was a sad moment for my husband and myself but truly, the kids probably had no idea what the games were. I was told they are working on having them fixed so maybe next time we can play them. Also, to mention, I had never been in to play Laser Tag myself but our hostess let us have a quick peek and it looks AWESOME! Next time I think my husband and I will try this for a date night. The only reason I removed a star is some of the food is not so good... cold East Coast pizza and realllly soggy fries. Also the birthday party cost is a way expensive. First time visit, in our party was 2 adults and 2 kids. We bought 4 blast passes for 3 games and goodies. Front desk lady was helpful and playful with our humor, great as opposed to someone who is tired and put out on a friday evening. That helps set the tone. We hurried and signed up as our first match started 2 minutes into getting there. Hand in our mission cards to check in, something like 8vs8 in the load room. They give us the instructions, tell us our 'colors' and then we go into the room next door to pick our corresponding vest colors. Grabbed my vest and adjusted the side clips for a full grown man =] It fit without any issues for someone who is very broad and close to a 52'' chest. They also sinched up well for the small kids too. Everyone gets suited up, they open door and the kiddos scurry like cockroaches hit with a flash light. The match starts and the fun ensues. 10 minutes of adrenaline (rule following ugggh) fun. No running, but definitely fast paced walking for everyone. Guns shoot pretty accurate, sounds correlate seemingly spot on also. As someone who is over 6' tall, it get the advantage of popping my head over walls and zapping the shorties from the skies without risking my shoulder targets. Still the gun has a sensor on it too, so not without risk. Of course...I think im in the perfect spot, hidden, hoisting over the roof and my shields go down. What do you know, some little 4 year old munchkin is sitting there zapping me from behind only 3 feet off the ground! Come here you little twerp! Much playful exchange of shield deactivations and some quick footwork, I dodge out one of the multiple avenues from the top to the bottom floor. Continuing my sweep, taking no survivors, I continue like I'm in the movie Terminator during their robot lazer shooting scenes. The game persists, and I rack up kills, flush out the campers, break up the clusters of kids by storming their fortresses. The countdown hollers and the game ends with a 'game over man' shaggy voice. Wow, what fun! Totally a blast, it was safe, fun, lit up enough, everyone played nicely and fairly. I relate this experience to lazertag back in the day in Oxnard...however, the vest is assigned a name, and you don't get a print out of information who you hit the most or shot you the most. Maybe you get that information with a lifetime membership? They say in the membership you get to chose your codename...i'll definitely look into that. Me and the lady go to the snack bar to get the kids fed their popcorn and soda that was part of our pass. I go to buy a beer that says it's 5.00$, a guinness, (cool--Beer at lazertag!) The guy tells me it's 4.30 with a 5.00$ minimum -- uhhh what? The sign behind you says 5$.... I don't care to argue over a lower costs but a minimum forcing me to pay more than 5$, I opt for a dollar bottle of water.....so a beer and bottle of water for 5.30$ I guess isn't too bad. We sit down, kids enjoy their popcorn and soda, Laker game is on in the corner, we take our breather for 10 more mins until the next match starts. We play another match, this time its 3 teams, 4vs4vs3... Was a great time, and a slaughterfest for team RED! I'll skip the details but needless to say we had a great time. A little bit of as sweat building up from all the fun and excitement. Kids cash in on the lazermase....One hits the start button and the other decides to wait at the other end to hit the finish button, finishing the game in mere seconds, only to realize that they literally just wasted 12 tokens in 4 seconds. Harsh lesson in life, cheating is costly! hahaha. Game time a few mins later, we play our last match and finish up with another great game. Overall a fantastic first time. A little pricey, 120$ for 4 blast pass things (2 hours of fun for 4). As someone who grew up with lazerstar in Oxnard, I wish a few things.... I wish I could see my score in game, I wish there was a base target, I wish the matches were 15 minutes and not 10, and I wish I was given a print out to take after each match. Would I go back? Definitely....But I will without a doubt register as a member so I can choose my codename, and level up for bonuses and weapon perks =], not to mention some of the other purchase perks!
