I went to Le Cafe coffee after going to a doctor appointment. I bought an iced latte with whole milk and an almond croissant for breakfast. It's a cozy small coffee shop just conveniently a couple of blocks away from my doctor's office. The service is friendly. My almond croissant was covered in toasted almond slices and powdered sugar adding a touch of sweetness and visual appeal. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of my almond croissant as I was on the go trying to catch the subway and rush to work after my doctor appointment. The space is small with limited seating available. 10/10 coffee shop recommendation. read more

i love this place! can't speak on the coffee as I don't drink it but they have a fridge of fun, more organic/natural drinks and some mousses. I've only had the za'atar bagel which is nowhere to be found on their online menu but I promise it exists on the menu in store and it is one of my favorite breakfasts. -a lightly toasted sesame bagel -this cream cheese that was super light yet creamy and infused with za'atar seasoning -fresh tomato slice -AMAZING kalamata olive halves -i feel like i'm missing some small detail..?! i practically inhale it upon opening that wrapper and you gotta try one if you want to switch your bagel toppings up. i appreciate that they have sweet, fruit based breakfast foods, too. & i want to try their other options, especially the salmon choices, but it's so hard not to order this simple masterpiece every time!! read more

Super good little cafe! I love ending up at a random coffee shops like this one. We stopped in on our way to Central Park, when we saw a sign for salmon bagels and stopped in for a few coffees. This place was such a good coffee shop too, right down the street from the park, it is such a great idea to stop in for a bite or caffeine before a walk on a nice day. There is seating along the sides of the shop, with a little goodies/treats corner, so if you need to get some work done, this might be one of your best options in the area. Super mellow vibes, and quiet on the inside, so even though the world outside is busy, this a great place to visit. The prices here were actually good for the city, and it is better than stopping at a chain store. I think if you want a meeting place with someone and going on a walk, then I think this a fantastic place to meet for the day. read more

They do have a menu besides pastries. I wasn't eating. The coffee is decent. If you are in the neighborhood and they are not crowded you will enjoy your visit. It's not busy on the weekends. Surprised by how amazing their food and drink was. I had the zaatar open faced sandwich. It was scrumptious as well as their london fog. A lot of people came by for a bite from here. I love this coffee so much!!! I got the hazelnut latte with pistachio milk. Coffee is bold and doesn't taste watered down or weak. I think the hazelnut and pistachio milk went very well together. In fact after sipping and smelling mine, my entire family decided to get the same drink as I did. I don't often eat breakfast but this is definitely my favorite spot when I'm looking for something filling and delicious (usually when I'm a little hungover and hungry in the morning...but it really brings me back to life) I am obsessed with the sunrise bagel. Lox, eggs avocado and a really good spread. It honestly is really delicious and works well together I've even ordered for lunch before on a normal day. Only complaint is I usually ask for whole-wheat bagel and they usually don't do it or say they just ran out or something...other than that I think it's cute they always put my name in the bag like a school lunch and are always really nice. read more

I had a lavender latte and "Sunrise" sandwich (egg, salmon, avocado on a bagel). My husband had a cortado and the same sandwich. We then ordered a coconut donut and mocha to go. FOOD Rise Up was a fantastic breakfast bagel. Not very dense, almost bread-like toasted bagel, with a light drizzle of olive oil on the eggs, avocado and arugula. Really excellent, I'm likely going to come back to try some of their other breakfast sandwiches in the near future. SERVICE A++ service, the staff is so kind! This is strictly for one of the drinks I ordered- 'Latte En Rose'. Im really into floral lattes so when I saw that they had a rose latte on the menu I had to order it. What I appreciated was that they had oat milk. The latte itself was a disappointment. They told me it was a rose essence. I didn't taste an essence of anything, maybe at the end or bottom of the drink in my last few sips I almost tasted a hint of rose. But thats it. The only essence I tasted for most of the drink was the oat milk and the coffee. Like I said Im really into my floral lattes so I was turned off that there was barely a hint of rose in it. I was also told by the barista they put rose petals on it, but mine didn't have any. And I didn't order the wrong thing nor did they mess up my order because the barista specifically called out ROSE latte. Maybe they ran out or they were too busy? Def overpriced for what I received.
