Great find today! This place makes some serious sandwiches and is packed with all your convenience store needs. It's fast and the perfect spot when needing to grab freshly, prepared food on the quick. There is a full deli that has a menu loaded with delicious sandwiches, subs, salads and delicious eats. They also sell salads teriyaki and grain bowls. The portions are generous and the price is right. My go to here are the Tuna Cheddar Melt Sandwich & Turkey Club. They are a no fail and no disappointment here and A-OK with me. Both sandwiches are loaded with meat and the right amount of fixin's to balance it all out! Plus there are many other toppings to choose from to complete your sandwich just the way you like it. I'm really sad to leave a negative review on a local family owned spot, but I just have to. I stopped in today on a quiet Sunday afternoon for a bubble tea fix for me and my boyfriend. I tried to order my drink in person but the nice looking man couldn't hear properly so I showed him the order on my phone. I asked for a sea salt cream jasmine green tea with tapioca with 25% sweetness. As he started making the drink I noticed he put ice before the tapioca so I called out that I wanted tapioca as well. He gave a really pissed off look, before redoing the ice and scooping the tapioca first. Seemed like he would rather be anywhere else than there, making a drink for his paying customer. I was going to order a second drink, but after that interaction I just paid and left with the one. My boyfriend said the drink was 0% sugar for some reason. I'm sad to say I won't return, especially since this spot is right by where I live and would have been a nice place to go to whenever I wanted bubble tea. Great variety of food and drinks here, I've been so impressed with my order every time. Their bubble tea is great and their coffee drinks have such great variety that most places don't offer. I also love how you can customize details of your drink. You have options of 0, 25, 50, 100% ice and sugar. It's a croissant with bananas, Nutella, and bacon. You wouldn't think it would go together, but it does. I would definitely come back and have the sweet and salty croissant again. Pretty underrated breakfast spot in the Ballston/Virginia Square neighborhood. Someone asked me where they could get a quick breakfast within walking distance of N. Quincy St. and I felt like I should've known about this spot. I ordered the NYC - Style Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant which rounded out to about $9.55 with taxes. Service was very quick, although I was there about 30 minutes after opening. Pretty good-sized sandwich with a generous amount of bacon and chipotle mayo which adds a bit of flavor. The sandwich itself was delicious and I probably had room for one more. This place seems to have a pretty diverse menu so you could come at different times of the day. Also, you can purchase coffee/tea, drinks, snacks, wine, and basic housing items. Overall, this place has a lot of great stuff and is conveniently located right next to the metro. read more

For lunch they have burgers and a range of Asian bowls which bulgolgi, chicken and curry. They have cookies for dessert and to drink, coffee and bubble tea options. I feel so bad for leaving this one star review because the service is great. The food, however, is not. I've been here on two occasions and have not been able to finish my food on both. Last visit, I ordered the Loaded Avocado Toast. There was barely any avocado on the toast and it tasted like guacamole. The bacon bits were excessively dry and too salty. I decided to give the Milk Tea a try my most recent visit and ordered the Strawberry Matcha with Bubbles. The drink straight up tasted like strawberry syrup so I went back in to tell them. They were so nice and offered to make me a Matcha Milk Tea with Bubbles which tasted too powdery. Sadly, I ended up tossing both of the drinks. The bubbles were also very mushy - they seemed to have been over cooked. The cafe has a large menu that seems promising. Hopefully, their execution of the items improves. read more

Who knew this hidden gem was located in Arlington!!! I gotta thank yelp for the assistance as this is how I found Le Market while looking for somewhere to grab some breakfast. Very unassuming from the outside, once you get inside you will be taken back, in a good way! Similar to a convenience store on the inside, there are snacks and drinks to include beer and wine. Now the best part, they have cooked to order food as well! While everything on the menu looked delicious, decisions were made and we went with the Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Croissant and the Chicken and Waffles. The BEC was good af!! I requested my egg fried which was accommodated and when they say bacon, they mean it!! The sammie was loaded with bacon, oh and there was melted cheddar cheese too!! I think this may easily be one of the best BEC's I have had to date. The Chicken and Waffles was amazing too!! The chicken reminded me of little chicken nuggets so there was no bones. The waffle was freshly made and I almost forgot it came with scrambled eggs to that I still to this day have no idea how she stuffed them in the cup like she did, but she did!!! Powdered sugar dusted the waffle and the syrup and butter was included on the side. If you check in on yelp, you get a free La Columbe can of coffee and iykyk why this is a nice way to say thanks!! I have had a burrito egg wrap, as well as the capers and the chocolate chip cookie. All were really solid! For breakfast food without breaking the bank, the is a good spot, but what gets me really excited is the BOBA TEA! They make it really well, and my personal favorite from them is the - Price: Price here is definitely reasonable-- I can usually get a large boba tea, sandwich and sweet side for a total of $20-22. - Portion size: Portion size is solid, I have no complaints here. The size of the drinks is especially generous, and you have the option of selecting lower ice if you'd like more of the actual drink. - Delivery: I often order from this location on delivery apps, and have always had a positive experience doing so. Considering it's a cafe and a market, the menu is pretty extensive, offering an all-day breakfast menu, sandwiches, wraps, soups, rice & curry bowls, popcorn chicken, and drinks (coffee, frappes, milk teas, slushies, etc.). The hubs and I came here for an early lunch, and we ordered: +Famous Brunch Croissant - came with a sausage, egg, avocado, tomato, cheddar, and mayo; the sausage seemed to be reheated, but not heated well enough as it was still kind of cold; the croissant was a bit droopy and not flakey as expected +a Hangover Cure - came with eggs, ham, tomato, mozzarella, pickled jalapenos, and chipotle mayo; this had an off taste to it, as the chipotle mayo tasted funny +a Turkey Avo sandwich - with turkey, avocado, swiss, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze; this was the most edible item of them all; could have used more avocado +a Steak & Cheese - with beef, provolone, onions, and spicy mayo, opting out of lettuce and tomatoes; this was inedible, as it literally tasted like dirty armpits! I don't remember what type of bubble tea I got but it was purple and good. Just be warned that the sandwich won't travel well (bottom bread will get soaked) so eat it at the cafe. Unfortunately the one occasion we ordered food from here my boyfriend's chicken sandwich was undercooked. Granted we did order food late at night, it was after 7pm (they seem more like a lunch place) and it seemed like they were training a new employee. The new employee was frying the chicken and they asked the other employee that was there if the chicken was done and they said yes. Fast forward and my boyfriend ate about half of the sandwich until he took a bite, felt like the texture was off and found that it was raw in the middle. He had to put his chicken in the air fryer to cook the rest so it was edible. Thank goodness he did not get sick, I felt bad as we had a long day that day and we were just looking forward to a meal. I on the other hand ordered the chicken noodle soup, which hit the spot. It's just unfortunate because we are very apprehensive to order from here again, in fear of getting undercooked food. We should have called and told them that we received an undercooked sandwich, but we were already exhausted after a long day and it was close to closing time for the market. Review is on a Lox sandwich and a Vietnamese Ice Coffee. It would've been a two star review, but looking through their menu, I think I selected bad items for this spot. It seems like the go to's here are bubble tea and Asian lunch bowls (the latter of which actually look pretty tasty) So, if you want to consider this review with a grain of salt, I get it. I will say though....don't order what I ordered. The Lox sandwich was decent but was honestly a couple dollars more expensive than other places you can get it. What was honestly bad however was the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. So, traditionally this is a strong percolator drip coffee with condensed milk. I was expecting something strongly caffeinated and yes, sweet. But this was sickly sweet. Like I'm literally unsure whether I've had anything sweeter in my life. I had a couple sips and had to dump the rest of it. I'm wondering if this was a Viet Iced Coffee bubble tea powder (which was probably overly sweet) with way too much condensed milk added on top. I'll give this place a shot again for food, but I think I'll pass on the drinks. read more

I was on my way to Starbucks and caught the outdoor display sign that they had for people to see as your passing by. It caught my eye, because the menu was pretty fair in pricing. I went inside to place an order off the same menu I saw outside and the pricing was really off. It was $3.00 more for everything. I asked the employee if the menu I was looking at was the same outside and she said yes. Then I told her the price outside was drastically lower. She said "yes I know but the price here is the correct price. " I told her if that's the case they need to correct what's displayed and she didn't seem to overall concerned. Quality of food and portion size were good, however, when making my food they included an item not listed on their menu. In my case, I ordered a "Turkey Avo" which includes a balsamic glaze. They put the balsamic glaze on my sandwich, but they also added spicy mayo. Spicy mayo (or otherwise "chipotle mayo") is not an ingredient listed on their menu for the Turkey Avo. Mixing mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar is not a great combo to me, and I was disappointed by their error. At least it was not an item I was allergic to! Imagine if they added an ingredient not listed on their menu that could cause someone to have an allergic reaction. Overall, I'm calling this one "ok" but the incompetence in food preparation makes me not trust them. I should add that I had ordered two sandwiches, and on both of them they had made this error, so it was not necessarily a one-off. read more

My experience with this establishment has been very disturbing. I ordered a breakfast burrito Thursday morning. As my burrito was being prepared by the cook a fellow employee was present. The cook was making my eggs fresh on the skillet. While waiting his colleague put an old previous used leftovers piece of scrabbled egg in the tortilla prepared for my freshly made eggs. I then complained to them both, his colleague acted as if she had no idea what I was referring speaking of mixing my food. This place is awesome! They just opened a month ago (obviously a tough time during covid) and the food was really good. Relatively inexpensive, decent variety on the menu, quick service and very accommodating. I got the good day wrap and they happily switched the cheese for me and added spicy mayo.
