Who would've thought Tucson had grade A vegan donuts?! So glad they open early and would grab half a dozen, every single one was fantastic!

Spectacular! And the employee is so nice in there. Thank you so much. This was so good. Can't wait to come back.

Ordered donuts last minute on DoorDash for an event and these were great! An awesome variety and delicious. I got a pumpkin empanada and it was falltastic.

The lettering is dreadful. Instructions not followed.

The cake I special ordered was nothing short of disaster. My directions, written correctly on the order form, were ignored. This was to be for my best friend's birthday which is tomorrow, Memorial Day. No way could I find another bakery at this late date to customize another cake. The owner offered me half off. I declined. It was THAT much of a botched job to pay $38.56 for. If the owner had any sense of good PR, he would have given it to me because I didn't have much recourse at this point in time. I will never patronize that place again. It's great, I suppose, for doughnuts, but you can find equally good and less expensive ones at Dunkin!! The gal who took my order was a delight to work with. And the gal who was there when I went to get it was nice too. She agreed with me totally that the job was epically catastrophic! Wendy S

From bottom to top, L-R: cherry empanada, blueberry fritter, boston cream, cream puff, maple long john, twist

I'm a huge sucker for doughnuts and have to try them all, even if I'm more of a cake doughnut eater vs the yeast kind. My favorite yeast doughnut is the twist, from an old doughnut chain called Winchells. My dad really loved going there and it was a true treat for me when he would bring back a dozen every now and again. The twist from Le Cave wasn't too bad, it was a lot more 'yeasty' than I would have enjoyed. The maple long john, however, was a lot better and something I could buy again. I was also looking forward to trying their apple fritter, but only the blueberry was available. Not sure the blueberry version was for me. If I lived closer, I would go again and try more doughnuts.

All vegan! Glazed, powdered, two filled, apple fritter, chocolate

Amazing vegan heaven right here. Super affordable, even more than the picture they have right now they have these mango filled ones and a honey bun. It's like $2 or under. Underrated. Amazing. I didn't know i liked glazed donuts before this. I called ahead and they agreed to reserve 6 donuts while i took the half hour drive there, so nice!!!

    A dozen donuts to go.

Working in Tucson and needed a treat for a client. Passed Le Cave's & decided to give it a try. Amazing looking donuts. great service and smiley face!

Yummy donuts with a surprisingly extensive selection of vegan options! We had the apple fritter, a maple glazed, chocolate glazed, and a raspberry bismark (raspberry jelly with powdered sugar on top) -- all vegan! They have all the standard, traditional donuts you'd expect, as well as some additional pastries like turnovers, danishes, and empanadas. Nothing over-the-top or fancy, but what they do, they do well!

    Dozen of yummy goodness

The donuts are good & fluffy! The service was quick. They also have empanadas & cochinito cookies (little piggies) too. DoNut miss out on this yummy goodness!!

    Vegan donuts? Yes please!

In town for a short week and had to visit Le Cave's twice because their donuts are that good! They offer a wide variety of vegan donuts that are absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. There are other great pastries available too. Their cookies and cream cheese horns are highly recommended. They have some amazing looking cakes that I can't wait to try for my brother's birthday. We will definitely be back the next time I visit Tucson!

Never been here before, but gave it a try because I was craving pastries. The lobby was closed but the drive through was open (she was alone so just a safety thing, seems the lobby is open otherwise). The lady that helped me was so kind and even threw in her favorite one in my order for me to try! She informed me that they have vegan and non dairy options and while those accommodations don't necessarily apply to me, I will definitely be recommending to others. Overall delicious parties and super kind service!

Ask the Community - Le Cave's Bakery & Donuts

What are the prices on the cake?

    Is lobby open yet?

Hi Judith, thank you for inquiring about our lobby. The lobby is open limited hours up until about noon. Our drive thru is always open during business hours.

I know this is a donut shop, but it popped up when I searched for gluten free bakery? Is anything here gluten free?

Unfortunately, we do not carry any gluten free products.

Do they still have vegan doughnuts? And, if so, which ones are vegan?

A good number of the doughnuts are vegan (according to the staff). The standard glazed is vegan, and some of the others that have that as a base (chocolate glazed, cinnamon) are also vegan. The whipped cream filled is not. There are also a lot of…

You really wouldn't see this place driving down Wilmot because it's tucked behind two businesses, with 4 fifteen minutes parking spots designated for the shop. It's a small little pie shop and all pies are six inch mini pies for $7.99. Many are topped with pipped whipped cream unless you order a double crust fruit pie or quiche. I think I've sampled every pie. The size is perfect to split with someone. No drinks or other things are available here, but one can purchase drinks down the way at Beyond Bread. The staff are always getting customers rung up and out quick. Because the space is so small you go in the entrance, order your pies and then go out an exit door. There's no room for meandering or window shopping. You just wait your turn to look and order right away and I rung up the whole space is quite small nonetheless it's fun to go there and get a little treat now and again. And today was one of those days. My mom and I parked while my sister was checking out Bookmans. We picked out a pie to share, went to the patio to eat it, and it was good.

I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with panacotta and boba, and we shared a mango tiramisu. We were both happy with our drinks. The panacotta is a great topping and the boba was fresh, even later in the evening. The mango tiramisu was a perfect treat. It had a jello‑like topping with fresh mango pieces, and the creamy moist bites were delicious. I really enjoyed the consistency and flavor. We played checkers while we hung out.
