Originally came in for a birthday lunch. Our whole party was unimpressed with the menu and many of the items seemed overpriced as well. We didn't end up ordering food but felt bad just walking out so we ordered some beverages. The watermelon mimosas were average and the coffee flight was larger than expected but not in a good way, they were watered down and way too artificially sweetened. Unsure how the food is. I enjoyed eating here it was actually a great experience except for the service being slow because of confusion and having us wait an hour and our food and Appetizers came in at the same time because no one knew or communicated what table we were possibly. This place is confusing, the name is "Le Coco" french, it's advertised as an "ice cream parlor" but there are always missing flavors, on the menu there's Mexican plates, the "gelato" is regular ice cream & over priced, the decorations give me Ross/DD discount vibes & thr restroom smells! Lè Coco the most darling photo opp cafe I've been to. From the floral covered walls to the parasols on the ceiling this place is so cute. The service was decent but kind of slow however very friendly. The food was decent but I wasn't blown away. I had the chilaquiles which I was warned was spicy but it wasn't at all and the meat served with it lacked any flavor at all. My best friend ordered the salmon toast but alas was also not blown away by it. The complimentary watermelon served with chamoy and tajin was good. The coffees however were DARLING & delicious. This is perhaps the most beautiful ice cream shop I've ever been to. I brought my daughter and we took pictures... there are plenty of places in the shop to take photos... Imagine my surprise when we paid and $30 for 2 scoops of ice cream/Gelato and 2 mini cakes. And then I see a "CUSTOMER SERVICE FEE" tacked onto the bill. What exactly is a customer service fee?? Not only do the have great dessert (ice cream, smoothies, shakes and cake) but they also have a good food. One thing they are known for is there agua chiles but I tried the chilaquiles plate and was good definitely recommend. Service was wonderful, we suggest you book ahead of time if you go Monday to Friday, otherwise be prepared to wait 1-2 hours. We had reservations and as my party is walking in we weren't greeted. I walked to the bar tender and were told that we will be seated shortly. 10 minutes passed and still not seated. As we are waiting we see food coming out to be served to other guests and it looks amazing. Unfortunately the service was terrible and we weren't able to experience the food because we weren't acknowledged. They told us to wait till someone left. We are a party of 6 and they only have a small space and narrow tables. Seating arrangement was not going to work. If you're a local, it is very affordable the food is good, servers try their best to be friendly and accommodating but also may be overworked because it is so busy. We got the wrong food at some point just went along with it and ate it without a fuzz- It was good anyway. They have great photo ops for cute pictures, but in my opinion the decorations were dirty and needed to be dusted.
