I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now and I dread it at this point, but she has me in and out in 45-50 minutes (builder gel fill). She's the best and she KNOWS she's the best hahaha. I got this same exact design at my previous salon a few months ago and it was $140 including my student discount... The prices are more affordable at Le Nails and the attention to detail is better. They really make sure the shape is on point, they remove any imperfections or bumps, and they even file under the nail. Management was changed in the last year and a lot of the bad reviews are from that time. Their prices are the best in San Diego right now. I've been going here for close to a year. When I first started I just went with whoever was available and everybody did great. Then one day I was with Kim and I've been going to her ever since! My nail health has been the best it's ever been and my nails last a month, so 3-4 weeks. This past fill was after 4 weeks. They do designs. They have a huge selection of colors, chromes, mattes, literally a ton. They have drinks available, coffees, sodas and mimosas. In my time going here there was only 1 occasion where I had to wait and it was less than 10 minutes. I've gone to other well known salons here in SD, I've paid 100-150 with nails that barely make it to 2 weeks, chip or the color/design is off. This place truly is great. Even though it's by major stores there is always available parking by this salon away from the craziness. I cannot recommend this salon is enough. And Kim is amazing. I've had to bring my 2 year old in from time to time and Kim and the whole staff, welcomed him and made me less anxious about having him there. I show Kim a picture and she executes it every single time. One of the picture I posted I already had my nails for a week or so so even though I had growth my nails still looked new. read more

Terrible. I never leave reviews, but this place was bad all around. I made an appointment for me and my 7 yo stepdaughter for mani/pedi's - it was her first time and she was feeling nervous. They were so rude to us, and they were super rough with my body - yanking my feet and trying to force them into water that was too hot while i was trying to reassure my daughter and have a nice time. I literally had to say "Ouch, you're hurting my body". Then they overcharged us and our nails look super mid. Nothing special at all. Go here if you want to be overcharged, have your bodily autonomy disrespected, and leave with nails that look basic AF. read more

As I checked in for a pedicure, Kim at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Once I got into the chair though, it went downhill. My nail tech never looked at me, never welcomed me and I was out of there in 10 minutes. No soaking of the feet prior and maybe 4 minutes of a massage. I complimented her on her hair and again, never even looked at me. When she put my polish on, it was a mess. I said I didn't realize the color was so light..she picked another color equally as light.
