Staff is really helpful and polite. Better to order online. What they have hanging goes pretty quick with walk-ins. Styles are beautiful.

This business is mostly known through tabling at Filipino fiesta, Facebook Marketplace, or by word of mouth. Agnes, the store owner, is very kind and let me try on many items. Pricing is very reasonable for the listed pieces. WEBSITE -- https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61557500865302 PHONE -- (808) 428-6231 PAYING -- They accept cash and Venmo. Shopping in Ward Center in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. This shopping complex will be gone soon. Many businesses have cleared out and Noa Noa is one of the last ones still open. I had passed by this batik shop many times in the past, but never went inside. Today, June 21, 2026, was their last day, so I walked in to look around. Note: they won't be receiving more inventory because of the tarrifs, one of the vendors retired, etc. Sally was an excellent sales associate. She knew the fabrics (cotton vs. linen vs. bamboo), the origins of the prints, the styles, etc. Sally briefly explained the intricate process of making batik fabric. Wow... she even showed me a pattern stamp and swatches. She really knew her stuff... because she's worked at Noa Noa for over 13 years! I got a couple of dresses because natural fibers - such as cotton - should be cooler to wear. (I'm perspiring more because it's summer now...) I'll try itvout and get more at their smaller Waikiki shop or their new shop which will be nearby. Yay!

I walked in having no idea where to begin because there's so many beautiful garments to look at. I didn't have a style or color preference, I just knew I wanted to buy something nice. Aya politely asked me a few questions to narrow down the search. She then pointed out some of the different styles in my size. Together, we pulled a few dresses off the rack and Aya led me to a fitting room. Excitedly, I had four lovely dresses to try on. As I was in the fitting room, Aya politely offered information about the different fabrics, the variety of styles and sizes, she even explained the best method for gentle washing. When I came out of the dressing room without "the" dress speaking to me, Aya pointed out another rack that I had not yet browsed. Then BOOM, there it was! The color! The size! The fabric! The style! Winner, winner, Aya helped this beginner :) After trying it on and walking around the store in it, it was done. Mission accomplished thanks to Aya! Love my pretty new dress, Mahalo Aya :)

Cool decor... This…read moreis the place for all things asian decor and everything to celebrate the Lunar New Year which is the place that I had to visit and see what they have and yes this is the location in Maunakea Marketplace where there's racks of various merchandise outside mainly the popular items as obvious many were for items that would be perfect for the occasion. I've come here many moons ago to find various beads and accessories as the items they carry are unique and fun as well though it is a fashion shop as well with various clothing that's all mixed in for a complete ensemble I guess lol. The staff here is very nice and don't follow you though you need to be mindful and polite as you browse as I came to search for a specific item which sadly they didn't have but was nice to give them a visit and see all the beautiful items. Parking I was lucky to find street parking on a free Sunday moment though municipal is right next door is usually what I use if I'm browsing much longer. Give this place a visit for all things Feng shui unique decor or just that bead that's hard to find anywhere else for a great price with so much items here makes it a fun place to shop. Thank you!

Lunar New Year is January 25, 2020. It's time to get ready for the Year of The Golden Rat!…read more I've been patronizing Kimi's Fashion II for many years. For example: I've purchased Asian decorated paper fans for party favors, a blue rhino trinket to protect against burglaries, and Chinese styled clothing (blouses and jackets) for special occasions. The store is located in Maunakea Marketplace in Honolulu's Chinatown. I like to go on Sundays when metered street parking is free. Otherwise, there are Municipal Parking garages nearby which charge reasonable fees. If you enter Maunakea Marketplace from Maunakea Street, you will immediately see merchandise from this shop overflowing outside the walls of the store and into the surrounding area. Shelves of coin purses, toys, artificial flowers, sunglasses, clothing, and lucky charms are everywhere! This shop has everything! Inside, there are wooden figurines, jade carvings, beads, earrings, scarves, etc! I like the service here. For example, I was buying a Year of the Rat charm for two of my friends' birthdays when the female employee offered me a deal. She said that if I buy 3, I can get the charms at $10! Ok! The cashier was placing each charm is a cellophane package - very nice! I also got lucky charms for my mom because she makes goodie bags for her high school classmates. (Every year, they have a Lunar New Year party and exchange small gifts.) The $8 bag of charms contained 12 pieces. What a deal! Yes, Kimi's Fashion II may seem cluttered... that's the uniqueness of it! It reminds me of my PoPo's (Chinese grandmother) room - filled with beautiful ethnic treasures - waiting to be discovered!
