I decided to treat myself to a facial after seeing a special advertised on Instagram so off I went to Le-pelle where I was greeted by a super cute and friendly receptionist and my esthetician Carmina! I should mention the parking was a bit of a challenge but after finding a space eventually I managed to be almost 15 minutes late. They saw me immediately and let me tell you.. this was the best my face has ever felt! She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable while she talked me through every step of the facial. I even booked my son for his teen facial next week! I will recommend everyone looking for an exceptional facial to head over Le-pelle and ask for Carmina.. she's an angel! read more

Yadira has the perfect hands for facial massages. She was warm, kind, lighthearted and in her calling. I experienced layer upon layer of treatments that improved skin texture and tone. Everything Yadi did had purpose and she applied every technique and product with care and finesse. She was beyond excellent. The shop owner and other consultant were nice, but clearly wanted me to stay longer and get the "free consultation" so they could pitch pricey products. I had a facial by Synota which addressed several of my concerns including fine lines and dry skin. In addition to the microdermabrasion, she used both red and blue light therapy targeting specific areas that each would have the most impact. She took time to explain what she was doing and why. I'm in my 70's and in addition to issues mentioned before, I have very fine, sensitive skin. My skin looks great! I'm very pleased with the treatment. Staff is pleasant and professional. I wish they had sent the link for the required form with the appointment confirmation. I had to fill it out when I gotta there so that delayed the start of my treatment. I have my cosmetologist license so I know what a good facial should include. Yadira was my facialist and she was everything I wanted. Yadira was very polite and informative, detailing the treatment as she went. Her touch was gentle, yet thorough and relaxing. When I go for a facial, I really prefer when I can indulge with a massage for my face. This was heavenly. Her extractions were not at all painful and my skin looks and feels fabulous.
