This med spa does not disappoint! They're friendly, fun atmosphere and they have experienced and knowledgeable estheticians that are very skilled at what they do. I was introduced to this place by seeing a promotional ad on my IG. I scheduled an appointment and was able to get one very easily for a basic facial. When I went to my appointment, it became more than that as I became a firm believer in the magic of what these estheticians at med spas can do. They took the time to analyze your skin to recommend the best treatment - no gimmicks or sales talk. Their passion is to ensure you walk out of there with fresh, glowing and youthful skin. I was so convinced after my first appointment that I returned for a deep cleaning with Yaqueline. She was a joy that educated me on skincare and what the ingredients of different types of products do to your skin. I had a few large pimples and she used some blue light treatment that minimized them that day, then they were completely gone within the next day or 2. Surprisingly leaving NO scar at all! I literally had 3 women within the following weeks ask me if I had gotten botox because the results from this treatment were that noticeable. It was after this appointment that I knew I had to go back for a micro nano needing treatment. I had my nano needing treatment with Carmina - sweetest lady ever that had been practicing the treatment for years! She was an OG professional. It was a harmless treatment that left my skin glowing even more than it had ever in my life. Some of my fine lines and wrinkles disappeared. It truly was a life changing experience as I couldn't stop looking at my face after I left their office. I gave 4 starts because I knew it was just a good basic facial. I am sure it could go 5 stars with a full facial service esp with Carmina's 30 year experience. I found this business advertising on Instagram so I scheduled their skin tightening facial on 3/19 at 4:30pm and I was texted last minute that they will not have an esthetician available. I rescheduled for today 3/26. They called me earlier in the afternoon to confirm my appt at 4:45pm and that they do have a 3:15 available if I'm able to come early, which I was not. I received another text from them 1.5 hrs before my appt and now the esthetician is ill. I understand things happen, but twice my appt has not been honored and that is enough for me to say I will not be rescheduling due to this and please beware as this was my experience. read more
