I went there due to a fb ad, price seemed fair. The office was upscale in a perfect location, office was upper crust as well. My esthetic professional, is either Jaquelin, or Yaquelin, can't tell by her hand writing on the card, but she was great, my skin looked refreshed and glowing. Im not sure who did the ad on Facebook but id rethink the wording and make changes to reflect the results. It claimed "nonsurgical face lift" $69, i do feel women need this service to remove years of stress from their appearance, but the "nonsurgical face lift" is not the actual result that's hype. Its not accurate and because this is a great value and i loved the service, i think simply stating facial exfoliate services removed years off your looks, would closer represent the truth instead of having customers feeling disappointed because a facelift was not achieved in the end, the expectation should reflect the service of a high end facial and there would be no disappointed clients that expected to look like they had a face lift. Again, they have all the making of an excellent company, staff is awesome. Id just lower the hype and keep it realistic. I will be returning because i loved looking refreshed and it was a great value. read more

I took advantage of a FB jawline tightening special and was pleasantly surprised how wonderful was my experience. For starter I needed to bring my service dog and everyone was graciously accomodating! Thank you! Savannah was my technician and she explained the jawline process. My skin is very dry and I also asked for adding on a moisture/face cleaning treatment. Savannah spent a long time doing a thorough job. It was so relaxing! I would have paid the amount just for the facial massage she did!! It really was best one I've ever had. The blue light treatment reduced my rosacea/redness and my face was so moist and soft. Very professional! Experienced a lovely facial today at Le Pelle in Walnut Creek. I decided to try out their services for facials after seeing their ad on Instagram. I live in San Francisco and it was a fairly easy drive over in the morning and back to the city. The neighborhood is very charming and the salon was easy to find. Upon arrival I was met by Jennifer who is a wonderful ambassador for the salon. After signing the requisite documents, I was introduced to my aesthetician, Marda. She was professional, explained each service with me and what each treatment does for my face and neck. I've been waiting with my Review to truly give the treatments time and see the effects. I'm on my second facial package and I've done over 10 Treatments as of today. I will break down my review to 3 important factors. (To me) Results, Service and prices. My skin is glowing! It looks well maintained, no blemishes and bumps. makeup, as rear as I use, looks much smoother. Blackheads are so much easy to remove and they're not as dense. I get compliments from my husband who rarely notices these things. The service is good! I see Yaquelin every 4 Weeks. She is always truly happy to see me, she knows me and what I like, she always makes sure I'm comfortable and that hour+ is one of the best relaxation time I cherish. Price is not cheap, who wants a cheap place. I don't think it can be cheap given the high end products they use and all the effort that goes into making the service so great! The way I see it is that I rather give up 3 silly Amazon purchases a month and put them in the most important investment which is ME and You truly get what you pay for.
