This place is simply amazing! Very clean and comfortable environment once you walk in. Mariza did my facial and it was not just 15 minutes like a lot of spas that I've gone to. It felt really relaxing while she was working on my face and neck and I was just indulging in the facial massages that I didn't want it to end. Update: change of rating after finding out the phone number on Yelp is not their business number. Turns out I was leaving voicemail messages to a poor individual that is probably sick and tired of my voicemail trying to schedule a facial. I went when it had just opened and had more of a trial facial. The place was beautifully decorated and you could tell they spent time putting it together and it was a labor of love. The facial was pleasant but nothing special. I requested to try a different facial and ended up for some reason being charged for a pre-pay for that along with the service I had just received. It was for a reduced price so I thought "why not? " I have since called, emailed, sent messages through the website and i am yet to hear back from someone. It's been months and i guess I lost my pre-paid facial. Lesson learned. read more

Really good experience from the moment I called to make an appointment. Great service by Miriam. She was patient with my many questions as a first time customer and helped address all my concerns. This is a smaller boutique salon right behind limon hair salon in the heart of Walnut Creek. I like the fact that it's privately owned and not some major chain. I picked their hyraderambrasion treatment which was on promo for $129. I would say that a promo treatment is definitely not the same as their full price service. So if you choose that route just know that the equipment is different and so is the depth of what you get. It's more like a standard regular facial. My only feedback is the upsell after the treatment (for packages) in the front needs to be toned down. As someone trying the spa salon first time I would have been much more comfortable if I was just offered consult on the next service suitable for me and if that conversation was more focused on my skin needs than selling $2-4K packages. It definitely made me uncomfortable and weary. I also had a gift card (visa gift card) that they were not able to process. No biggie, I managed to use it at the hair salon and bought my favorite Oribe Shampoo and conditioner but they should be able to process these things. Overall, good experience. Feedback is only meant to improve what was already a good experience at the core of the service that was provided. read more

I initially booked a facial that was a promotional offer, and had such a wonderful experience with my assigned esthetician Joy that I decided to purchase a package. Joy was very knowledgeable and educated me about the various products to use based on whether my skin is dry vs oily as the seasons change, and advised on treatments that would address my main concerns. My subsequent two appointments were with Joy (nanoneedling and RF) and I was starting to see improvements. Joy then recently took time off and I was scheduled with a different esthetician, who I had a good experience with in my first appointment but then after my recent second appointment with her, I had a terrible breakout reaction resulting in very inflamed and irritated itchy bumps, which I have not experienced since my teenage years. The clinic manager Jennifer was responsive in addressing my concerns and put me in touch with the esthetician I last saw, who offered to squeeze me in for a follow up appointment to hopefully correct this current issue. I'm hoping this breakout resolves sooner than later, as I paid a great deal of money to improve my skin, not to make it worse :( read more
