The matcha cruffin was earthy with a gooey center that didn'twin me over. The Coffee Bun was wonderful, soft, airy, and balanced. The Smores Belgian waffle was solid. The fruit pastry had a welcomed tang in conjunction with fresh fruit and soft pastry, but not really for me because it had an Imbalance of custard for my taste. Overall, Paris Baguette is decent. Not a place I'm chomping at the bit to visit again, but it would be solid after a day of shopping or a good after meal spot with friends or someone special. They make a beautiful sourdough country loaf that is fantastic to bring home, slice in 1/2" slices with a sharp bread knife, put in a gallon freezer bag, and freeze for amazing sandwiches and treats during the week. Try a Spanish pan con tomate with one of these slices slightly toasted, with a rub of garlic, salt, and good e.v. olive oil, and you'll be happy as a clam. (What does that even mean?) Or use said previously frozen slices as a dessert treat with your sleepy time tea, toasted with butter and good local raw honey drizzled on it. Bathrooms are very clean.
