The first time i wanted to put a down payment through OCCU, but they couldn't take it. The 2nd day, i was told i needed to give the dealership a check for the auto loan and get the contract updated, but the dealerships check readers couldn't take the check. I came in today, June 26, to get the cashiers check, and as luck would have it, supervisor Myrna was able to deduct my down payment from the loan cost and give me cashiers checks for both! She was very helpful for me today, as the two teller's before who assisted me didn't have the authority to deduct my down payment. Thank you very much Myrna!

The will NOT accept DEPOSITED paychecks. They will HOLD it and not release FOR DAYS. They REFUSE to cash outside checks without first depositing to your account. ALL the banks/credit union, I had before never had a problem performing this task. They released an app and did not plan for support. Customer service cannot answer your call for HOURS or DAYS. RIDICULOUS. Insincere and unaccountable for their actions/shortcomings.

By law I had 3 days to return the vehicle & I tried to do that, but the owner of the place was violent over the phone, talking shit & threatening to sue me & I still have the recording! I was nice & courteous & wanted him to take the car back, he kept refusing, then stopped answering my calls! The owner also claimed I got the second approval, he got his money, yet I was told over the phone by the finance lady that somebody will notify me in 3 days to a week, so how the fk the next day he got his money?! Well somehow, he did, & I'm stuck with this brick! Scam artists! Not even a year yet, been 8 months now, money I don't have, I had to change 3 tires that we're old & dry rotted, but they claimed it was new! I still have to change the passenger side! That's about $1300 on 3 tires already! I wonder what name they'll come up with to scam more people!
