First class service and great communication before/during/after. My puppy came in with minimal training and left a star. Sit, down, stay, leave it, more respect with the cats and my resident dog at home, and way more confidence. They have a family dog, there's kids and other family around, chickens, cats, and more to be exposed to + cuddles galore. I'm very happy with my choice. We'll be back for daycare weekly.

From the phone to drop-off they were excellent at staying in contact and making sure everything we needed was addressed. They kept that same level of communication and dedication during our furry friend's stay, which definitely made me comfortable and secure in leaving my dog there. When we picked up our dog, we were walked through everything that was worked on and were blown away. The progress was undeniable. Our cat is very attached to us and doesn't like strangers at all, but he became friends with Pam right off the bat - we couldn't believe it! It was extremely reassuring to see the bond they developed and it gave us such peace of mind while we were 3,000 miles away. From the very beginning, Pam stood out to us because her main concern and #1 priority is the well-being of the pet(s). She takes great care to ask about their likes and dislikes, personality, food preferences, health, etc. and we can say from personal experience that Pam will treat your pet(s) as if they were her own - with much love, care, and respect. Never did we feel that her attention was elsewhere. And our sweet cat loved the twice-a-day visits. Pam took such good care of him, including feeding (with some very specific instructions!) brushing, hang-out time, and litter box cleanings. He was in good hands and we couldn't be more grateful. Briefly, our little guy is a new addition to our family and we were seeking a trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and kind dogsitter to occasionally watch him. We have never gone outside our family to have someone watch one of our pets. So, we were unsure whether Colean, or anybody (!), could provide the trust and care that we get with other family members. Very quickly, Colean earned our trust. She initially had us visit her house with our dog to see whether he had the right temperament to fit into her pet community. We've had no out-of-control barking incidents; he can be tethered and remain quiet. He's very good on walks, moving from "heel" to "break" and back to "heel" again. He's very responsive to the "off" command, which we use primarily to keep him off the furniture and out of the kitchen. Last week we had friends over for dinner and after his initial excitement he was a good boy, lying nearby content and chewing on a bone. We even attended the Humane Society Walk for Animals at Kit Carson Park, and with hundreds of dogs and people and non-stop activities, he was again a very well-behaved boy. We are so appreciative of the work that Michelle did with Monty. He is now the dog we always hoped he would be - happy, well-behaved, and living his best life!
