They weren't busy when I got there, and I was immediately greeted and seated. I don't need anything fancy, so after explaining what I wanted, he went to work. The attention to detail was impressive, including using a straight razor to fine-tune the edges. They are very easy to have a conversation with him while in the chair, and time flew by. The real test is how many people said, "I like your haircut," and I had more than a few, so that tells me they did a good job.
