OK, I'm re-reviewing and giving this place 4 instead of 3 stars. It's big and the card for buying washes is convenient. In the summer, they had free dyers on Wednesday and that is great for people who use dryers. The machines wash the clothes really well. There are some people who work there that are really sweet, others who give you stink eye, so you never know. Also, some people let their kids run around (WITH THEIR DIRTY SHOES!!!!) on the counters you fold your clean laundry on. I wipe the counter now before folding my clothes! read more

What makes this place is the owners actually man it. It's small, simple, and not the cleanest, but they sweep it about every 30 minutes. They also will tell you if your load would fit better in one of the other washers. Like I said, it's a bit small, 6 of the big washers vs rows, but it was cheaper than some of the other laundry mats I checked out... 3.75 for the big washer vs. 5.75 at some of the other places. Continues to be my toto place for laundry. It's always clean and there is always plenty of machines available. The no coin operated machines is still an inconvenience. Usually they are good about changing your loose coins for bills so I never had a problem, but today the guy ran out of bills so I didn't have enough money to do my load. Which is super annoying. They have a 3rd party ATM inside, but who trusts that nowadays. Luckily, I walked to the bakery across the way and they were kind enough to take my change. Whew. read more

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to! It is big, well lit and is super clean! When you put $20 on the card, you get a $3 dollar bonus, which is incredible. The machines work great, they are all well maintained and look new. 1 Load = $1.50 2 Load = $2.50 3 Load = $3.50 4 Load = $4.50 6 Load = $5.50 8 Load = $7.50 8 minutes of drying = $0.25 The lady who I see working there is always cleaning. Sweeping, wiping down the folding areas, wiping down the machines and even cleaning the windows of the dryers. Every time I go early in the morning, she is cleaning the lint traps in the dryers. She is like a super efficient ninja. She leaves you alone, but when you need help she is right there. When I place something into one of the trash cans that are at the end of each aisle, she swoops in and empties it! There are 3 aisles of folding areas that run the length of each bank of washing machines, plenty of room to spread out and not be in anyone else's way. They also sell detergent, bleach, softener, etc, but also hangers, plastic bags and even re-usable large polyester laundry bags ($4.95) which are awesome. read more

Nice place been coming here for years, moved out of the area and still drive all the way over here. For the most part the employees are nice to me, the owner can be pretty rude. I've seen him argue with people and raise his voice at adults for small things that can be tolerable and prevented. However, I still come and mind my business. It's a nice neighborhood and decent prices. If I can add one last thing it's don't trust the vending machine 100%. I have a stackable so many big things must go to the laundromat. The gentleman helped me with the vtm card machine and showed me the best machines to use for quits and sleeping bags. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Tried to use a large machine which costs 5.50 then found out they don't produce hot water OR warm for that matter. I asked for my money back to use another machine and she said NO!! Then she proceeded to tell me that NONE of the extra large machines use hot water. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE! Some machines do not clean thoroughly (and they don't care), TERRIBLE customer service, and extremely RUDE employees. Employees will harass you about the time over and over again. One employee yelled at us to "get out and go home" at 8:40pm, place closes at 9pm. Another employee will try and make you switch machines after you have loaded your clothes so he can mop (I just ignore him). I have put up with it because it's location is convenient, but not anymore. After my experience today, our family will be going elsewhere. read more

WARNING It's not a coin op laundry. Honestly it's kinda interesting but you're screwed if you come in expecting your quarters to work. They have a card system which requires you to buy a card and load it with 'cash'. On my visit their atm didn't work which rendered me completely out of luck so I had to leave. I will explain why I give one star. ...I have been coming here for years! Always nice and clean, I love that they have a mini store where you can buy what you may have forgotten. ..laundry bags, soap, softener, hangers, etc...HOWEVER, they get 1 star for customer service! Tonight I was there, (we got there at 7) and there were other people there as well, and as soon as it hit 8:40 pm, the lady started shutting of lights, closed the little store, turned off the TV and then grabbed her purse and personal belongings, and at 8:55 went and stood outside the laundromat looking in at us who were still folding clothing and packing up! They don't have a machine with hot water and their warm water is not really a warm water (More towards cold). Good go to spot to get laundry done. Only problem is the owner can be a tad rude. He starts to mop and even makes it that you to move out of the way so he can finish the job. Pros: - Very nice and clean place. - Washers and dryers are all new or at least look new. - $3 bonus when you insert a $20 bill into their ATM system. - Attendant is pretty helpful,but English is probably their 2nd language. - Wash costs are reasonable. We bring about 2 big hampers. Overall we spend about $20 for wash and dry. - The dryers work most of the time, if not you can always tell the attendant and they'll take care of it. I always makes sure the dryer heats up properly before I add more money. Cons: - It's so annoying that people bring their kids and let them run around like it's a playground. This is not a daycare facility! Be a parent and take care of your kids or make them help you do the laundry! - No more free dryer night on Wed =( - Their laundry ATM system doesn't allow you to put in coins, only whole bills, so you can get stuck with $0.25 or some other small amount. read more

I always liked going to laundromats, especially ones with front loading machines (easily entertained) and ones that can take up to more than 4 loads? I'm a happy camper. I was doing my laundry here and sort of liked the whole card system. It was a pain in the arse trying to get the dryers going inserting the card for every 8 minutes...what killed it all was my whites became extremely dingy and a new pair of jeans somehow got holes in them. This place is clean and up to date. I had a great experience here. I keep breaking a part in my washer so now I need to go to the laundry mat to wash big blankets and comforters. I walked in and there was a lady mopping. I walked over to her asked for help because I wasn't sure which washer to use for my huge blanket. She stopped mopping walked over told me how much took my cash and slid her card and ta da just like that my blanket was washing. I was hungry so i went to the international restaurant next door ordered some food, ate came back and it was done washing! All in all great experience. Clean blanket, great food in my tummy. Found ourselves having to go to the laundromat when the washing machine took a big fat dump on us. This place is close to our house, so we tried it out. It's pretty high tech for a laundromat, as all washer/dryer machines, and vending machines (except the food) only accept a credit card style payment. You must purchase a "credit card" ($1) first, then you may add money to it to pay for the machines. They have a large selection of newer washing machines, and they have machines that allow for very large loads of laundry. The place is clean, and they have an attendant on duty. They sell larger boxes of detergent, fabric softener, etc... in this little glass booth at the front of the place. They have one TV to pass the time, or they have a fairly good selection of older video games in the rear. read more

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this laundromat for almost a decade. Never had a problem, always clean and plenty of machines to choose from. Unfortunately, it was our last trip to this laundromat yesterday. We opened the first washer to add soap and start the cycle before we added our clothes, and we saw a baby cockroach inside the washer! Disgusted and a little irritated we shuffled down to a different washer hoping that first one was a fluke, where we found multiple baby cockroaches inside the machine as well! We know this is not just some coincidence and that roaches are a serious problem that is not easy to exterminate. We notified the gentleman working, who is literally always there, and he tried to tell us we were full of it and there were no roaches! He even declined our request for our money back that we just loaded on the card. We ended up leaving without doing our laundry, and will definitely never be back. If you are a regular at this laundromat, and keep coming here for it's convenience, I suggest you at least check the washers first so you don't take any of those critters home with you! read more

So I had never been to a laundromat before and walking in Mr. Lee immediately approached me and my mom and greeted us. He then helped me load a card with money properly and then how to use the different machines and use the settings. I really was not expecting anyone to be here to help us but wow, What an amazing surprise! Mr. Lee walked around the entire time making sure everyone was doing okay and if they needed anything. This place was absolutely spotless (I have heard a lot of people saying that outside laundry facilities are usually dirty). Thank you Mr. Lee for an amazing establishment! I wish there is something that less than 1 star! I absolutely HATE this place. This is the worst laundromat that i've ever been to. They do not take coins so instead they make you to buy a card for $1 and charging money to the card so you can keep on coming back. After I finished my load, i was going to cash out my card (cus i went there to wash something big that I couldn't do at home). The old lady was incredibly rude and trying to play dumb. She wouldn't refund the rest of money that remain in the card.(about $8) I got so pissed because of her attitude and start to arguing with her and asked to talk to the manager. Have gone there for a few years. Some are good and bad. Good is that they're very clean and plenty of machines to use. The bad is When one of your machine is broken and the people refuse to repay you. They're taking advantage of your money. They rather keep the money than helping you out. Very greedy. If any machine is broke, they must give us the money to transfer to another machine to use after using the broken one. They just can't taking advantage of our hard-work money. After visiting another nearby laundromat, my wife and I came to check this place out and liked it immediately. I later brought our blankets here that wouldn't fit in our washer at home. This place is super clean, machines run like machines, floor is shiny, walls are scratch free, ceiling is high and well lighted. Their machines don't require coins (something that my grandfather carried, I don't). You use a prepaid card that you can get here. You get an empty card for 85c and charge that with cash for later use. Easy to use their charging machine. The charging machine crdits you almost 15% more than you pay, not sure whether that's a discount/promotion etc. or not. I first put $20 on my new card and the total credit was $23 put on my card! Both washers and dryers accept this prepaid card. They have washers of five different load capacities - 1-load washer for $1.50, 2-load for $2.50, 3-load for $3.50, 4-load for $4.50, and 8-load washers for $7.50. Dryers are all same, huge, charge 25c for 8 minutes. You can buy dryer time at any 8-min multiples. They have clean sitting arrangements, clean surfaces for folding your clothes, lighted vending machines with snacks and drinks. The couple who work here (not sure whether owners or managers) speak very little and in broken english, however answer questions when asked.
