Honestly, for $16, the pho I had was packed with meat and noodle. The meat wasn't cut super thin to the point where it dissolved in my mouth, but it had a chew to it. The meat was still very tender and at the end, I somehow had more meat than noodle. The service was also quick. The lady who took my order was very nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For $16, this is a pretty good deal for the amount of good quality meat. I'll definitely come back if I'm craving pho and in the area.

Got the get $100 in credits, get $25 and it has been one of the best pick me ups yet. I really enjoy the tendon and steak pho -- however the soup does get cold fast thus I recommend warming it up on a stove. The banh mi dip was on the expensive side for sure at ~$15 -- however, it was tasty and very refreshing. I also like the drinks a lot. I usually get the strawberry slushie to wash everything down and it tastes great.

My husband and I came here for dinner and have been loyal customers, visiting many times before this experience. We ordered two popcorn chicken bowls. A few bites into my meal, I discovered HAIR in my food. We called a staff member over to let her know, but she didn't apologize or ask how she could make the situation right. She simply took the bowl and returned with a new one. By that point, my appetite was gone and my stomach was already upset. When we spoke with who appeared to be the manager while checking out, we explained what had happened. Unfortunately, she was also unapologetic. The only resolution offered was a $3 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. As returning customers, we expected better customer service and a genuine apology. Finding a hair in your food is unpleasant, but the lack of concern and accountability made the experience even more disappointing. Sadly, after this experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Save your appetite for a different place.

Great bowl of pho, did not disappoint. The meat was tender. It was a good size bowl. My only caveat is that I only got one sprig of basil and only six leaves were on there. But honestly compared to other Vietnamese places it's less wasteful to serve it this way. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is super bright and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was eating alone and wanted to watch YouTube on my phone but I noticed I would get spotty cell service there. Didn't seem like Wi-Fi was available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After eating you pay at the front cashier and they do accept Apple Pay. Great service :)! Also they have robots that bus their drinks to your table. Thought that was cute.

Gave this place another chance and the so glad I did! The broth has improved and now this is my go to Pho restaurant near my office.

My fiancé and I came here to eat before a movie at the AMC Mercado. We were enticed by the aroma of pho broth coming from the restaurant. It was late in the morning, so there weren't a lot of people eating there yet and we took a seat at a table in the center of the restaurant. The waiter gave us some menus and we decided on getting pho. I ordered pho with beef tendon while my fiancé ordered the whole works. The broth was nice and hot and there were a lot of noodles. I thought the amount of meat I had was okay but this place is much cheaper than other pho places nearby that serve the same amount of pho and meat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant had a screen where they were playing shows that customers can watch while they wait, and the volume is quiet enough that people can still have a conversation with each other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was good and they got to us quickly when we wanted to order or grab our check.

The beef rib & lean brisket was pretty good. The popcorn chicken bowl was okay though.

Stopped by for a quick bowl of pho and it was good! Good service, and easy to order. Good if you want a decent bowl of pho, would rec if you're in the area!

Decent Vietnamese place in Mercado Shopping Center. I must passed this place a few times and was never tempted to go it. However, I was a little hungry after seeing F1 and decided to give it a try. I went with the Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chop plate. It was okay, although I had hoped it was a little better. I cleared my plate and was not dissatisfied. I know my Vietnamese food and this was just okay. My buddy at the Salt & Pepper Wings, which looked good. And, my buddy says it was good. Willing to give this place another try as it is close to my Go-To movie theater in the South Bay.

I am a big fan of this place when I'm in need for a quick slurp of pho! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has many tables for either solo diners or big groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They seat you and take you order at the table, and within 5 minutes you have your pho. Other food takes longer I'm assuming because they must have the pho broth on hand. I love the fried veggie rolls and veggie spring rolls! Got my entire meal for $25. Always pay at the front.

One of my favorite spots to grab lunch during the work week! I always get the grilled chicken combo - it just never misses and the fried roll is so good. The service is pretty good, it's pretty similar to other chains. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has a more modern look on the inside, not too loud or quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Honestly this was pretty disappointing. I ordered a popcorn chicken bowl and found multiple hairs in my food. The pictures I posted aren't even all of it. Every time I thought I was done finding hair, there seemed to be another one. At one point, there were literally two pieces of chicken attached together by a hair. I didn't get a picture of that because by then I was so grossed out that I just threw the food away. Finding one hair is already bad enough, but finding multiple hairs throughout the bowl is honestly crazy. I ended up throwing most of it away because I didn't even want to keep eating after that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely not what I expected, and I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness because nobody should be finding that much hair in their food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This review is from March 2025, it just takes me awhile to write reviews…read more I have heard that they have since had a kitchen fire but are going to re-open some time this year. They have also opened a location in Cupertino that is more convenient for me. Adding Mian to this plaza definitely livened it up, it was so difficult finding parking and then there was an hour wait when we joined the waitlist. We wandered around Grocery Outlet and Savers to pass the time. I came with a group of 6 people. We ordered the sichuan spicy fries and fried chicken cutlet to share. The fries were the spiciest item I had that day, wow! I ordered the Sichuan chicken cold noodles, extra spicy. They were not spicy at all. I left everyone at the table try them and they all agreed it was not spicy. Kind of disappointing, I expected them to be spicier than the fries at least. My partner had the chengdu zajiang noodles, mild spicy. They were good, the signature dish of the restaurant. I would return, but their spice levels are very inconsistent.

We waited for probably 15-20 minutes which wasn't too bad. The place is pretty big and fits a good amount of people. The food was great. The bahn cuon here is really good -- the rice noodle is so fresh and soft and chewy. This was my favorite and the variety was so appreciated as well! It's also surprisingly filling and I would definitely get this next time I'm here. The fish sauce was also delicious as well. (this is in reference to the dish Banh Cuon Tay Ho Dac Biet) Bahn Beo were good sizes and nicely steamed. I wish there was a bit more sauce because I was running out at the end. Toppings are appropriately sized as well Personal take, I didn't really enjoy the fried pork rind topping as much and would have liked more shrimp, but once again, personal preference. I didn't quite enjoy the Hu Tieu, but my friend liked the soup! It's a little too plain for me. I do love the feeling and texture of eating thick, round rice noodles. The banh xeo that came on the side was hard to crunch through, I felt like it was probably sitting on the side for a while. Vibes were nice -- there's a call button to ask for service. Menu has a lot of items as well (e.g. pho, rice plates, etc), so there's something for everyone if you come with a big group! Our server was also really attentive and sweet -- he came by and asked if we wanted additional dishes/bowls since we were sharing food!

I have also frequently gone into their store to enjoy a nice plate of com tam or bun thit nuong which has always been great. One of the most popular K-food restaurants in the Bay Area, and their food is always a 10/10!…read more I've come back here so many times because all of their soups are so comforting, especially the galbitang - my absolute favorite. It feels just like a warm hug in a bowl! Their cold noodles, both spicy and non-spicy versions, are refreshing and perfect for cooling down summer heat. We also almost always order the mo deum soo yook for extra protein. It's a combination plate with boiled beef brisket, tail, and tendons. You will have to season them yourself with salt and pepper, but beef is always so soft and tender. I highly recommend ordering this only if you're dining with a group of 3 or more because the portion is huge! After finishing your meal, they'll serve you a yakult, super yummy and great for digestion (super thoughtful of them) They're busy and almost always have a waitlist, especially during peak dinner hours. From my experience, the longest I've waited was about 45 minutes, but normally it's only around 20-30 minutes. There's a boba shop nearby where you can grab a drink while waiting. Overall, I have nothing to complain about with this place. Try it once and you'll understand why everyone loves it!

I am really surprised at the portion we received being way smaller compared to what i typically get when i doordash or order for take-out... and i order take-out from here every week or two! my friend got hounded for a tip in the parking lot after paying which was really off putting. at first they said they couldnt read what he wrote. then, when he clarified- she took about 5 minutes begging for a tip in the hot sun... the thing is- he didn't want to tip as we didn't receive any service at all. all they did was just take our order and give us our food. no check-ins during our meal. they took away our water before they even took our card to pay.... it all felt super rushed near the end. out of all the times I've had take-out from here, this dine-in experience missed the mark for us. debating on if it is worth it to come back. very disappointing as this was my friend's first time trying this place and he drove all the way from east bay!

It's just too far when you're hungry and slightly hangry... I did a quick Yelp search and was surprised (and excited!) to find LHL Malatang just under 10 minutes from home! The place wasn't busy at all when we got there, which meant no crowding at the buffet style section. I loved how smooth it was to grab all my favorite toppings without having to wait in line. Only minor letdown? There were only a few slices of beef left, so I opted for lamb instead but it still hit the spot. My bowl ended up being about $26, which honestly felt like a steal considering it was nearly 2 lbs of food. Definitely way more affordable than some other spots I've been to. I went with the mild beef bone broth but my Bestie got the sour spicy beef bone broth and wow, game changer. I kept sneaking sips from his bowl! Next time, that's definitely what I'm getting.
