I cant thank these guys enough!! After a major heat wave this weekend my wife and I were at home when suddenly our AC stopped working. After reaching out to a numerous amount of companies Lee's responded to me right away. The owner was kind enough to hear about what's going on and send a technician to my house within one hour. The technician who came out, diagnosed the complete system, including my furnace in the attic and recommended only a capacitor to be replaced. After replacing that capacitor, he also washed down my coils and made sure that everything was working perfect. I can't think these guys enough, the service provided was beyond incredible. I manage several rental properties in Los Angeles and having a reliable HVAC contractor is a MUST. You know how it is, you never hear from a tenant until something has gone terribly wrong and their unit isn't functioning anymore. Either it's record breaking heat or in my most recent case an over worked HVAC unit that broke down (FROZE) on a Sunday night and the tenant had NO HEAT. I reached out to Lee's HVAC via email on Sunday evening and explained the urgency of a tech to be sent out right away due to the elderly tenant not having a working heater. One of our central AC units fails at 8PM on a very warm evening. I call just about every HVAC service on Yelp and Lee was the only one to respond. Response Time: Incredibly quick. Not only did he call me back very quickly but also arrived on site within 30 minutes. I'd like to reiterate that Lee was the ONLY HVAC service that was able to respond immediately. All other "24 hour" services said it was too late and would need to come the next day. Service: Lee himself was incredibly nice and very informative. Took his time to explain the situation and the possible solutions. He also kept looking for alternative solutions to help us fix the problem. Over-all, really appreciate how out of his way he went to help us find a cost-effective solution for a very expensive problem. Also important to note that this was on a Thursday before the Labor Day weekend. He was the only service that was able to find time to fix our problem before the Labor Day weekend. I reached out on a very hot holiday weekend when our A/C seemed to be struggling to keep up. I thought we would need a freon top-off or worse but Lee advised me to change the air filters first even though they had been changed 2 months prior. Lee was able to come out within 2 days of us reaching out to him this past summer. Long story short, our HVAC gave out in the heat of summer and we needed a full replacement on our unit which was 20+ yrs old. (We'd known we were due for this, as we'd done a bandaid style fix the summer before to try and stave off the big replacement another year) Within 5 days Lee had everything done for our home and we were back to cool air in the house.
