#11 Special Combination Banh Mi
Joyce W.

I know Lee's Sandwiches is supposed to be the lowest tier banh mi, but honestly, I don't understand the hate! I think it's really decent for what it is. I usually go to the Chinatown location if it's later in the night and the cravings hit. However, I was in the Southwest area after getting my hair done and wanted to pick up something quick to eat during lunch. The interior is clean and organized with a few tables to dine in at. The cashier was really nice and service was quick. I got the #11 Special Combination. When I got home and opened it, I was pleasantly surprised with how neatly and fairly stuffed the filling was. For cleanliness, service, and decent portions, I would definitely return to this location whenever I'm in the area again and wanted banh mi!

Bread and vegetables sandwich and a dash of bbq pork
Wil P.

I ordered a bbq pork banh mi sandwich and what I got was mostly bread and vegetables. 50% bread, 40% vegetables and 10% meat worth almost $10 and I even tipped the dude. I was still hungry after, ridiculous. Not coming back!!

Banh mi #1 - loaded with fresh ingredients, pate and cold cuts.

I came in this morning (9/23/25) and ordered two chicken pate chaud and two banh mi #1. The employee was really helpful. The banh mi #1 (baguette, mayo, cilantro, pickled daikon, cold cuts and pate) was delicious! It was packed with fresh ingredients & every bite was delicious! I think (I know) people were staring at me at the airport as I devoured the sandwich. Definitely recommend! The two chicken pate chaud came fresh out of the over. Good size, perfectly toasted! Not sure why this location has low stars. I certainly enjoyed the food and will come back when I'm in the area.

I love that you can always get hot bread. It's so good!!! I've had the bbq pork sandwich and it's so perfect on the fresh bread. Always nice service.

Ain't no way Lees doing me wrong smh. I asked for a bbq pork banh mi. Brah I got a bbq Pork (carrots) sandwich. Why?!?!? Skimping on the meat. Count your days lol. I ain't going back nor my family & friends. That's wild

Bbq pork

the bread is soft and fluffy with a slight crunch. I love that its not all bread like other places. I got the BBQ pork...which is essentially like a Chinese roast pork...not what I was expecting but still good. Pork was sliced thinly which I appreciated. One sandwich i feel could feed two people. I ate one half the sandwich for lunch and the other for dinner. I phone ordered and it took about 20 minutes for three sandwich combos. Gave me enough time to drive to their location. My only complaint is that i wish the protein serving was a little more, i feel like i had more veggies than protein. But overall it was great. Oh and i love that they have a combo with spring rolls...in hawaii i always have to order spring rolls separately. Definitely will be back to try other sandwiches.

Trash 9$ and they put no meat at all in sandwiches they might as well call it pickled veggie sandwichs

I usually get the turkey & roast beef on the croissant from the Sprint Mtn location, the one day i switch it up and come to this location, they were out of croissants. I also tried to order the spring rolls and the guy said they don't serve it at this location but it's on their menu. He also said they were out of their pickled veggies (carrot & daikon). What is banh mi without the pickled veggies. I also asked for avocado on the side and it was so hard.

BBQ Pork Asian Sandwich with extra veggies

I ordered through UberEats. I have ordered a few times like this and had a few problems here and there but this time my order was correct. I got the BBQ Pork sandwich on the 10" baguette. I enjoyed the baguette. It was crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I would agree with other comments about not much meat on the sandwich. I asked for extra veggies on mine. I love the picked daikon and carrots, onion, jalopeno, and cilantro. I feel I have to request extra to be able to get much. To me they are always very sparing with the insides of the sandwich. I do however really enjoy these sandwiches. One of my all time favorite things are spring rolls. I just can't at Lee's. I get super excited and forget about the last time I had them here. I got the vegetarian spring rollls. Other Vietnamese restaurants serve their vegetarian rolls with tofu. There was nothing besides the noodles, ice berg lettuce, and some weird crispy bits that were not so crispy. There was no flavor to any of it. No fresh herbs. Nothing to excite your palette. The rice paper is so gummy as well as the vermicelli noodles. The rolls are so packed with noodles that the whole thing just fell apart. You can't really pick up the little bits of 'not so crispy' things. The peanut sauce is just not good to me. The whole thing was awful. After trying to eat it, I couldn't even stomach it anymore. It was so gummy I was chewing forever. Again, no flavor whatsoever. I will never order these from Lee's again. Really my stars are 3.5 but I do enjoy the sandwiches. I like the Vietnamese coffee also. Super sweet. You will get a caffeine and sugar boost. It's really good though. I suggest going in to order rather than UberEats and I do not suggest ordering the spring rolls.

Yes 90% is radish and it tastes supper sour for a sandwich

I got a to go combination sandwiches + tax around 9.21 dollars and was very disappointed. They increased the price but the inside was pretty bad quality. 90% is radish. A couple of thin meat. The only good thing is the bread was soft than before. I highly recommended Dakao Sandwiches instead .

My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

It didn't appear to be that busy from the outside, but there was a long line inside. Luckily, the line moved by quickly. It's interesting that you inform a staff member what you would like to order, wait for them to get your order out to you and then pay. It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

You can get sandwiches, rice plates with, tonkatsu and chicken katsu and sukiyaki. Miso soup and salads and much more. But if you want sweet they have soft serve, parfaits and frappes to satisfy your sweet tooth! My friend and I came here for breakfast and I wanted something not too heavy so I went with a Hojicha float with vanilla soft serve and their shrimp avocado sando. I usually just get the Hojicha parfait with mochi but it was kinda too early for that. My friend ordered a matcha latte with the sukiyaki don with soup. My Hojicha float was loaded with vanilla soft serve and the regular size was pretty big. The soft serve was smooth and creamy and paired well with the Hojicha latte. Couldn't go wrong with that, but I felt guilty for having something sweet like that in the morning lol. The shrimp sandwich wasn't that good for the price they were charging. It was almost $10. The avocado spread didn't taste fresh and was browning and the shrimp was mainly on top of sandwich. I should've ordered a more savory bowl instead bc damn! That sandwich was disappointing. My friend enjoyed her order of the matcha latte with the sukiyaki don. She had mentioned it's her go-to order, since she's a LV local. I wish I had more time in Vegas to order a parfait here but we had so many other places to hit on my short visit. This shop is pretty big and spacious, a good place to study and hang out with friends. Plenty of seating and they have a restroom in the back. We went on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. Ordered took a bit to come out tho. Overall, love nana's! Extra brownie points here because they serve food, but think before getting their shrimp sandwich. They know how to whip up some good matcha and Hojicha lattes and soft serves! Service was decent here, and prices are reasonable. The prices have been pretty consistent with all the other nana shops I've been to. Check them out if you love Hojicha and matcha!

You basically wait until each customer group has tried and tested all the flavors they want until they move on to the next customer. I didn't even bother reading reviews beforehand, I just went and honestly I'm so glad I did because this ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip. The parking lot itself was pretty quiet, but there was a steady flow of people going in and out which is usually a good sign. Inside there's plenty of seating and it definitely felt like one of those cafes that could easily become a study/work spotor casual hangout place. I was also really impressed by how big their menu was. They had acai bowls, sandwiches, burritos, toast, milk teas, espresso drinks, and even a jasmine mule that immediately caught my attention. Their mint mojito latte sounded really good too, but I ended up deciding to try a couple drinks from the seasonal menu instead. We got the tiramisu matcha latte and the banana foster latte. The employees were super friendly and checked in to see if we needed help deciding, which honestly felt extra appreciated after being in the car for that long. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and the very first thing I noticed was the cream-to-drink ratio. When I say these drinks were loaded with cream top. I mean loaded. My tiramisu matcha was probably like 20% cream and the banana foster looked almost half cream at first glance. The cream itself is super thick too, not one of those light cold foams that disappears after two sips. But honestly? That tiramisu matcha latte might've just blown a lot of the matcha spots I've tried in San Diego out of the water. The matcha itself was bold, earthy, and very matcha forward, but that thick tiramisu cream on top cut through it perfectly. It made the drink taste rich without becoming overwhelmingly heavy. I literally kept thinking about this drink for the rest of the trip. The banana foster latte was good too, but definitely more of what you'd expect flavor wise. Caramel banana vibes, smooth espresso, solid overall, but the tiramisu matcha completely stole the spotlight for me. My only complaint is honestly just how thick the cream tops are. They're so dense that you kind of have to stir everything together. I'm usually someone who likes to sip both the foam and drink together at the same time, but that wasn't really possible here because the cream barely moves. Still delicious though. I genuinely wish I grabbed another drink on the drive back home because I have not stopped thinking about that tiramisu matcha since. Next time I'm back in Vegas, this is absolutely a spot I'm returning to.
