Crawfish wise, we ended up getting 5 pounds of the Viet Cajun and 5 pounds of the EZ blend along with sides of corn, sausage and potatoes. Everything was great and had a lot of flavor, and we were pretty surprised by the size of the crawfish. I really enjoyed both flavors though if I had to pick, I would say the Viet Cajun was better and had more flavor. My table had four of us and we weren't able to finish everything. We peeled and cooked them at home. Fresh shrimp is so much more tender and soft then frozen shrimp, which is the only option in Connecticut.
