I have been coming here for the past 5 times of my car's oil change service. This place has the…read morebest friendly customer service reps, a warm welcoming atmosphere, and best of all their communication is very good. They will let you know if your vehicles have any troubles. I've heard a rep talking to the owner stationed on gate 1 had a battery issue with his vehicle. The rep advised the owner by showing the condition of the battery on the tablets. I heard the owner agreed and told the rep to change the battery with a new one. I also have an experience with their excellent customer service by showing and explaining to me that my car should change filters, break fluid, and other parts. I agreed to what he has said and they changed it for me. Thank you very much for your service.

And that he would remove the trespassing charges. And agreed to fix my oil pan. then the district manager that said is a ASE certified mechanic, and that he will be replacing my aluminum oil pan with a new motorcraft oil pan, but must sign a wavier not to defame them and must remove the reviews before any work will be done. I am editing this review to update the situation. I will be leaving my review up untill all work is completed and I will have the vehicle inspected before and after by a qualified reputable mechanic shop to make sure it is all completed correctly and no other damage has been done. Once everything is ok'd then, I'll be willing to remove the entire review and sign the waiver to not defame them. I wish this upon no one but I'm happy to say that they are agreeing To own up to their mistake and fix it correctly. And they will repair/ fix any damages/ issues that arise during the replacement of the oil pan If something should break or go wrong. I do praise them for stepping up to resolve this issue I've been with out a vehicle for over 3 weeks now supposed to be here to fix it the week of the may 18th so rental car charges have been accumulating Over the past 3 weeks over $1000 so far wish I could get reimbursed for that out of pocket unexpected money that I really didn't have but we will see
