What kind of dealership doesn't offer test drives of their vehicles? On top of that all the vehicles on their lot are sold as-is so there is no form of dealer warranty on any vehicles sold here. I would suggest anyone to look somewhere more reputable that offers warranties and test drives for their cars because apparently there is a serious lack of confidence here in the cars they are selling.

I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. Later that night I went on their website and saw that almost every one of the trucks listed have been imported from Canada.

Otherwise, we were able to test drive 4Runners and Tacomas and I learned a ton about Toyota's the day that I visited. My long over due review…read more First experience I had was horrible. I had to wait over 2+ hours for an oil change. When I asked how much longer my car would be in service for a simple service, one of the guys told me the mechanic working on my car was on lunch. Almost 3 hours! The shop I used to go to was too far out since I've moved and would only take an hr or less. Second time I came in hopes of maybe having a better experience, I was wrong again! In 2 hours, they were able to do an oil change and suggested new wipers. Which I agreed to it, but found out... they never changed my wipers. My old ones were still on there. How do I know? Because they're mismatched when I replaced one, and both were still mismatched the same way I came out of the shop. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.
