$45 for dry cleaning this dress so it was a good deal if they didn't rip it. :/ said they wouldn't too. Don't recommend at all

Very disappointed . $45 for a dry cleaning which would be a good deal for the dress if they didn't rip it. Don't recommend at all

The Dry Cleaners Club does some pretty good work and the do it quickly. Have used them for dry cleaning services and also alterations and they have yet to disappoint. The service is solid and cleanliness of the clothing is fragrance free and good. They can be a bit on the pricey side, but in my mind they are worth the price. Save some $ by getting gas at the attached gas station. Pros- Service Location Promptness Quality of work Servicing times Cons- A bit pricey

They're right next to the shell gas station food mart and in the Lowe's shopping plaza.

I came in to this place to have the hem and slit taken in a new silk dress for a company party…read more While there I put the dress on and the seamstress when ahead and did the measuring of the hem and slit etc. I then asked the woman who took my phone number, how much was it going to cost for everything, including steaming. She said $120, a little pricey but I'm not familiar with pricing and I need my dress so I was ok with that. I also needed this dress steamed, which I assumed it was part of the price. Bad on me for assuming. I came to pick up my dress and the woman told me the total was $150ish, I said I thought it was $120. She said this was a very hard dress to work on. Then she followed by saying, the slit was not done because it was not possible, so instead they place snap buttons to "reduce" the slit. When I tried the dress at home and close the buttons the dress now creates an uneven crease and you still see my high thigh through the crease. What's frustrating is that I feel a little deceived on the price and the fact they still charged full price for not doing what I asked them when it came to the slit. The stitching on the snap buttons is terrible. I I think this type of customer service behavior unethical, specially not calling the customer before doing something different than what I asked. In this case, if snap buttons were the solution, I would have said no. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Now I have to spend more money and go to a different seamstress who has to fix my dress. I definitely will not recommend.

I would leave negative stars if I could...one is too much for this dishonest establishment…read more I have been getting clothing dry cleaned for over two decades, both personally and professionally as a wardrobe stylist. In all of my years I have never been charged as exorbitantly as I was with Premiere Cleaners, for mediocre results. Furthermore, the way it was done was 100% unethical. Firstly, my bill totalled $73.19 to iron a duster and dress, and to dry clean one dress. Both the duster and dress were returned partially wrinkled. The cost of both was $51.20, while the dress cost $21.99 to dry clean. When I settled the bill, the cashier deceptively confirmed a price of $21.99 for all three pieces, which is also the total that showed up on the card reader. Shortly after, I realized I was charged $73.19 after checking my transactions online. I immediately phoned the cleaners, they were unwilling to rectify the matter, which led me to report this fraudulent matter to my bank. I have done business with many upscale cleaners, primarily in the Beverly Hills area. I am not sure who is willing to pay such outrageous charges, however, it certainly is not me. I would not step foot into this dry cleaners again. Their business practices are unethical and criminal, which is unfortunate, as I would have spent many times over what they deceptively gained. Moreover, they intentionally do not add prices to the receipt, so they are able to scam their customers. Consider this a cautionary tale...beware of these scam artists. As for me, I will be shipping my clothing to Sharon's Cleaners in Torrance where I have done business for over a decade. The work is flawless...my clothing is always returned looking brand new.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I spent quite a bit of time researching…read morecleaners with good reviews because I wanted to make sure my clothes would be properly cared for. Although it's a bit of a drive for me, I ultimately chose Cleaner Cleaners based on their reviews. My initial experience was great. Drop-off was smooth, and the customer service was pleasant. Unfortunately, after picking up my clothes and getting home, I realized that one of my pairs of slacks had been damaged. There were shiny marks imprinted all over the fabric that were not there when I dropped them off. I brought the pants back to show them and asked whether the marks could be removed. I was told they could not be fixed. At that point, I asked for a refund for the $10.50 cleaning service. The response I received was, "For what, cleaning them? We don't guarantee a result." I found that response incredibly disappointing. I was only asking for a refund of $10.50 for a service that resulted in my pants being permanently damaged, when realistically I would have expected a business to offer to compensate me for both the cleaning and the approximately $60 pair of pants they damaged. Instead, they refused the refund and offered no apology whatsoever. I was also sarcastically told to "call the pants manufacturer" because supposedly the fabric was the problem. If they believed the fabric could not safely withstand their cleaning process, I'm not sure why they proceeded with cleaning the pants in the first place. I also dropped off the exact same pair of pants in a different color, and those came back completely fine, so that explanation doesn't make much sense to me. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the situation had been handled with basic accountability and customer service. Instead, I left with damaged pants, no refund, no apology, and a dismissive attitude from the business. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. My biggest issue isn't even that the pants were damaged -- it's how poorly the situation was handled afterward.
