I have lived in Plano for three years and this is my go to nail salon! Kelly does an amazing job, highly recommended. She will go above and beyond to ensure your design is exactly as you want it. I am very picky when it comes to the shape of my nails, but she did an amazing job with absolutely no complaints! If you get a pedicure, I highly recommend David especially if you have ingrown toenails like I do! He insured that every toe was to my satisfaction. I will always come back!

Came in here just a few days ago and was looking forward to trying a cute french tip on my natural nails seeing all of the great reviews I thought it wouldn't be an issue at all. I made an appointment online and came in the guy who was going to do my nails was absolutely terrible, unprofessional, rude, and did not do an efficient job. For starters I was seated on a pedicure seat, even though i'm not doing a pedicure so with an appointment set I thought that was already pretty strange. So i'm sitting there in sneakers super uncomfortable already and having to turn both my hands to the side I can hardly reach this man so Absolutely uncomfortable throughout the entire service. Now, for the nails. I showed them a picture and basically they at first were quite puzzled like they didn't know how to do a french tip and then the lady told me it would be consider a "design" so it's additional $35. I said no i'll do solid color because that price is outrageous and 2. They weren't even confident they could manage the nail inspo so I wouldn't take that risk. Now, my nails were natural I had dip on them for the entire year. I've gotten many many fills. Anyway, the guy said after he took off the polish and dip or whatever "this is additional 5$ for really long nails, and 5$ to take off acrylic" I said well, for one my nails weren't really long but ok. and second, I didn't have acrylic which I explained. He was immediately frustrated because I was telling him this isn't acrylic and have a picture of my nails from my last fill. So again lady came over and let me know what he's saying is since I had dip and they painted a gel on my real nail it's 5$ bc it's "really hard" so which is it the gel or the acrylic nail? lol.... That took maybe 30 secs to take off but she said it's ok I won't charge that and then since my nails were sooo long to them I said it's fine to just cut them down so I wasn't charged additional 5$ and I can restart my growth again. After my service was finished, the guy didn't say thank you or anything and said "wait 5 mins and wash your hands" then left. Ok??? Definitely not deserving of my business. Now, after such a terrible experience and work done after 1 day one nail cracked, after 2 days two nails cracked!!! It's dip. My last set stayed on for almost 3 weeks and not a single crack. Save your money and your time because this was the worst place i've been to in awhile. Update- Now 8/10 of my nails are cracked not even one week later. I have requested a full refund from management so we will see if my request is heard. read more

I guess all good things must come to an end. I've been coming to this nail salon for the past 7 months and I've had nothing but really good experiences.... Until today. Mistakes happen! I understand that, but I'm a firm believer that you should compensate your customer when you make the mistake, especially when it's more than just cosmetic. My finger was cut by a drill slip during a powder dip removal. Imagine trying to maneuver acetone soaks with this cut. It took several attempts to stop the bleeding, but I was calm and accommodating and everyone involved was apologetic. Service continued and when it's time to checkout I was charged full price. After mentioning the cut, the owner then offered a $5 discount off a $40 service. Unacceptable! I felt bad withholding tips from the employees that completed their services, but I couldn't justify paying full price when my finger is still throbbing and will take weeks to heal. I don't think I'll be returning, which sucks. I liked this place. read more

Went in today for a gel manicure. The tools used on me came out of a cosmetic case and were not sterilized (not in the appropriate sterile bag). The manicure was painted on in a way where it looks at least a week old. In addition at the end cuticle oil was slapped onto my fingers and I was told I was all set (no rubbing it in or hand massage etc.) Not with the $40 in my opinion. read more

I went and tried out this nail spa. I never go and get my nails done but I did have a great experience here. My nail tech was very sweet and chatty. We talked about dating in adulthood and it was so nice. The salon was all white and very relaxing. It didn't feel overstimulating at all. They played instrumentals and they had a nice bar selection. I do feel like my hearts on my nails could've been done better. But overall I was not too disappointed in how my nails looked. I would probably not get designs next time. read more

Absolutely not. Called ahead of time asked for detailed design work. Was told yes. Came in, immediately was told it was too detailed, and she can do similar but not close to it. Then when i said nvm another lady said she showed her & she can do it. After my color was done & time for design the "artist" came over & said she can do it but not exactly & can only do one design repeated. I said no im not risking that, and then asked if she can do a simple coffin in pink on black nail. She said she understood, comes back and asks 10 more questions about a coffin and on a different finger. No thanks. Charged $100 and i asked for refund. Ended up paying $60 for some short ass matte pink & black nails. Not to mention they were bad mouthing me, thinking there was a language barrier but when they realized i could understand they changed it to oh how cute WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. read more

Love, love, love this place!!! This is my new favorite nail salon. I've been here four times now and every time I leave happy. Kevin does my pedicures and this guy is talented! I have problems with in-grown toenails and he is magical at taking care of them. He is great at massage and is super sweet as well! Kelly does my dip nails and she is truly talented. My nails are always natural looking and we'll formed. She has a great eye for matching colors and listens to me and what I'm looking for. The female manager (I need to learn her name!) is always very welcoming and gets me taken care of quickly. The champagne is a bonus that turns this place into a real treat! For the price I paid for acrylic and a pedi, everything was lackluster. When I came in they sat me down but didn't let me pick a color. The pedi was the next tier up but the message was super light, the paint was chunky as it dried. I didn't get to pick the color they gave. The acrylic nails were good, and I loved Jenny. Came in on a Friday around 2 PM, it was pretty crowded but I was able to get serviced right away by Nick. They brought me colors to choose from and they had a good assortment. They make you sign in on a sheet that has the prices which I appreciated the open price transparency. They took off my existing dip with a warmed bowl of acetone which was a great touch. Everything was clean and sanitized. Nick was gentle, great at shaping, and took his time and continually asked and made sure I liked everything. Paid $47 which I think is a good price for removal, dip, and reshaping. I will definitely be back! read more

I was brought the incorrect color for my dip nails twice because the numbers on the jars didn't match the numbers in the color books. I was told they would paint my toes a matching color- they do not match, they clash. I was put in a pedicure chair where the massage function was broken! So, I spent most of the time I normally would be relaxing getting my nails done having people tinker with the chair trying to get it fixed. When I asked what they were going to do to make it right, I was told from the manager the best they could do was give me a $5 discount - on a total bill over $100. How insulting! Then, less than 2 hours later, my dip nails started chipping!! 1 day later my pedicure had chipped. It has been 3 days since getting my dip nails done and one of my nails has broken in half! Terrible quality and worse customer service. I have had similar experiences with this salon and given multiple chances. They have lost a customer in me. read more

I had Ann for my "legacy pedi". The base pedi apparently didn't include callus remover so opted to upgrade to $43. For that price, I am expecting what is advertised- 12 min massage. Was more like 5 mins. But Ann was sweet and friendly. Gordon was my mani tech. Didn't say a word to me the whole time. Was trying to rush through the whole thing. Got alcohol on a cut (I already had coming in) which burned! Not exactly the customer service I had wanted... and I come from the service industry! Lastly, front manager woman was kinda snappy and rude. I did not feel welcome here, just like everyone was trying to hurry up to close shop. I came well before closing time. All and all, I will not be coming here again. I gave 3 stars because the pedicure turned out nice but ultimately not worth the price and sub par customer service. Will not recommend. read more

Absolutely DO NOT come here. I got a dip set last Monday. Within the first week 4 nails came off. I called and told them and asked if they'd properly redo my nails. They said sure of course and so made my way in. Once I arrived, I showed the how 4 came off and how the others were already lifting. They apologized and assured Me that it was because the powder had glitter in it. She suggested I choose a different powder. To be quick and non problematic I said let's just do white it'll be fine... No only did I get stuck with the same shitty nail tech, THEY CHARGED ME AS I WAS LEAVING!!! My nails look AWFUL and if I'd known they would've charged me again, I would have asked for a different tech and a color I would've been excited about. These nails have cost more, and been a bigger pain in the ass, than any mail job I've EVER had. read more

I highly recommend this place. I brought my daughter here after getting nails done someplace else for her wedding. She did not like him. They took us in immediately treated her like royalty. And made her nails so beautiful. They made her feel special. Which is what every bride wants. Needless to say they gained a new customer. My daughter drives in from Austin to get her nails done. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Had the very best pedicure for less than other places charge. You've got to go see my girl Nina, she is the BEST in the business. From the moment I walked in, Lucy was cold, unprofessional, and barely acknowledged me. There was no greeting, no conversation, and no effort to make me feel welcome. While I understand people have bad days, there's no excuse for treating a regular client with such disregard. To make matters worse, the quality of the service was beyond disappointing. A simple French tip manicure, which should be basic for any nail technician. My service took 2 hours to complete and turned out absolutely awful. The lines are uneven, the polish is sloppy, and it looks like something I could've done myself at home. I have never left a nail appointment anywhere feeling this dissatisfied and frustrated. What's most upsetting is that I'm leaving for vacation in a couple of days and don't have time to fix this disaster. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service, especially from someone you've trusted for months, and be treated so poorly while walking away with nails that look worse than when you arrived. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. Loyalty should be valued, and today it was made very clear that it isn't.

Since that technician left, I've tried three different technicians and have been disappointed each time. The services feel rushed and one technician kept looking at a timer while doing my work. The technicians often seemed more focused on chatting with each other than paying attention to their clients. In one case, my cuticles were not trimmed properly, and as my nails grew out, the uneven work became very noticeable along the base of the nail. Most recently I had an uneven final coat. For a salon located on Legacy and charging premium prices, I would expect a much higher level of care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been the opposite. The quality of service has not matched the cost, and I can no longer justify returning.

I ALWAYS call salons and ask about pricing prior to going in because I want to make sure there is no confusion at the end when I pay. I called earlier this morning and asked how much a basic pedi was with 2 acrylic big toes and was told $35 for the pedi and $5 for each toe. That's $45 dollars! I proceeded to head to the salon and when I walked in I was barely greeted, I picked out my colors and sat down. The nail tech was extremely quiet never said hello, and started speaking in her language to another worked and she looked back and stared at me. I'm 9 months pregnant about to give be birth any day now! I obviously do not speak their language, but anyone can read body language. It was clear they were talking rudely about me. I felt really uncomfortable from there on out. The tech then did a half assed pedicure (which I was expecting based on her horrible attitude). After I waited for my toes to dry I went to the register to pay, and the lady checking me out tried to charge me $50! An extra $5 more........... I had to mention that I called prior and was told it would be $45, she then says "oh you called earlier" as if she was shocked she couldn't pull that bs on me. She then changed the price back to $45 but I was still pissed, they tried to hustle me out of more money and of course we're expecting a tip which they damn sure didn't get! I paid and left, never coming back and highly suggest nobody else come here either. They do janky business!

If you decide to visit, I highly recommend asking for Hannah. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took her time with my nails. Her attention to detail was excellent, and I genuinely loved the final result. She made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I'm also very particular about my pedicures. While I was happy with how my toes turned out, I did pay for the 10-minute massage upgrade. Although my legs were rubbed, it definitely was not a full 10-minute massage, and there wasn't any timing involved. That was disappointing because I expected to receive the service I paid for. The staff was friendly and welcoming overall. The salon was clean, but I think the workstations and overall organization could be a bit tidier during services to create a more polished experience. I was honest with Hannah and told her I had really hoped this would become my new nail salon after moving to Plano. Unfortunately, based on my overall experience, I probably won't be returning. That said, I wanted to leave an honest review because good customer feedback matters. Overall, I'd rate my experience a 7/10. That's way more than advertised. Worse, they said it would be a 1-hour wait, but there were at least two staff members not busy, one of them was just sitting/eating, refusing to help. It felt like they didn't want to do the job for me. The service felt very discriminatory / racist--I was treated differently, ignored, and not given the benefit of the doubt. Overall: misleading pricing, unfair wait times, disrespectful staff, and what felt like racist treatment. If you plan to go, double check pricing in person before you sit down or give money. I don't think everyone here is terrible or incompetent but the lady they put me with today definitely was. The lady doing my pedi completely ruined my toe nails, she kept digging and cutting into the nail bed despite me asking her to stop and telling her it hurt. One lady had to come by and stop her and show her how to cut nails, care for the cuticle, and file. Another had to come by and show her how to put on nail polish. She had me raise my feet and removed the towel from underneath my feet. She then proceeded to disappear for several minutes as I held my feet up, not wanting to lower them onto the exposed foot rest. When she finally reappeared I tried calling out to her several times and she completely ignored me. I just sat there holding my feet up. At the end, they really would have let me leave with jacked up nails had I not said something when the owner finally appeared. I know people noticed, several came by and made comments. They tried to intervene and show the lady what to do. The lady working on my nails kept looking at my feet and laughing. Then she would look at me and say "oh I'm just teasing her" The owner offered to fix my nails and apologized, she tried to fix them but how do you fix the fact that the lady dug way into the nail bed. The owner had to completely remove all of the nail polish and start over from cuticle removal, filing, bluffing, and then the nail polish. I called ahead to make sure there was availability, I got there at 8 and sat for 45 minutes before someone came to me. Every five minutes the lady would come and tell me just five minutes more. It is now 11pm and I'm still sitting here. You might read through this and ask why I didn't say anything in the first place, my big toe that she messed up was the first toe she worked on. And I tried several times to tell her that she was hurting me. A lady was simultaneously working on my hands and I looked away for just a few moments to answer a question from the lady who was doing my hands. By the time I looked back to my toes, damage was done. My 6 year old daughter could have done a better job. Never ever returning to this place.
