Came in here just a few days ago and was looking forward to trying a cute french tip on my natural nails seeing all of the great reviews I thought it wouldn't be an issue at all. I made an appointment online and came in the guy who was going to do my nails was absolutely terrible, unprofessional, rude, and did not do an efficient job. For starters I was seated on a pedicure seat, even though i'm not doing a pedicure so with an appointment set I thought that was already pretty strange. So i'm sitting there in sneakers super uncomfortable already and having to turn both my hands to the side I can hardly reach this man so Absolutely uncomfortable throughout the entire service. Now, for the nails. I showed them a picture and basically they at first were quite puzzled like they didn't know how to do a french tip and then the lady told me it would be consider a "design" so it's additional $35. I said no i'll do solid color because that price is outrageous and 2. They weren't even confident they could manage the nail inspo so I wouldn't take that risk. Now, my nails were natural I had dip on them for the entire year. I've gotten many many fills. Anyway, the guy said after he took off the polish and dip or whatever "this is additional 5$ for really long nails, and 5$ to take off acrylic" I said well, for one my nails weren't really long but ok. and second, I didn't have acrylic which I explained. He was immediately frustrated because I was telling him this isn't acrylic and have a picture of my nails from my last fill. So again lady came over and let me know what he's saying is since I had dip and they painted a gel on my real nail it's 5$ bc it's "really hard" so which is it the gel or the acrylic nail? lol.... That took maybe 30 secs to take off but she said it's ok I won't charge that and then since my nails were sooo long to them I said it's fine to just cut them down so I wasn't charged additional 5$ and I can restart my growth again. After my service was finished, the guy didn't say thank you or anything and said "wait 5 mins and wash your hands" then left. Ok??? Definitely not deserving of my business. Now, after such a terrible experience and work done after 1 day one nail cracked, after 2 days two nails cracked!!! It's dip. My last set stayed on for almost 3 weeks and not a single crack. Save your money and your time because this was the worst place i've been to in awhile. Update- Now 8/10 of my nails are cracked not even one week later. I have requested a full refund from management so we will see if my request is heard. read more

Went in today for a gel manicure. The tools used on me came out of a cosmetic case and were not sterilized (not in the appropriate sterile bag). The manicure was painted on in a way where it looks at least a week old. In addition at the end cuticle oil was slapped onto my fingers and I was told I was all set (no rubbing it in or hand massage etc.) Not with the $40 in my opinion. read more

I guess all good things must come to an end. I've been coming to this nail salon for the past 7 months and I've had nothing but really good experiences.... Until today. Mistakes happen! I understand that, but I'm a firm believer that you should compensate your customer when you make the mistake, especially when it's more than just cosmetic. My finger was cut by a drill slip during a powder dip removal. Imagine trying to maneuver acetone soaks with this cut. It took several attempts to stop the bleeding, but I was calm and accommodating and everyone involved was apologetic. Service continued and when it's time to checkout I was charged full price. After mentioning the cut, the owner then offered a $5 discount off a $40 service. Unacceptable! I felt bad withholding tips from the employees that completed their services, but I couldn't justify paying full price when my finger is still throbbing and will take weeks to heal. I don't think I'll be returning, which sucks. I liked this place. read more

I went and tried out this nail spa. I never go and get my nails done but I did have a great experience here. My nail tech was very sweet and chatty. We talked about dating in adulthood and it was so nice. The salon was all white and very relaxing. It didn't feel overstimulating at all. They played instrumentals and they had a nice bar selection. I do feel like my hearts on my nails could've been done better. But overall I was not too disappointed in how my nails looked. I would probably not get designs next time. read more

Absolutely not. Called ahead of time asked for detailed design work. Was told yes. Came in, immediately was told it was too detailed, and she can do similar but not close to it. Then when i said nvm another lady said she showed her & she can do it. After my color was done & time for design the "artist" came over & said she can do it but not exactly & can only do one design repeated. I said no im not risking that, and then asked if she can do a simple coffin in pink on black nail. She said she understood, comes back and asks 10 more questions about a coffin and on a different finger. No thanks. Charged $100 and i asked for refund. Ended up paying $60 for some short ass matte pink & black nails. Not to mention they were bad mouthing me, thinking there was a language barrier but when they realized i could understand they changed it to oh how cute WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. read more

Love, love, love this place!!! This is my new favorite nail salon. I've been here four times now and every time I leave happy. Kevin does my pedicures and this guy is talented! I have problems with in-grown toenails and he is magical at taking care of them. He is great at massage and is super sweet as well! Kelly does my dip nails and she is truly talented. My nails are always natural looking and we'll formed. She has a great eye for matching colors and listens to me and what I'm looking for. The female manager (I need to learn her name!) is always very welcoming and gets me taken care of quickly. The champagne is a bonus that turns this place into a real treat! Came in on a Friday around 2 PM, it was pretty crowded but I was able to get serviced right away by Nick. They brought me colors to choose from and they had a good assortment. They make you sign in on a sheet that has the prices which I appreciated the open price transparency. They took off my existing dip with a warmed bowl of acetone which was a great touch. Everything was clean and sanitized. Nick was gentle, great at shaping, and took his time and continually asked and made sure I liked everything. I was brought the incorrect color for my dip nails twice because the numbers on the jars didn't match the numbers in the color books. I was told they would paint my toes a matching color- they do not match, they clash. I was put in a pedicure chair where the massage function was broken! So, I spent most of the time I normally would be relaxing getting my nails done having people tinker with the chair trying to get it fixed. When I asked what they were going to do to make it right, I was told from the manager the best they could do was give me a $5 discount - on a total bill over $100. How insulting! Then, less than 2 hours later, my dip nails started chipping!! 1 day later my pedicure had chipped. It has been 3 days since getting my dip nails done and one of my nails has broken in half! Terrible quality and worse customer service. I have had similar experiences with this salon and given multiple chances. They have lost a customer in me. read more

I had Ann for my "legacy pedi". The base pedi apparently didn't include callus remover so opted to upgrade to $43. For that price, I am expecting what is advertised- 12 min massage. Was more like 5 mins. But Ann was sweet and friendly. Gordon was my mani tech. Didn't say a word to me the whole time. Was trying to rush through the whole thing. Got alcohol on a cut (I already had coming in) which burned! Not exactly the customer service I had wanted... and I come from the service industry! Lastly, front manager woman was kinda snappy and rude. I did not feel welcome here, just like everyone was trying to hurry up to close shop. I came well before closing time. All and all, I will not be coming here again. I gave 3 stars because the pedicure turned out nice but ultimately not worth the price and sub par customer service. Will not recommend. read more

Absolutely DO NOT come here. I got a dip set last Monday. Within the first week 4 nails came off. I called and told them and asked if they'd properly redo my nails. They said sure of course and so made my way in. Once I arrived, I showed the how 4 came off and how the others were already lifting. They apologized and assured Me that it was because the powder had glitter in it. She suggested I choose a different powder. To be quick and non problematic I said let's just do white it'll be fine... No only did I get stuck with the same shitty nail tech, THEY CHARGED ME AS I WAS LEAVING!!! My nails look AWFUL and if I'd known they would've charged me again, I would have asked for a different tech and a color I would've been excited about.
