My car broke down the very next day i had it. I essentially drove 2 miles from the lot, back home as it was late, then drove to get coffee in the morning and it died in the drive thru. It was a $8,000 car that cost me $16,000 in repairs over the year. Of which i drove the car only 9 months of because it was in the shop for a total of 3 months off and on. Bought a car here a few years ago. These guys will go above and beyond to sell you a car. Until you buy the car and are already locked in they turn their heads and can be of no assistance. In the end I didn't appreciate the salesman at this dealership. I don't even remember his name but young, sharp looking Hispanic guy told me that before I decided on purchasing the car that they'd fill up the tank before leaving the lot. It was literally lit on E when I test drove. I decided I'd get the car, all the paperwork and finances wrapped up, I drive home and realize they never filled up the tank as promised. I called my super friendly, above and beyond, superior second to none, top customer service car salesman and said "can I come back tomorrow to get my tank topped up as you had mentioned this would be done (since I'm already home) He says "sorry we can't, our policy is just to fill it up to quarter tank. If I ask my boss he'll get upset. It's only $40 to fill it up yourself anyway". Lol ok so youre just going to lie about it. I thought his reply was hilarious and didn't make a big deal about it. Sometime last year my car was in a wreck, total loss. Call these guys to cancel my gap insurance they say come to the dealership. I go to the dealership sit down with some finance manager and he does all the paperwork to cancel the gap insurance and says take up to 4 wks to complete cancellation (?? Ok, whatever) 3 months later I check up on this cause I never received whatever reimbursement I was entitled to. The company says they never got a request for any cancellation. What in the world? Ultimately these guys do not take care of their customers and could absolutely do a better job at handling their affairs. Unprofessional car lot. read more

We are not very happy with how we have been treated at this place. Offered a very offensive amount for a trade to start with then shortly after promised a trade in for a way higher value. We were told to go home and think about it and give them a call the following day. We received a call from them asking if we were interested, which at the time we were, at the rate we were told they could make work for us. Proceed to drive all the way out there after a long day at work to then be told "oh that rate was a one day offer-you can't have that anymore." Seriously? That is not how you should conduct your business, false promises will not get you customers. We do want to say our sales guy JJ was very respectful and showed us the car with what seemed like genuine honesty. He was the only positive out of the overall "greasy" experience. read more

Went to this dealership to look at a selection of a particular car I was interested in. Both were around 5 years old. One was very, very scratched with some really poor attempts to touch up the paint with a different color. The other actually had tape holding parts of the car on. I took the taped car for a test drive, the check engine light was on, one rear strut was noisy, yikes! I decided to test drive another car that I was very familiar with (my sister has nearly the identical car) but I refused to drive it based on the metal-on-metal grinding noises coming from under the hood while running (anybody got some oil?). These guys just buy whatever crap comes up at the auto auction down the road, then go for a quick flip. I would never buy anything from here! read more

Many moons ago...ok well maybe 3 or 4 years ago we purchased a Dodge Ram truck from Legend. The process was easy, smooth and people there were seriously nice. Years later, we took our daughter back to this place, they were able to help her purchase a vehicle also. Fast forward to today. We took our 20 year old grandson to purchase his first vehicle. We were approached by a nice young man by the name of Ruben. We let our grandson take the lead on this, telling him what he had in mind, what kind of payment he's looking for, what he has for a down payment, etc. Ruben was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable on what was available. He took our grandson (and us) to every part of the lots where cars were available. Finally after much looking, our grandson selected a 2016 Camry sport vehicle to test drive. Off we went, the car proved to be super nice and off we went to the next part, the dreaded financing and paperwork area. Ok it wasn't so dreaded actually. After 3 rounds of going back and forth with financing, it was actually Ruben giving our input and going back and forth, we were able to settle on an amount of what was doable. We waited and provided a good amount of paperwork and then the signing was done. William in financing knows his stuff and whipped us through the process. Listen, it's not my favorite thing to do to go out and buy a car and deal with car salesman but this place is really laid back. There's no huge pressure and people are super approachable and simply nice. I truly believe that if Ruben had not been as nice an patient and treated our grandson like he did, he would not have selected anything. As a matter of fact, he commented on how nice Ruben was to him. It's huge to me when people treat young people decently. Purchased a Ford F150 and they did not send me the paeprwork as I was out of town. they said come pick up the truck without the paperwork being done. I said weird but OK. they they wait don't come. They they mailed the paerpwork to the wrong City and the info for the wrong state. Then I signed and mailed and they said get it now without the paperwork being back yet..we picked it up and now they are forcing me to buy an optional theft protection policy or no deal. the paper work clearly says OPTIONAL. So I dropped legend auto sales down to 3 stars due to the experience in the repairs department. Upon buying my vehicle, we had agreed to a few repairs. One of the 3 things I needed repaired I just did myself, so obviously that wasn't on them. I scheduled the other 2 repairs for today. One was just getting a new key, which they said needed to be on a Tuesday. My fiancée took the car out there for me since I had to work. The appointment was for 11am, when he dropped it off they said it would not be done until 4pm. So 5 hours later, he inquired about when the work would be done. When he was informed that the key was made, but they had not even started on fixing the scratched window tint on one window (the other job). So 5 hours after my scheduled appointment, they haven't started doing the job. My fiancée had to leave at this point, having stuck around the area for 5 hours and having an hour to drive home. So complete waste of a day, and I guess I just don't get the window fixed as was agreed upon in the contract. Anyway, buy a car from legend auto sales. Don't use the service department. You're making an appointment does not guarantee they will even do the job on that day; let alone at that time. read more
