I love to support small businesses, and really wanted to continue to take my dry cleaning here, but they have washed clothes that couldn't be washed, and ruined them. $90 pants, twice! Also, I wear a uniform that requires the iron line to be in the middle of the patch on the sleeve and they would mess this up weekly. When they kept the shirt to fix it, they wouldn't fix it, assume saying "sorry" was enough and I would get frustrated and end up ironing it correctly at home. I gave them dozens of chances that I shouldn't have. They don't care and they are horrible. Tide is now opened in the Albertson's shopping center across the street and they know good customer service and how to dry clean clothes and crease in the right place. read more

Would give -5 stars if I could. My family and I have been using their services for many years and they used to do good work. The last year, we've had tags put through the fabric of silks, stapled or pinned without care which has caused holes and fraying in some expensive pieces. I dropped off a brand new, $200 unworn top and it was returned to me shrunken like a crop top. When I brought it up with them, they said they could fix it. It was returned to me so stretched out that the arm holes were massive and would show too much if worn. I have been trying to contact the owner. Even gone to their Durango/Warm Springs location but he keeps avoiding me. Don't bring your beautiful clothes here, they will butcher or lose them. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner I have used in vegas. #1 they keep putting tags through the fabric of my dress pants which makes holes, after I asked them to put it through the tag. #2 they rarely have anything done in a timely fashion, in fact I just dropped off my suits Monday and they said they cant be done until Friday. I understand getting backed up but man I gotta tell ya, this is the first place that this has happened for me and it happens here all the time. Clearly the okk ownership doesnt have the wearwthal to run it correctly they dont even respond to these reviews. Actually I took my husband's shirts to just press(no starched) then I don't know why it came back with stains on them a lot that weren't have it before when I took it. It is so wired. All great shirts are put yellow stains all over now. Unfortunately This is the worst experience in dry cleaners. I told to them but they said "we didn't washing so this is yours." Worst cleaners ever. I travel for work a lot and really depend on cleaners to get my pants ready in a few days before I take off again for three weeks. I took 10 pieces to get dry cleaned before I was set to leave again I went to pick it up when they told me it would be finished. It wasn't done. HAD been using this cleaner for about 3 years and everything was pretty good, a broken button here and there but no real problems. 4 weeks ago, I dropped of 12 shirts and when they came back only 10 of them were there. The staff told me that two shirts were behind and they would be back next time I picked them up. No big deal. Fast forward 4 weeks, and the shirts are no wear to be found. Just gone, the worst part is that in the pick ups and drop offs I have had my account no longer shows two missing shirts, after 3 pick ups and drop offs, I went back to inquire on the shirts specifically with no other business to not confuse things And what do you know they missing shirts report have been given to me. I'll go some where else, if you lose the shirts that fine (I guess) but don't cover it up. Acknowledge it, and make it right. You lost a customer today. read more

We first started noticing issues when tags were stalled onto the pants and shirts. I had asked them not to staple anything on to the clothing as the pants and shirts were getting ruined. I was told they would see what they could do. Then in the last month we had a whole suit not he returned to us. When i called the store to see what happened the girl, jasmine, said she would look through everything and see if she could find it. I genuinely thought she was trying to help. Spoke to her everyday for 2 weeks, being told they were checking the other location and all the racks. And that the manager or owner would be able to help compensate if it wasn't found. Spoke to jasmine again on 2.5 weeks later and was told that the manager said not their problem. I spoke with the manager, Tina or Trisha, was hard to make out her name, and was told that it wasn't their problem since they didn't have it. I said that that was pretty unacceptable since they had it and we don't. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that there wasn't a number and he doesn't come in and that there was nothing else they could or would do. Guess I should have realized how shitty and shady this "business" was with the amount of turn over they've had with staff. And the first time they "misplaced" a pair of pants that they magically were able to find 2 days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone that had clothes!!!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM AGAIN. I am short. I need most of my clothes altered. I start with the nearest cleaner to my home, and if I like their service, I will use them faithfully, even if it costs more than other places. I had used Legend Cleaners for alterations before, but never again. I took in 4 items for alteration on 10/8, which I was told by Rosalia were to be returned on 10/13. When I went in to pick them up on 10/14, I was told one of the items would not be altered but couldn't be returned yet because they hadn't cleaned it yet. Meanwhile, only 2 of the 4 items was together with the order. I returned on 10/17 and was given 1 item that was handled satisfactorily, 1 poorly altered item, the item had been refused and hadn't been cleaned, and.....nothing else. They lost an item. I was told to call the next day and speak to Tina, the owner. Upon calling 10/18, Tina informed me that she is NOT the manager, Rosalia lied. I was given the name of Jay, who works at another location. I spoke to Jay, who said he'd call back at noon on 10/18. No callback. I called again and was told he wasn't there and must have "totally forgotten." That's what a customer wants to hear! I called again 10/19 and was told the item is lost, but he'll refund the amount of the blazer. I tried to mention that there were other issues which necessitated a refund, but was talked over, told if I didn't like it to take him to small claims court and hung up on. Wrong answer. I proceeded to take the poorly cared for items into the store along with my receipt to illustrate the full scope of the issue. I left with a refund, and will never be back. Had this been poor service by one person, fine. Accidents happen. But to have this span multiple people at multiple locations in just plain bad business. Yes, I received a refund, but after multiple phone calls and having to prove over and over again how poorly I was treated. When I got them back there were white spots ALL OVER my black pants. I took them back to have them cleaned again, only not all the spots would come out. I understand that things happen and was totally calm about it and asked them to try again. I went back to pick them up after 2 tries and the remaining spots were still there. They always cleaned my clothing correctly (no starch) but as the negative reviews keep getting posted I started looking for other cleaners and I'm very happy with were I ended up. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this business. I dropped off 2 suits and a button-up shirt to be dry cleaned and they told me it would take 5 days. I've never had a dry-cleaner take that long, but considering their convenient location, I thought I'd give them a try. I wish I looked at the Yelp page before. After the 5 days passed, I went to pick up my stuff and they were missing one of my shirts. She told me to call back in 2 hours. 2 hours pass and I called back and she said she forgot to call whoever she was going to call.. I would give the place 2 stars if the clothes actually seemed like they were cleaned well, but the job was poorly done as well. The only thing "good" about this place is the cheap price. Went to the Durango location for years. Tried the cimmeron location ladt month. Was reasonably price and did ok job. In last couple of months have hade 4 or 5 suits come back with one flap pocket press in and one pressed out. At some point you have to wonder if the are even looking at what they are doing. I had been dealing with them for about a year. I always brought my football jerseys there for cleaning and they always came back fine. 3 weeks ago I brought in my bed comforter. It is black with grey. My husband dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready the following week. We went in a week later to pick it up we brought it home and opened the bag only to find the thing filthy, it was full of white streaks. We brought it back the next morning and they agreed to re clean it and said it would be ready in five days. we again went back five days later and it wasnt there. We were told it hadn't come back yet and would be back the next day. We went back every day for another week each time it wasnt back yet. Finally after three weeks of back and fourth and re cleaning we got it back and it was still not fully clean. We wound up taking it to another cleaner who got the job done right in two days. So my advice is not not use this cleaner, they are disorganized, and dont provide the services your paying for. read more

This place offers great, fast service. I had forgotten a nice set of comforters here for months and when I visited the guy went through a bunch of left over orders until he found mine. Although he did not have to, he went out of his way to make sure I got my forgotten items. I have been frequenting this cleaner for over a year and the service is predictably good. read more

After picking up my order, and getting home a few days later I noticed a problem with my slacks. I had two small spots on the front of my slacks and returned them with-out any problems. I decided to try this cleaners because they are close to my job. I would take my husband's white uniform shirts weekly. The first 4-5 months were great, then his shirts started coming back with spots and stains that were not on them when I took them to the cleaners. His collars were dirty and they actually told me that they didn't scrub or pre-treat collars. Then the employee told me that I could use some Shout and get them clean. I found this absurd since the shirts were supposed to be "cleaned". She further explained that the shirt was clean, just the collar was dirty. When they provide horrible service, they try to turn it around and make it your fault they didn't clean your clothes. And that they will do you a "favor" by attempting to get it right. I have tried 2 different Legends and they were both beyond horrible and I don't normally write reviews, but people need to know about this chain of dry cleaners and STAY AWAY FROM LEGENDS CLEANERS. read more

These guys are horrible. Every time I take something there it comes back wrinkled or they get the hemming wrong. I have had it with this place, but they are close, so I gave them one more try. Last week I went there to pick up my $9 worth of dry cleaning. I handed the lady working a $20 and she asked if I had a smaller bill as she could not make $11 in change. I was in shock...no change for a $20 on a $9 order...she expected me to have a $10. It was 20 minutes before 3pm so she had to bag up my shirt and pants, but because of this she had a horrible rude attitude. I told her not to worry about the plastic bag trying to be nice...she ignored me. At the register I asked her how can she run a business if she can't break a $20 for a $9 order. She said nothing and didn't make any eye contact. I was also with my 6 year old son who got a valuable lesson in customer service. I called the number on the wall to complain who was supposedly the GM and left a message with someone at a different cleaners. I of course never received a call back. So with all of the issues I have had and now the lady working last week and her attitude, I am done with this place for good. Go elsewhere! read more

I patronized Legend Cleaners on Cimmaron and Blue Diamond for almost two years, but no more. They lost a pair of my fiance's cargo pants and ruined two pairs of my dress pants by "flat pressing" them rather than pressing a center crease creating a permanent crease on the sides of the dress pants. They previously flat pressed other pants of mine, but they could undo the damage. Not so this time. I am not going back and will write the owner a letter and tell him why. read more

I wish I read the reviews prior to dropping off my 5 items here,4 of which I only received back. They claimed that they "lost" my shirt (the most expensive item out of the 5) and that they were not responsible because I failed to pick up my dry cleaning within 2 weeks. The attendant was extremely rude when I asked for my money back which completely blew my mind. Why would I pay for an item that was not returned to me. I dropped off a $1900 suit and some dress shirts at the Legends Charleston location. When I arrived to pick them up the suit was horribly pressed and had little hairs all over it. And I sent back the shirts as well since the collars were pressed about 1/4" too long (which makes the shirt and collar bunch out when you were a tie). The kid called Jay at their Durango location where the clothes are processed. Jay (supervisor) assured me that he would redo the suit and shirts. I left my business card in case he had any questions. I called Jay two days later (he was supposed to call me) and he admitted that he didn't redo them and the items were done how they should be. Obviously I will never be back and I'm urging all of my friends not to use Legends Cleaners. Well done Jay. DO NOT use Legends Cleaners if you care about the quality of service you receive or the quality of the cleaning/pressing. read more
