They were exactly on time and on schedule plus they left the house very clean each day. We had one very difficult external wall of shingle construction that we were very worried about. We needed 13 windows in our house replaced and after getting a few quotes, including through Costco, Legendary came out as the best quote by far. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I were having trouble deciding which type of window and install to go with so Legendary provided us with a list of addresses they had done the windows for so we could drive by and see their work. This was a huge help for us in deciding what to choose and we greatly appreciated it. The install for 13 windows only took one day and Jose was a pleasure to work with. I chose Legendary to replace two of my fixed windows with single hung windows that open. They were supposed to match my existing ply gem windows which had the single auto lock feature. Instead they installed two ply gem windows with two manual locks, this was a disappointment that they didn't 100% match my existing windows with the easy auto lock feature. We had Legendary do all 25 windows in our house, a mix of single hung, single and double casement, and picture windows, as well as replacing 2 large sliding doors with collapsible folding doors. From the day that Scott came and started the sales process, it was a pleasant experience. Scott was always readily available to answer my questions as I compared the Legendary bid to 5 other vendors and manufacturers. He worked with me on the pricing when we were close on a similar but less responsive vendor. When Jason, the owner, came out several times through the process he was easy to work with, explained things well, and made me comfortable with giving his company my business, which was not a small investment. During the install, Miguel, Danny, and the rest of the crew were polite, cleaned up every day, and did an outstanding job all around. The final product looks great, and the house is quieter and cooler! Cannot say enough positive things about Legendary. Jason, the owner is an incredibly nice guy and is all about customer service. The rest of the guys he has hired are all very professional and also customer service oriented. They recently installed a bunch of sliding glass doors and windows for us just before the heavy rains. Naturally, when we had leakage a few days after the install, I automatically blamed them. I called and left frantic messages on a Sunday with Jason, Scott and Derek. Jason drove to my house on Sunday night in the heavy rain, look at windows and didn't see where the leak would be coming from. He crawled way underneath my house and saw where the leak was coming from. He helped us shopvac, called around for a pump... I actually had a pump then he used it to crawl back underneath and help us pump the water out. He absolutely didn't have to do that, especially when I was accusing him and his company of causing our leak. He remained pretty calm and was just trying to figure out how to help. This is absolutely above and beyond as the leak was not caused by them and this was on a Sunday night in the heavy downpour. Class act guys all around. read more

I needed to replace a house full of 50+ year old wooden windows that no longer opened very well with new double pane energy saving windows. I had never had windows replaced before so I looked up window and door companies on Yelp. I picked 4 that all had very good reviews on Yelp and got quotes for the job. I chose Legendary not because they were the lowest price but because their salesman Mike came to the house with copies of the companies state contractors license, insurance bond and all the materials and samples to make a choice from. I even stopped by their office to see how the real window samples looked. I placed the order and was told 3 - 4 weeks to installation. During this time I had the house painted and new flooring installed. I had agreed with the painter that he would return after the windows were installed and finish the painting around the windows. After waiting for 3 weeks I called the office (June 6) and was told the windows were in and confirmed a date for installation, (Wed. June 11) With this information I scheduled my painter to come back and finish painting on the Saturday, June 14. On Tuesday, June 10, after 4:30pm, Brian left me a message that they had trouble at another job and would not do the installation until Sat. June14. By the time I git this message and called back the office was closed for the day. I called back the next morning and said I have the painter scheduled for Saturday and asked why they could not do the install on Thursday or Friday. I was told they couldn't interrupt the rest of their schedule. I rescheduled the painter for the following Saturday, setting my schedule back a week. When the Legendary truck showed up on Saturday, I was informed that they did not have all the windows. I asked why I wasn't told this before then. They installed all the windows they had and said the others should be in early in the week and they would be out the day after they came in and finish the install. I called Brian on Monday and he told me that the windows had been ship from Prescott, Arizona over the weekend. That's a 4 - 5 hour drive, so we figured they would be in Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday I called and Brian told me they would be installing on Saturday again. I said I had already rescheduled the painter for Saturday because I was assured the windows would be in before that. He laughed and said he could d nothing about the schedule. Brian should have told me in the first place the order was not complete and not schedule the install until it was. They cost me over 3 weeks and a lot of headaches by not being up front. This has delayed getting the house on the rental listing by a month. Beware!!! read more

I wish that legendary could do all of the construction work on my new home. The process from start to finish was fantastic. I appreciate a business who can do business over emails and phone calls with limited in house reviewing. With a busy life it is very hard to make time for companies to come to the house multiple times , and I like to be able to compare prices before getting somebody in the house . Benjamin is super easy to get ahold of and is very professional. He was timely in getting somebody out here after we had decided to do business together. On the day of installation the team showed up on time installed the doors, cleaned up as they went. I was amazed at how everything looked afterwards, it was almost like they had made no mess at all. I've had lots of experience lately with contractors and with two small kids I can tell you how much of a relief it was to have a clean area immediately after they left and not cleaning up dust for days. We installed e3 dual paned milgard windows and can already feel/hear a difference! Also, we were concerned that the color would look weird with the e3, but you can't even tell! My husband and I decided it was time to install new windows in our home this summer. We had helped our daughter choose the right window contractor a couple of years ago (Legendary) when she and her family moved into their new townhouse. Legendary did a fantastic job installing her windows and made her home look really modern inside and out. We really loved her white Milgard windows and decided to go ahead and get them for ourselves. Legendary was also our contractor a few years ago when we had them install a sliding patio door and a French door in our home. Legendary had proven themselves before to us by providing us with great services and competitive prices, so it wasn't surprising that we had a another good experience with them. Our windows, all 23 of them, were installed in less than 3 days. (Note: If you need less windows then we did, Legendary can install them much faster). The double-thick windows have kept our home cool the rest of this past summer and the noise reduction is amazing. The windows look really nice from the street too, giving our home a nice curb-appeal.
