Used postmates to place an order since I'm currently bed bound. We ordered a large cheese fry, a 1/3 cheeseburger well done with no tomato, a chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks. The fries came with no cheese. The burger was undercooked. Postmates told me to call Legends bc food quality is their fault. Called Legends and they told me "that's tough. Take it up with postmates" If tomorrow's am manager does not fix it I will take it up with the card we used to pay. Items not as described. Fraudulent charge. The food here is just ok. The girl taking my order didn't seem very friendly, I said thank you, she said nothing back. But my biggest gripe was their drive-thru window was filthy, if that's dirty I wonder what the kitchen looks like? Nowadays keeping things clean is a MUST! I'm feeding this food to my children. This place sucks ! Rude employees cooks are lazy ! I've been eating here for many years . I have a food allergy I can't eat leafy greens mixed salad. I can only eat iceberg lettuce. I've ordered the chef salads probably 50 times over many years and they always made it with iceberg lettuce for me . They have iceberg lettuce they use for there hamburgers and sandwiches so all they have to do is chopped it up for a salad . Then all the sudden I go in and they won't make it , then the next time they made ir for me . Then I go in 3 weeks ago and again the cook wouldn't make it . They cashier tells me the cook doesn't speak English yet 5 min ago he was speaking English . She said she has to talk Spanish to him . What's up with lying to me . I heard him speaking English . Why lie to me . I left and went back later when the manager was there . She told me yes they can make a chef salad with iceberg lettuce. She said they have like 3 or 4 other customers that also order salads with iceberg cause they can't eat mixed greens . She Apologized to me and said next time come in and they will make it for me . Well I went back in today and guess what they wouldn't make it for me . It was the same cashier and cook as last time . I asked for the manager and she was at brake sitting in a booth towards the back taking a nap . She had her head down on the table in her Arms . She finally came back to the front counter we had waited 15 min to talk to her . We were sitting there waiting for her and no one came to talk to us . We were being ignored. We went to the front counter and asked to speak to Cecilia cause we saw her come back from lunch 5 min ago and she has not said a word to us . She came to the register on the right and said can I help you and she already knew why we were waiting for her because the cashier told her when she got back from brake . I told her we were there 3 weeks ago and we spoke to her about the chef salad and the cooks wouldn't make me a salad with iceberg lettuce again . She then said well the cooks just told me that they spoke to Petter the owner and he said the cooks said Petter said we can't make the salad anymore with iceberg lettuce . I was upset I told he I've been eating her for 12 years and never had a problem ordering my said with iceberg and now they won't do it . The cooks said it's hard when it's busy . You had 5 or 6 people in the kitchen and not one person can chop sone lettuce up ? They said it was to busy . No it was not busy ! It was almost 7pm . It was not busy . We ate there like 3 months again and the owner Peter was there and I ordered the chef salad with iceberg and the cashier asked him and he showed her how to ring it up . He was training the girl . The owner said it was ok but now it's not . What is the all places I've gone to with my food allergies they have accommodated me and made it to where I was able to eat something and sorry this is an easy fix to chop up some iceberg lettuce and throw some turkey and egg and whatever on it and it's done they're just too lazy to do it sorry to say. Meet and eat here several times a month with family and friends. Legends has something for everyone and a great place to bring kids. Yes, prices have gone up, but so have all the other food establishments. What's really nice is they don't have a "would you like to leave a tip" on the register/receipt. You can never go wrong, when choosing to dine at legends classic diner! I was introduce to the place years ago by my best friend. I'm so glad she did. I've been coming here ever since. Their food is delicious! They have a variety of foods. From Mexican food to sandwiches and salads. My favorite is the avocado bacon cheese burger special. I change the fries to pastrami fries and half both with my husband. They put just the right amount of everything. I don't like when burger places put thick slices of avocado or when the put like one slice of bacon. Legends makes this burger just right! Thinly sliced avocado and enough bacon to taste in every bite! This burger always hits the spot. They have delicious ice cream, Malts, and desert! My recent visit with my family was great! I know a lot of restaurants have restrictions due to covid-19 and it's hard for my family and I to go out and eat because we're a pretty big group. So I called around and most places it's only 6 to a table and they won't guarantee that we will be sitting close to each other. So finally, I called legends and they were so nice and explained to us that as long as we're family they would allow us to all sit together. I thought that was great! They do have certain tables blocked off so everyone is spaced out. I noticed them sanitizing everything and they were taking every precaution as possible. They don't do free refills any more but it's just 25 cents and I think they give you a new cup every time. Every visit to legends has been great and I always look forward to my next visit. read more

This is for their weekend morning shift, I've had better experiences in the past. The service was terrible. I got onto the drive-through at 10:40 and by the time I got to place my order, it was 11:03. They refused to let me order anything from the normal breakfast menu because it was after 11 o'clock, and they wouldn't make any exception. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich from their "All Day Breakfast" menu and it was the saddest most disappointing breakfast ever: bread was half toasted and soggy lettuce. It tasted like a sandwich you'd pick up at a gas station or in an airport terminal. It was basically a less than mediocre BLT with some egg in it. All I wanted was some pancakes. Food is usually pretty decent. But the prices are so ridiculous and out of control, it amounts to greed. Yes there is inflation, but in no universe is 17$ for a turkey club combo acceptable. You have to ask them to cook fries well done or they are a soggy mess. The burgers are delicious and well made but again just to overpriced for it is. This was by far my best eatery to meet up with friends. That is till the pandemic hit. I got creative and ordered through Dasher. Oh dear lord, I missed their Tuna Melts that are so delicious. Usually a business should hit on two of the three options of price, service, and quality. Unfortunately, Legends is average on two and poor on the other. The food is often fried previously frozen food, lacking flavor, and of poor quality. The service is usually fine, but never great. The drive through wait is usually 5 minutes per car so do the math before you commit to the line. But, the prices! The prices are ridiculously high for what you get. I can feed the same amount of people for the same amount of money at Rika's Empanadas and get all fresh ingredients in numerous homemade options. Legends will nickel and dime you for extra things on top of their already high prices. I will say the vanilla shakes are the bomb, though! For a large (they don't offer mediums) expect to pay almost $8 out the door. read more

They get my 1 star because of the kid at the ice cream counter. Took 30 minutes for 4 milkshakes completely screwed up the order, then was completely rude when handing it off. The milk shakes were all runny and not at all what you expect from a milkshake. Customer service for me at any establishment is a big deal, and this place completely fell flat. Strange, crazy place. It's enormous inside. The place looks like a theme park, diner and vintage shop all rolled into one. Very clean. The food is typical fast food diner stuff with some breakfast items not served after 11am. The service does NOT match the wild happy look of this place. I couldn't hear what the guy who took our order was mumbling. No smile, no suggestions nothing...except what I wanted was not served anymore. He handed us a number and we sat waiting. I've been to this place many times and just noticed they have a drive-thru...lol. The food here is really good but it's a little overpriced for my taste. I love that you can order Mexican food and a hamburger and fries along with a 3 scoop ice cream sundae. They also serve breakfast all day which is awesome and on Sundays sometimes they have an amazing car show where they display old vintage classic cars.
