So let me just say that i am a skeptic when it comes to purchasing a new car. I have to give credit where it is due. Pedro S is an AWESOME sales guy. He was kind, very knowledgeable about all vehicles, and was helpful in every step of the purchasing process. Big shout out to financing who are AWESOME aswell. My girl friend and I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Leif Johnson Ford. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very welcoming. They had HONEST answers to all of our questions, and helped us understand the things we could not quite grasp. They showed us all options (new, used, and even on the $10k and under lot) within out budget and we're more than happy to spend the time on us and our requirements. In all honesty, we went to Leif Johnson first and felt that we should walk away and check out the other dealerships in the area to see what they had to offer. We went to another Ford in Austin and- I'm not kidding when I say this- it was an absolutely horrible experience. The next day, we were back at Leif Johnson, taken extremely well care of and left with the car we wanted at a price that was within our budget. I recommend Ernest Peña; great man...whom actually listens to what you want and need and genuinely wishes to help you. He remembered all the details we had told him, not only about the specs we were looking for but also personal "things" that would usually go unnoticed to the average salesperson. Leif Johnson has been by far the worst experience one can go through when purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Explorer. After 1-2 days driving, something felt funny (like a large jolt). We took it back and the service department teamed with finance to "make things right" as we were wanting to back out with their commitment to return it within an allotted time. They put us in a brand new loaner and reassured us it would come back with no problems. Of course, stupid us, this took us out of the "return" period. Got vehicle back, same issue. Took Service Manager with us to show the issue as he couldn't replicate it. Boom...replicated. We were then promised to be given WeatherTech floor mats and a maintenance service package as once again I was going to be put into a loaner car. They decided to put a whole new transmission. Luckily I purchased the premium extended warranty or this could have been nasty. The service manager was great, despite all the issues we had (I documented that I only had my vehicle in my possession for a total of 3 weeks in the first 4 months I owned it...mostly bc I was waiting on a loaner or it would have been less). But with the service manager making things right, we worked with them. Recently, we went in to get an oil change and they stated we didn't have a maintenance service package. And the service manager retired and was no longer there. I asked for them to review the history and see we haven't paid for oil changes, etc. and they twisted it and said "yes I see we have comped your oil changes". I told them I had a signed letter with them committing to a maintenance package and they said you'll have to show that. Went home. Found letter. Today I get a call from their Operations Director, Kevin Hopper, and he tells me that when they give a maintenance package out it is "typically" 5-6 oil changes and wiper blades. He then said "we have exceeded our commitment and will no longer be doing anything further for you". I let him know that is false, as the package the service manager and I talked about covered far more than that (it was a package that was available to purchase). Needless to say, Leif Johnson has been nothing short of scandalous behavior from the beginning! Do not trust them. Even a signed letter can be twisted into nothing! read more

Clearly not committed to customer service, the lack of legitimate communication beyond 1 word responses is incredibly frustrating. This was the case from my interactions with the front desk, the service advisor, all the way to the manager. Not only did they act annoyed and impatient the handful of times they spoke with me, but when I escalated it to the service manger her response was "the service advisor had 40-50 customers they deal with at any point in time, sorry if they don't have the time to walk you though it, it's just how it is..." To top it off their "experienced technicians" couldn't find the problem after havIng the truck for 7 days, forcing me to pay for their lack of diagnostics and a rental car out of pocket even though I am under warranty. Costing me nearly $1000 out of pocket. Meanwhile autozone was able to diagnose the problem in less than 5 minutes for free... a faulty voltage regulator in the alternator.... An alternator???? Come on this is basic mechanics guys. Bottomline if you want actual customer service, you don't want to feel like cattle in a cattle call, and you want to actually get something done on your vehicle I advise you don't go anywhere near Lief Johnson Ford. read more

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Aside from Ford having a ton of manufacturing issues, Leif Johnson Ford dealership is untrustworthy and they do not stand behind their product. They knowingly sell cars with preexisting issues they know about. I was almost conned into a car that had a bad transmission. The costumer service sucks and this dealership has no integrity at all. I mean none. Please make sure if you are buying a car from them look up "swollen lugnuts on fords". To make sure the vehicle you are buying is not one of the millions that has these faulty lugnuts. It could leave you stranded or hurt. They knowingly selling these, when they could easily be fixed before putting them on the lot. read more

I recently purchased an F-150, and visited this dealer to get the navigation updated. The advisor was polite, and they finished the work with efficiency. If not for this initial positive experience, I would have given 1 star on my review. I went back to the dealer to get a plastic piece replaced that kept falling off. I asked my advisor again if he could replace this part, as my truck was still under its 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty. I was advised I would have to visit to ensure the part was not breaking due to abuse. I found this statement puzzling. Having owned vehicles who's origins were German and Japanese, and these dealerships rushing to chase down squeaks, rattles, and replacing just about anything that wasn't a wear item during the initial warranty, I was surprised at the push-back. I visited the service drive, and was advised they could "good will" this ~$100 part, but it would be July 1st before money would be available. Using common sense, I presume good will money refreshes on the 1st, which would mean money should be available on June 1st. Even more interesting, my visit was on May 1st. Most dealerships make the majority of their money in the finance office (extended warranties, protections, etc) and on the service drive. I could not believe I was having to fight to get a replacement ~$100 part and would have to wait a few months. It would be in their best interest to do whatever they could to keep me happy until I needed a service or repair, and just like that I am back to Leif Johnson Ford for repairs. Unfortunately, if you have a short sighted Service Manager, you guarantee I won't be back to Leif Johnson unless I know for sure the repair is covered by warranty, and after the warranty I will be visiting a local/small shop if the repair is outside my skill/comfort level. I found a Bronco online that I absolutely fell in love with, contacted the dealer to confirm availability and was told it was still available. Requested an appointment for a test drive as I was coming from several hours away, this was taken care of very quickly. After driving 2 1/2 hours, we arrived at the dealership only to wait for 20 minutes while a sales clerk "looked for the keys". He then returned only to tell us that the vehicle was sent to a different location to add $20,000.00 worth of 'modifications'. The clerk then asked if we wanted to buy the vehicle when it was done for the marked up price. We informed the salesperson that we were cash buyers and would like the Bronco as is, no modifications, and we would buy today. The clerk then attempted to show us vehicles that were 20 thousand dollars above our stated budget. I do not feel that this situation was handled appropriately. No attempt to rectify the situation was made, other then for the salesperson to shrug his shoulder and offer a free bottle of water. read more

Since then there was a persistent problem with the truck, and even though there was no warranty, Leif Johnson Ford stood by their product and reputation. After having a horrendous experience at Leif Johnson, over a year later, and 30,000 miles later, my wife and I went to Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple. Long drive? Yep. But worth it. They sold us a 2014 Expedition at KBB low retail (20,000 miles, top of the line trim and 36K) and gave us over 3K for our trade in. Leif Johnson had offered us used Expeditions at KBB high retail and $700 for the trade in. Forget Leif Johnson...they are why used car dealers have lower reputations than crack whores. Update on the License Plate issue. We were informed out plates (at time of purchase - 05/12/2018) would be mailed to us thru the post office. I followed up on 7/09 and was informed that the plates / registration was mailed on 06/26/2018. After speaking with the dealership for 2 days back to back and no plates in the mail - i was informed by the person helping me "what my license plate # will be and to just give that info to a cop if i was pulled over, and to be honest with the cop about the situation" 1. Our temporary plates were to expire on 07/11/2018 - so there was a 8 weeks for our plates to be mailed 2. we live 5 miles from the dealership and .25 mile from the post office so it doesn't seem accurate that our plates would be lost in the mail.... i called the post office they said without a tracking number they couldn't provide a status update or be able to locate the package for us. 3. I called the dealership again after 1 day and told her they still weren't in our mail and we wanted an extended temp. license plate until we got our plates. The finance manager got on the phone with me at that point and said he saw the same thing. they were mailed on 06.26.18 and should have already been in our mailbox. he decided to "check on other place in the facilities" low and behold our licenses plates and registration is at the dealership. According to Finance manager the plates were returned via mail to the dealership and the dealership was supposed to call us to pick them up. I told him i was coming over there immediately to pick up the plates. Though we now have the plates we are supposed to have, it just didn't add up why the plates were at the dealership and why they were returned. When i received the plates from the dealership they were handed to me (not in an envelope, just held together with a rubber band). So once again this makes me think they never did their job and sent out the plate, then never called the customer to pick up the plates. After 3 days of trying to locate our plates we finally received them (8 weeks after purchase of vehicle). I just don't understand the organization / lack of organization at this place and the poor customer service. Again revamp your training and get all your people on the same page. read more

I can't say that I enjoyed my experience with Leif Johnson Ford at all. There were many things that I disliked but I will try to write out an abbreviated version now: -When I bought a car, the A/C stopped working correctly, and we wanted to return it (within 2 days) after we purchased. They did that fine. Now when I brought in my newborn (less than a month) and my wife (because she was on the original note) they told us that they had already sold our trade-in and only focused on selling us another car instead of giving us a loaner to at least get them home. This was one of the biggest things that really rubbed me the wrong way. We ended up ubering to another dealership and even though we didn't buy a car that day, they (Howdy Honda) still gave us a loaner. -the other part of this was their backends servicing. When I first returned the car, they told me 3-5 business days to have the loan removed with the lender. fine, but the problem was, it didn't take that long at all. As a matter of fact, it took me 2 months of constant hounding for them to get anything done. don't believe them when they tell you they'll have someone call you back because they wont. Also, don't think that anyone will be accountable for what they tell you over the phone because when I told one of their finance managers that I'll reach back out to them if I have any issues, he immediately got defensive and hostile and told me not to because he said that it was all done. mind you, it took another few weeks from this point to get to where it actually got removed. It felt like it took constant hounding and calling for them to even get anything done. All they had to do was sign a check and send it to my lender. That shouldn't take 2 months to do. The sales guys are friendly, but they are also very salesy. I came in pre-approved and with a fair offer but they were quick to try to low-ball me throughout the entire process. I found it very annoying and borderline disrespectful because on their end, they kept telling me BS like, "Used car pricing doesn't have much room for negotiating because everything's visible online." The cherry on top was the guy that did my financing work. He told me that he was on his way out and I was going to be probably one of the last deals he did before he left the company. He had hinted, as an employee, there was some shady dealings on that end as well. Ironically, I was venting outloud at work about this issue and one of my peers had the EXACT same issue with them. Also, there are quite a few reviews explaining the same situation as well. Generally, a company that doesn't treat their employees well, only cares about their bottom line, and is completely disorganized and unprofessional doesn't deserve the money of hard-working consumers. If I didn't push so hard for them to hurry up and fix my loan, it would have affected my credit even more (I was late on one of the payments that I didn't even own the car for). Bottom line, it might be okay if you don't have any issues, but if you do, good luck. read more

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP. NOT ONLY HAVE I BEEN ON HOLD FOR 15 minutes now they have a two week wait for servicing your car and my car is in need of immediate attention! This is honestly the most frustrating experience. AND THEY PLAY COUNTRY MUSIC THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE ON HOLD. Ugh honestly so mad. They claim to have walkins for oil changes and other items that ARE covered on your gold plan for insurance coverage but do not actually offer it. An oil change today was estimated to take 2.5-3 hours and apparently they have no one available to do minor glass repairs (covered by the insurance). Three hours to do an oil change? This is supposed to be a dealership that offers ample services but they hardly even do that. Why would I even bother wasting my time for a three hour oil change when I can't even get my window repaired. Regardless of the key fob insurance which I have and need to get a new one replaced but was when scared to ask because I know they'd probably keep my car for a week. It's obvious the lead manager there wants only a certain number of cars a day and no more- he was not helpful nor interested in helping me out with my vehicle. read more

After last years ice storm my car had some electrical issues. Checked my 2014 ford fusion into the service department to get work done through my insurance. I went to pick up the car, the battery was dead and the electrical issues were slightly fixed. My car was kept for 2 months while I had to rent a car to get around. It didn't really make sense why my car took two months to get done, but after looking into why my car couldn't hold a charge I noticed a homemade metal bracket behind the gauge cluster with a mounted gps tracking box and a hole that was drilled into the bottom of my steering wheel with a mounted microphone behind the airbag. My car had to be jumped every two to three days or a full charge had to be had by way of removing the battery and taking it into my apartment. Whoever added this "custom" piece of engineering not only broke my trust in lief johnsons service, but they didn't even do the job my insurance company payed them to do! The service center and the rental company at Leif Johnson really "WOW'd" me! I own a 2014 F-250 Platinum Diesel Truck. After almost 80k miles a check engine light illuminated. I scheduled an appt with my normal service guy, Jason Hart. Jason is always welcoming and quick to get me in and out when i do my routine service maintenance. The Service Manager John Teller was super helpful. He made sure to look up all my warranty information and then facilitated a rental car for me when the repairs were started. Brandi and Sarah with the rental department were equally as awesome. They made sure to accommodate me with the type of vehicle that suited my day to day business. Car buying (new or used) can often be daunting, confusing, emotional and overall a nightmare struggling to sort out the thousands of internet available vehicles and competing dealerships. This isn't the case with Truck City Ford and it's Used car (Lief Johnson Super-center) lot in Buda Texas. Salesman Richard Miller was AMAZING!! He's young in age and fairly new to the business, but these didn't whatsoever, limit his motivation to answer my numerous questions, even when it required him to research and/or question his two incredible supervisors. Richard Miller exudes integrity and morals and at no time did he attempt to lie, mislead or make up answers to my questions. If your reading this, your doing your due diligence as did I and researching dealerships and searching for an honest deal and a good deal, so I want to strongly recommend you check them out! I bought a Truck yesterday and rolled off the lot with a near painful smile on my face, knowing I just got a great deal on my dream Truck and it didn't require a psychological battle with games, tricks or lying salesmen either!! This is my second vehicle to buy at Truck City Ford in the last four years and second great deal, amazing and pain free experience working with a completely different staff, but one with ensuring the experience guarantees "repeat customers".... In November of 2020 I spent $3k to get my vehicle repaired. 6 months later, their "repair work" has already failed and new issues have arrived do to said "repaired" issues. Now they want to charge me $6k for more repairs. It took over 2 weeks to hear the diagnostic. When I denied repair work it took a week to even be able to pick up my vehicle. Over this 3 week period I talked to the man in service 3 times. Even though I called over 10 times. I was planning on buying a new vehicle from them, but after this horrible experience I do not ever want to own a Ford ever again. read more

THIS PLACE SELLS LEMONS I recommend everyone read the bad reviews before you read the inflated "Good Reviews" most of which are by the staff. This company is unethical they sold me a vehicle knowing it had issues. The check engine light came on only a few mile after leaving Leif Johnson after my purchase. I returned the next day to have the vehicle looked over. They confirmed that the issues had tto do with the gas cap and once they replaced it the codes had cleared. A few weeks later the transmission went out on the vehicle and I was out of a truck for 2 weeks. Luckily I purchase the Extended service plan, and it was covered. Thank god! 3 days after my vehicle was returned the check engine light came back on. Mind you I asked them to go top to bottom on the vehicle before returning it to me. This time is was the computer which guess what? It's not covered. I've had the vehicle 3 months and I've already had 2 very major issues happen. Come to find out the computer problem has been the issue with the check engine light this whole time. It seems they they cleared the light and sold the vehicle knowing there was an on going issue. My last experiences here were good. I got my car from here took there for maintenance etc. But last time when I took my car for oil change (3weeks ago) i started smelling gas or burnt oil. And 2 days ago I noticed oil on the ground. Yesterday I popped the hood and noticed when they did oil change they didn't put cap back in. Oil was everywhere on the engine. Today I called them and then they told me to bring my car in and said we will take care of it. I went there waited 2.5 hours then I was told oh we can't take care of it you gotta go! I was super frustrated! I went the autozone bought a cap and put it back in myself. I'm not about this but how I was treated! I'm done with y'all and never coming back! These service co had had my car for over a week. This is the third repair on the same issue. The mechanic told me this time that they had to order new parts again which they had for the first time. Ok,ok, so buying a used car, or if you prefer... a pre-owned vehicle, can be the source of everything from a migraine to stomach cramps, and as some have claimed, the onset of an intense attack of athletes foot. Well, I have a possible solution to your fears so read on. Needing to replace my vehicle suddenly became a necessity. Under the very best of circumstances this can be a challenge. For me it was all the "usual suspects": reliable vehicle, trade-in value, final co$t, financing options, and too, a Dealer that I felt was both honest & reliable. Add in that I recently returned to the US after 6 years, had little current credit history, and was new to Austin and you have all the ingredients for a "bad day". Fortunately, After scouring all the on-line auto sites and visiting many dealerships both small & large, I found myself at the Store I'm now reviewing. 1st: the Salesperson. Gabriel Bleakley patiently listened to my current situation and my needs then went about showing me only those vehicles that might be a fit for me. I found one. 2nd: the Sales Manager. Arman Torabi went the distance for me. He kept submitting me to financial organizations until he found one that would step-up and agree to handle the financing. He also had a sunroof repair completed before I left the Dealership. A strong effort on his part. 3rd: the Finance Director. Ryan Fisher handled the pile of paper-work efficiently & explained all documents I was about to sign. The entire process was lengthy but smooth. So, looking back at my experience at Leif Johnson Ford, I can highly recommend the organization and the "Team" that I worked with. Great if you want a piece of crap car and no service after that. My particular make and model of car (Ford Escape 2013) is known for engine problems (a fact I was not aware of when I bought it). It has had a dozen recalls or more in the past 3 years. My engine had some sort of issue and had to be FULLY REPLACED. Well, good thing I had bought the extended warranty for $2500....NOT! They didn't honor my warranty because I couldn't "prove" oil changes. My boyfriend usually does my oil changes and I only go to Leif Johnson when he doesn't have time to get to them. Well, they didn't clue me into the fact that they don't consider that keeping up with maintenance and that it voided my warranty! Wtf?! Not to mention the car is KNOWN to have engine issues!!!! Even after trying to find another resolution to the issue, they ended up not helping AT ALL! The guy I spoke to for a week was actually downright RUDE to both myself and my father (whom I got involved when I felt they were giving me the runaround being a young woman). And even after reaching out to both Leif Johnson and Ford Corporate, they did NOTHING. They left me messages and never returned my call when I called them back! I will NEVER buy another Ford again. Which is sad considering I have had a Ford car of some sort my whole life. (Learned to drive on an F250, first car was a Mustang, then bought my Escape "mom car"). I bought a BRAND NEW $8000 engine, PLUS paid a towing company, PLUS paid $500 for a rental car for the week (which was a piece of crap but i had been told they were paying for it). Ford didn't help ONE BIT. Even though it was their piece of shit engines that caused the problem to begin with. I'm now way upside down on a car that I had planned on trading in in the next couple of years when our family expands again. Looks like that won't be happening. Screw you Leif Johnson. 2.5 hour wait for oil change with appointment they call it quick service with a 1-1.5h check in estimate.... Tried also 3 times to get quote upgrading suspension no help. Service advisors not very knowledgeable or interested to help. Doesn't answer emails. Sales dep is ok (even though the place doesn't really look great and didn't buy from them, but seem to be ok) but avoid their service dept at all cost go somewhere else. Tried to contact them before writing review but no response. Also feel sorry for customer who called in to talk to service advisor Daniel where staff spent most of their time making fun of this customer call instead of helping customers and in front of all of us waiting 2+ hours. read more

I went in yesterday to look at a 2006 Mustang Convertible which was used and listed on their website at $12k. They said it was already sold but they had a 2015 Camaro convertible at $18k. They tried to see if I would be interested in that car. I met the sales person yesterday afternoon and spoke to him. He was nice and pleasant. His used car manager however rated my trade in, a 2004 Ford Thunderbird convertible with hard top (additional option) with 97765 miles at $6500. I believed this car was worth more. They refused to budge on their $18k price tag on their used car. They claimed it was within NADA guidelines. Well when I checked my trade in on NADA it was actually $8200 for rough trade in, $9775 for average trade in, and $11,100 for clean trade in. They were offering me $1700 below rough trade in. My car is not in that bad of condition and would be more along the lines of average trade in at $9775, which would be $3275 below average trade in. So they only use NADA when it benefits them - meaning they hit you at NADA retail but hit you at thousands below NADA on your trade. Great way to do business! They also tried to add on a $500 Lo-Jack that they install in every car in their inventory because of high theft in their area. That means they want to pass the expense of their insurance deduction onto the buyer. Once you complain they offer it remove it but if you don't complain, they will charge you for it as an upgrade. This place is a horrible place to do business with. No wonder I was the only person in the showroom talking to them about a car deal. Needless to say, I did not buy the car. Run down dealership with poor customer service and no sense of urgency. My wife's car was supposed to be done "real quick" with its final inspection and when we returned 3 hours later, the car was not done and they could not find her keys. On top of that, there are little to no amenities for the customers while they wait around most the day. Go to Mac Haik, Covert, or any other ford dealer if you want to be treated right. read more

While it's always exciting to get into another car, I hate car shopping. After 14 years and 217k miles, my MB C320 was starting to show her age, and so it was time to go on the hunt. I did a LOT of online research: Many sites, dealerships, private sellers . . . sent out quite a few emails. One of the quickest responders was Dee Yeo w/Leif Johson Ford on Koenig Ln. She discussed the car I'd inquired about, as well as some other vehicles she felt I might like. 2 days later my wife and I popped into the dealership unexpectedly. It is NOT a fancy place . . . and at first I was like, "uh, maybe let's check out one of the other dealerships . . ." However, once we met with Dee in person she got right to it. She showed us 4 cars, we test drove 2, she gave us great information, pulled whatever data we needed, and even helped the F&I guy beat our bank's interest rate through another lender! We left that afternoon in new-to-us car. Aside from the make-ready time (which we used to go get some dinner) we were there all of an hour . . . What a great experience. If you go, talk to Dee. I purchased my FJ Cruiser last week through Stephanie with financing handled by Ryan. It was my first time to finance a vehicle on my own and everything was done with the utmost respect for my time and budget. I have just put 3,500 miles on the truck -- LA and back to Austin for business; zero issues. Stephanie even checked in with me to see how the trip was going at one point, who does that? I have the best warranty I've ever had as an added bonus. This post is cheesy but I don't care, I'm driving the best car I've ever had sold to me by the most caring, diligent people. 10 out of 10 would do this again and recommend you to do it too. This my experience on the used car side of things. TL;DR - just scroll the the bottom: - My wife and daughter test drove a Cruze and liked it; however, they wanted to see other cars at carmax. They liked the Cruze so my wife called the sales rep that I would be coming in the next morning to purchase as I was working late. This was done through text at 7PM. - I arrive at 10:30AM the next day, and after some delay the manager says the car is gone. I asked why they didn't tell me, and they said they didn't know themselves until just now and I should have put a deposit on it. My wife or I would have done so if they told us. Since I was already there I agreed to look at similar priced cars. - My daughter liked the Fusion, but since she test drove the Cruze the day before and they had one at a nearby Ford dealership they agreed to drive it over - 15-20mins. After an hour the car finally shows, and we agree to buy the Fusion. - My wife and the salesman agreed they would honor the $1k+ over carmax trade-in, which they also have a sign stating. After waiting yet another hour, the same manager comes by saying he won't honor the 1K+ because he's losing money. I remind him the salesman agreed and the sign actually says so, and then he said that only applies to more expensive cars and he personally didn't agree (?). I figured this was the cause of the delay and while waiting found a similar car 2k cheaper at carmax, so he said to go there. I asked for the title and keys back, but unfortunately my search was at the wrong carmax, and since my day was already ruined I didn't want to spend the rest of it tracking down another Fusion so I just did the deal. - Now over to finance - usual extended warranty hustle I declined. I was paying cash and had a check. He wouldn't take the check or a credit/debit card and asked if I had a cashier's check, which of course I wouldn't have since I just now knew the final total. The only solution for me was for the saleman's to drive with me to my bank to obtain the cashier's check. I agreed, and at the end no "Thanks for your business" or "Hey congrats on the car" but me saying essentially "Ok, so we're done?". Then we did the awkward drive to the bank and handed over the check. In every other car purchase they either took a check or verified the money in my account. I could have shown him a screenshot of my bank account or could have run my credit - very strange. To be fair the car is good and at a fair price, and I liked the salesman. However, the whole experience was that of those shady used car dealers with the inflatable King Kong in the front, as I couldn't take anything any of them said at face value. You can find a good car there, but just make sure to set your expectations on the experience accordingly. read more

I've been a LJF customer for about four months now, and so far I'm pleased. The Sales experience was pretty decent - no high pressure, no sleazy guy following me around shucking and jiving. Of course, my wife had done exhaustive research prior to our going to the dealer, so we knew exactly which truck, and how much we were willing to pay. Our salesperson was Melissa Martin and she was great. Calm, smart, funny and patient. I brought the truck in today for its first service maintenance, and scheduling on line was super easy. I had a question which I attached to my online service appointment request, and got an email response from Kegan very promptly, with specific answers to my questions. I told Kegan today I was very happy he emailed me and that LJF actually seems to use their online tools effectively. Car buying is often stressful and expensive, but if my short experience with LJF is indicative of what's to come, I'll be a happy customer for a long time. read more
