My wife ordered Shepard's pie( they cook it fresh and it could be 25 mins) and right before it's time for it to arrive the waitress comes and tells us they are out of mash potatoes and would she like French fries on it instead, WHAT!? The manager comes over and apologizes because yesterday was Valentines Day and they wiped them out....Really!? so they served her Shepard's pie with no mash potatoes on top and did NOT adjust the bill at all... not even a pint on the house. The staff are fantastic, personable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They really know their craft and are happy to share recommendations on both drinks and food. The ambiance adds so much to the experience, I recommend you to come and relax on the patio or grab a seat at the bar. There's such a great vibe all around that makes you want to stay awhile. If you're in the area, definitely stop by, you'll enjoy every bit of the atmosphere that Brick Store has been giving all this time. I will be back!

In my opinion, this might be one of the best beer pubs that I have ever been to. The upstairs feels very rustic and almost like you're in a castle of some sort. In true fashion, of course I got a glass of Guinness. It was perfect! Our server was super friendly and very attentive. She even provided some suggestions based on what the others were looking for.
