Worst customer service ever. I ordered 7 items 3 weeks ago. Have sent 6 emails, left 3 voicemails (can't even leave anymore because the mailbox is full) and not a single response. I finally received a few of my items after 2 1/2 weeks of no communication, but several are still missing and there is no way to get in touch with them to get a refund. Went to the Attic and Café a few times. The Attic reminded me of home, like a little shop in Haleiwa Town. The loco moco from the Cafe is plentiful and decently pretty ono. I enjoy the experience whenever I visit there. Unfortunately, it's a totally different experience when I made an online purchase during the pandemic. Ordered few masks, but two of them were of wrong size (ordered adult size but received child size). Several attempts to contact their customer service via email went to deaf ears. Nada. Received a text from Tyson and explained the situation. After several exchanges of texts (explaining the situation multiple times), his last reply was "I will ship out 2... today" which was on 4/11. It's been over three weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing. No aloha or a feeling of ohana with these guys. read more

Awesome shop! The closest thing you'll get to Hawaii without going to Hawaii! The clothes are the most authentic you'll find, and you definitely get what you pay for. The representative at the desk was a great help, and even informed me about the hawaiian culture which influenced my decision. Went there hoping to get somethig to wear for a luau this weekend for myself and boyfriend. Pros: 1. Easy to find. 2. We found parking right in front however given the location I could see how that might be a pain. 3.The young lady that helped us out and mind you with a smile 15 min before closing way very impressive!. Having people walk I right before you were about to call it a day would be annoying. Cons: 1. I was very very disappointed with the selection. Went for a sarong and a mens Hawaiian shirt. The shirts were terrible and too few to choose from..kind of threw us back..this is a Hawaiian themed clothing store... I ordered multiple jars of Hawaiian jams and jellies and received them promptly after being advised accurately of tracking status throughout the shipping/delivery process. But what really impressed me was the care with which the order was packed -- someone took the time to cover each jar with bubble wrap and to create individual "stalls" for them with hand-cut strips of cardboard. I have ordered from Leilani's Attic several times to date and have always been completely satisfied. It's a terrific source of reasonably priced Hawaiian products that aren't easy to come by unless you order directly from Hawaii, in which case shipping costs are prohibitive. Came by today to get my fiancé's hydroflask. First of all I want to point out that I love the location. PB can get pretty busy and parking is usually hard to find but we pulled up and parked with no problem. He got a 40 oz. for $50 and wanted a certain design that wasn't available and we were told it would be ready for pick up tomorrow, which we are perfectly fine with. I already have a hydroflask from Leilani's attic from PIFA. I bought extra accessories today for a fairly cheap price!! I didn't shop at Leilani's attic but this company actually owns another company called Etched Impression. I tried to support a poly owned business but that obviously didn't work out. I got 4 flasks made for Christmas gifts. I returned one of them because it sounded broken inside and was really noisy. I didn't have issues with any of the other ones. The manager Esther emailed me when I returned the product and said I would be issued a refund in February. Still no refund to date. Tyson the owner won't answer any calls and won't return any emails. This was an incredibly cute shop in PB. I would best describe it as a Hawaiian surf and accessory shop. They also had a number of partner offers through Yelp which made the entire experience more cost effective. What stood out to me were the generally reasonable prices. These types of surf shops and/or novelty accessory stores can really hurt on their markup. Of course some items can seem a bit steep, but the general prices are absolutely fair. In addition, they had various sale items and as already discussed, I saved money through Yelp. Other users discussed the amazing quality of the leis sold at this shop. As I'm far from an expert here, I really can't offer much. However, their appearance was beautiful and I saw one of the owners hand crafting them in a side room. An awesome bonus is that this shop is attached to an excellent Hawaiian cafe! The same family owns both and the food was of great quality based on my one dining experience. The location itself is a few blocks off of the main drag, so try not to miss it next time you're in the area! read more

I came here today to find some Pa'u skirts, unfortunately they were completely sold out when I came in :/ bummer. I was hoping to find hula supplies but they have more of hawaiian shirts and screen tees. My friend came with me and he ended up buying a hawaiian shirt. They have a used hawaiian shirt section starting at $17.99 and they also have new ones ranging from about $30+. They sell a few Hawaiian CDs as well, my friend ended up buying a Keali'i Reichel CD for $15.99. The store sells fresh, colorful leis for around $30, perfect for graduation ceremonies or special events. They also carry ukeleles. I bought an etched impression 40oz flask at the food fare in Santa Ana from this company and when I got home found out it was defective. I was told by the vendor at the point of purchase that it would be refundable if I didn't like it and when I called the store they said the same. It took over 3 weeks to get an answer from them, I had to call 3 times and never got a call back. Finally they told me that they DON'T give returns on this product and sent me a replacement. Problem is I already bought a new one that keeps the ice cold. Sorry but it shouldn't take this long to get ahold of a company for a return. Not to mention it gives a bad reputation to buying anything from a vendor on the street. read more
