Ben, the owner, personally responded and addressed the issue head-on. That matters. They acknowledged that moisture intrusion is unacceptable, explained that the issue was escalated to the manufacturer, and made it clear they take this seriously. More importantly, they didn't deflect or argue--they immediately offered to make it right and are overnighting replacement light pods to me. Yes, the original product failed, and yes, that was frustrating. But products do fail sometimes. What separates companies is how they respond when that happens. In this case, they stood behind their product without hesitation. Looking back, I'll own that I was reactionary because I was frustrated. Lesson learned on my end as well--next time, reaching out directly before assuming the worst is probably the better first step. Based on their response, accountability, and willingness to stand behind what they sell, I'm giving them another shot. That kind of customer support matters, and it deserves to be recognized.
