Apparently this a chain although I had never been to one before. I was really impressed with the service, selection and quality. I ended up going with the chicken philly sub. It was packed with chicken, cheese and veggies. The regular size was extremely filling and was plenty for me. The prices were also very reasonable so I would definitely go here again. read more

I love Lenny's, they're my go-to sandwich shop. The only bad thing I can say is that it's a little pricey, but it's good enough that I am willing to pay it. I eat cold sandwiches and my husband eats hot, and he loves them just as much as I do. read more

Went there for carry out at 9pm on a Friday night. There were 6 workers behind the counter. I ordered a chicken philly cheese steak, an Italian, a kids turkey meal & a kids ham & cheese (both come with chips & a drink). When my order was ready they handed me a bag with one sub (the philly) & no other subs. I ask for the rest of my order & all of employees are standing around looking at each other...they then discovered the "ticket didn't print" for the other three subs. While standing there waiting for the other subs, the girl who is shaving the meat is talking & pausing, talking & pausing...with no care that I am waiting again for subs they forgot. I finally get them, take them home to eat & the kids bread is rock hard. There was no way they could eat them. It's now 9:45 & my Little's can't eat the food I bought for them & they are crying because they saw the food but couldn't have it. I call the store & tell them how upset I am & the young kid replies "ohhhh we know, our DM overcooked the bread & it's really hard, I thought I threw most of them away". He offers to make me more (no thank you). I give the kids the meat off their subs & open mine (the Italian) to share with them & it is rock hard as well. Super frustrated & disappointed I call them back & tell them I am bringing all the food back & I want my money back. I cram it all back in the bag, get in my car & the guy calls me back & says he can cancel my card from there, no need to come back. This was my first & last experience at that Lenny's. They knew the bread was inedible & still served it to my family. They wasted my time & money. Super disappointed & sad that Customer service is no longer considered important. Okay so my guy and I arrived about a half an hour before closing. You can tell they were closing by how they were turning up all the chairs. We get in line only 2 people ahead of us so not busy at all. I order the club with a few toppings, he orders the chicken salad with all but 3 toppings. We pay, head home, prep for bed and decide to eat while catching a show. All of a sudden he gets angry stating, "Babe taste this. Look at it first then taste." I said no just tell me what's wrong. He opened it and there was no chicken salad on his sandwich. It was all his toppings and a smidge of chicken salad towards the end of the bread. You're talking WTF!?! He was so upset he looked at me and said I will never attend that location again. So I tried my sandwich since I had a basic club, it was undeniably bland as a blank canvas. I'd never been big on Lenny's but tried because he insisted. At least I know for sure I won't be returning. Literally a smidge of chicken salad on a chicken salad 15inch sub.. Fantastic customer service! Needed last minute catering due to a complete breakdown and fail of service from sprouts. This Lenny's helped in a big way unbelievable but they had 50 sandwiches and everything else ready for us in 36 minutes! So thankful. read more

Ok I would give this location five stars if they actually lived up to their motto of more food, more taste, more personality. They got the more food and taste parts down right. They could go a lot farther with the personality part. Today was my first visit to this location and will be my last. It's nice they have new menu items not yet available at some other locations I frequent, and and nice new crew uniforms that go well with the new paint scheme as well as the new bags and napkins, but this is no reason to act snobbish. You're open to the public, in one of the most customer oriented businesses, but the personality level of some of the employees are dry and almost robotic. I was not greeted until I walked to the counter to order. I wasn't thanked for my visit. I didn't see any of the crew with any attempt at a smile. I found this all shocking especially since I know Lenny's standards and my experience today seemed quite contrary to those standards. I got no crew interaction at all other than to ask how to dress my sandwich and to pay for my order. Everything was rushed, yet there were few customers inside, and none in line. I wish they could take an example from some of their other locations such as store 74 located at Poplar/Mt. Moriah or store 49 located at Madison and Cooper. read more

Just called to make a to go order, "Lennys's can you hold?" !0 minutes later I had to get another line and came back and had been hung up on. So, I thought I would try again, "Lenny's can you hold?" I said, "No." I called Firehouse across the street from them, got a sandwich. read more
