    Lens Crafters has the best style and variety of reading glasses and sunglasses, however, what keeps me going back on an annual basis is the quality and craft and the care each of the team members have consistently provided for me. I use progressive lens and they always do a great job. If I ever have issues or any kind of any problem, they don't give up until I am 100% satisfied.

    Bought my Rayban Meta here. Good and pretty fast service. I bought it with prescription and the turnaround date I'm supposed to receive it was only a week. I received it before New Years and was able to use my glasses on my trip to Japan. What a great experience using my glasses to take pictures and videos while I was in Japan and even taking calls from it thru messenger. Lens Crafters staff are professional and courteous. Don't be afraid to ask them for advice and help on picking the right glasses for you.

    They waste time. They can't keep their appointments. Nobody should be expected to waste 2 hours for a basic eye exam

    Bad customer service. I went to adjust my glasses (5min adjustment) and they made me wait over an hour. Place was not crowded.

    Depending on who you talk to your experience can change. Customer service lacks professionalism from some of the front staff.

    I was due for an eye exam, walked in and got a same day appointment. The exam was less then 30…read moreminutes and I added on an additional exam $20 retinal (will be coming back for dilation). Once done I went to look for frames, you can get 2 glasses and it'll wave the initial eye exam. I found two pairs for $95 (the lowest it starts at) I did do some add ons to my prescription so the price does go up a bit. Oscar was a great help when it came to doing all the paperwork and adjusting the new glasses for my prescription. As for the dilation exam, have a driver cause your eyes are super sensitive to light and a bit blurry for a few hours (at least mine were). The dilation process was easy, the doc was the same one as before and she was amazing! Told me my results on the spot, healthy eyes.. yay! Pickup glasses; It did take about two weeks for my glasses to be ready. Tried them on, adjustments are on the spot before you leave. You can also stop by at any of their locations for free adjustments throughout the year(s). Service was great, staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor was friendly and she put me at ease, especially with the dilation process (it was my first time getting it, I was nervous). Doctor answered all my questions and concerns I had as I was updating my prescription for the new set of glasses since it's been awhile since I updated them. Will be back for future exams!

I was looking for a more affordable option but still wanted quality lenses and a professional experience. When I called, the person I spoke with was pleasant and assured me that they offered quality products. Based on that conversation, I scheduled an appointment and brought in five of my existing name-brand frames to have new lenses placed in them. I also purchased one new pair of eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses. The doctor was nice, but the exam felt extremely rushed. I was in and out in less than five minutes, and there was very little explanation about my vision or prescription change. The bigger concern happened during the measurements for my progressive lenses. The process felt disorganized, and the measurements had to be repeated several times. The representative also had to mark the progressive lines multiple times because the pen was not working properly. When I received the glasses, my vision was blurry. I was told it could take time to adjust because my vision had changed. Unfortunately, almost nine months later, all six pairs are still blurry and uncomfortable to use. These included some of my favorite frames, including name-brand glasses, and now they are basically unusable. My original lenses were removed, so I cannot even go back to using them the way they were before. I am very disappointed because I wanted this to be a good experience and possibly switch from LensCrafters to America's Best. Instead, I feel like I paid for lenses I cannot use. I believe either the prescription was not done correctly or the progressive measurements were off. I hope management or corporate takes this seriously and helps correct the issue. I would like the lenses reviewed, remeasured, and replaced properly.

At around 2:48ish they called and left a message on my voice mail which said I was late but they could get me in at 3:00. I was parking at that moment in their lot and instead of calling back which would have slowed me down I walked into their waiting room only 3 or 4 minutes after they left the message on my phone saying they had a 3:00 for me well before that 3:00. The woman at the front desk said that they had given my 2:40 to another person. They had also given my 3:00 to another customer because the people at the front desk were not talking to one another so she did not know someone else had told me 3:00 was good. I said "not a problem, I will come another day". She said that since I had been late for an appointment in the past which they had forgiven I would need to pay them $40 to schedule another appointment. She said it in a way like it was to teach me a lesson? I spoke to her a few times about this and it was like she had turned off her listening. I said that I was there at least 5 minutes before the time they had switched me to. She said that internally they had bad communication about that (my fault?). I also said you gave both my times to other customers who paid you for both those times. So you are asking a long time customer that has paid you thousands of dollars to pay you for time you gave to someone else and were paid for so you could double bill the time? She wasn't listening. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they are only going to charge me the $40 if I book another time. If I never go back to them they are letting it go.
