To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Honestly, I don't understand the hype, or the line down the block that we had to wait on. I have seen Leon's all-over social media and my friend and I just happened to pass by when we were hungry. My BEC was overloaded with salt and took up almost all of the bagel. The egg was dry and falling out of the ends of it. I understand it's a busy place, but I was expecting the quality to be a bit better. I will never go back. Go to Tompkins instead.

Being in NYC I figured the bagels would be delicious. I was never one to toast my bagel with cream cheese so I didn't this time either. The consistency of the bagel made it seem like it was from yesterday. I wasn't that thrilled. I placed my order online and it was ready at the time quotes. I enjoyed the scallion cream cheese.

I tried Leon's bagels for the first time a couple of days ago and I loved it. I ordered lox bagel with a few modifications - all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. It was a perfect amount of spread and lox. The service was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this place!

A little expensive for a bagel sandwich but overall tasty and hearty. Def recommend adding in the chili crisp oil!

Warm, delicious bagel with box cream cheese filling. A must try when you're in New York.

I kept hearing people rave about Leon's Bagels, so of course I had to check it out while I was in New York and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I'd honestly put it up there as one of the best bagels I've ever had. I ordered the egg, bacon, and cheese, and wow... just perfect. The bagel itself had that ideal balance crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside and the sandwich was stacked just right. Nothing greasy, nothing falling apart, just really well done. It was so good that I actually went back the very next day and even grabbed a few extra to take home with me. The vibe of the place is pretty chill too. It's simple, quick, and you can tell they focus on doing one thing really, really well. Even with a bit of a line, it moved fast, and the staff was friendly. They also have cool merchandise. If you're a bagel person or even if you're not Leon's is a must-try. Totally worth the stop, and I'm already thinking about my next visit.

For the hype I was actually expecting mid bagels, but it was actually pretty good. I think the bagel is a bit flat and not as doughy as I like, but still a solid bagel. I would get there early, there tends to be a line. Staff are friendly, but are easily distracted with each other lol. I will say wayyy too much cream cheese

I went to on a Saturday morning around 11am, and I got the bacon, egg, and cheese with chili crisp on an egg everything bagel. The fillings were tasty--loved the kick from the chili crisp--and the whole thing had a pretty buttery flavor, which was nice. Still, I have to admit the bagel itself didn't quite live up to my expectations. Ordering was quick, with only a short wait at the counter, but it ended up taking over 30 minutes for my bagel to be ready. Overall, the experience was decent, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way for the bagels here

My friend recommended trying out Leon's bagels because she knows I can never turn down an amazing NY bagel. I had a wonderfully toasted and tasty scallion cream on an everything bagel. I'd definitely get it again! I've also tried the jalapeño cream cheese too. Has a nice lil kick to it. Service was food-- though they do get busy. Ordering ahead can be helpful! I'll be back!

New York is known for its bagels. It's the water that makes them taste just a bit different than any other state. This one was no different than what we are used to. An everything bagel to go. It was large and chewy. There was a small sit down stall across from the place where most were enjoying their bagels and beverage. There was another stall across the street and we chose to sit there, people watch and enjoy the bagel. Try not to drive here, it's incredibly congested. Use public transport, ride share or taxi.

Exceeded my expectations! Their menu is small, so I wasn't sure if I'd be happy with what I got. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. The bagel was so soft and flavorful and very filling. Loved it. Better tasting than other shops.

Cool little walk-up on the edge of Little Italy, serving delicious bagels and sandwiches! There is no shortage of places to eat in this area but there is definitely a shortage of breakfast bagels. Especially delicious ones! We got the bacon, egg and cheese on everything -Its great. And we also got the lox on egg everything-delicious! Friendly quick service also. They were very efficient.

Flew into NYC early and my first thought was, let's go to Leon's Bagels! Little hole in the wall place that has delicious bagels and spread. They weren't too busy around 9 am, bunch of people were eating in the parklet across from the storefront. Ordered the everything bagel, cinnamon raisin and plain bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I totally see why these are the talk of the town! Their bagels are toasted to perfection yet chewy in the best way possible. Their jalapeño cream cheese was spicy! Exactly how I like it. The cinnamon bagel wasn't overly sweet and the bacon egg and cheese was hearty. They loaded it with bacon. The iced latte good and came out quick. I'll def be back next time I'm in NY!

This time we got the lox bagel with scallion lox cream cheese spread, bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel, and onion bagel with chipotle scallion cream cheese. The lox bagel had so much smoked salmon which was great. My favorite, however, is still the chipotle scallion cream cheese spread. We stopped in on our last day in Manhattan for one final bagel run, and it did not disappoint. The shop has that classic fast-paced New York energy, with a huge selection of bagels, spreads, smoked fish, and specialty cream cheeses on display. We ordered the Smoked Salmon Classic and the White Fish Filet Classic, both loaded with generous portions of fish and fresh toppings. The smoked salmon bagel delivered everything you'd expect from a great New York bagel--fresh salmon, creamy spread, and a perfectly chewy bagel. The standout, however, was the White Fish Filet Classic. The white fish salad was rich, smoky, and packed with flavor, making it one of the best bagel sandwiches we had during our trip. The bagels themselves were fresh, soft on the inside, and had that signature New York chew on the outside. Service moved quickly despite the steady crowd, making it an easy stop whether you're grabbing breakfast or a quick lunch while exploring the city. A great way to end our New York food adventure--excellent bagels, quality ingredients, and a true NYC deli experience. If you're a fan of smoked fish and classic bagel sandwiches, Broad Nosh Bagels is definitely worth a visit.
